Her dedication, compassion, care, thoughtfulness, dedication, organization, professionalism, and creativity cannot be beaten nor matched. Our wedding was everything I had dreamed of and then a million times more. The reception was completely personalized to match our personalities to a "T". Cielle took my crazy ideas and thoughts and made them real. It was incredible to watch the wheels in her mind turn as we brainstormed the ceremony and reception. Not only did Cielle help with the week of, day before, and day of (my lord this woman does it all!), Cielle was available for the planning in the months ahead. She worked with all of my vendors and locations. The day ran like absolute clockwork. Cielle had everything under control and anticipated everything. She is a magician, I swear! In all seriousness, Cielle is the most amazing wedding planner and coordinator I have ever met. Her enthusiasm is absolutely amazing. Every phone call, meeting, email, and conversation made me feel like our wedding was the most important thing going on in the world. I highly recommend Storytellers Events for any event that you would need planned. She is attentive, caring, compassionate, and passionate. First time at Miss M's Tea Parlour with reservations booked in advance over the phone…read more The ambiance looks nice for a tea time, little atmosphere, with music in the background and even candlelight was turned on. I was offered pictures to be taken, we said yes, and even dresses/hats for us to dressed up, but we politely declined. The tea shop was vacant for us, so we enjoyed being there together for our little tea time. Even the lady was easy to talk to and her service was good, but we have our second thoughts about this tea shop. We didn't have scones with the cream, only sandwiches and desserts. At least the sandwiches were nice portions for the 2 of us. Other tea shops we have been to, comes in with scones and creams. Desserts were kind oh meh!. They felt like stored-bought desserts for a $35 p/person tea service. On the other hand, I enjoyed the strawberry cobbler, I never had before. You also have the option to try at least 3 different kind of teas, that is good to know for someone trying new teas experiences. But we have to wait a few times for the hot water to come in. In overall, I just wished to have scones with cream included, the desserts being made there and not stored-bought, and the hot water pitcher left in on our table instead of being served, so we can serve ourselves, instead of waiting. I think there is room for improvement, and the location is nice.

Unfortunately, I am leaving a 1-star review solely because of one manager/employee named Alex. From…read morethe moment he walked in, his negative vibe ruined the atmosphere, and he spent the entire night barking orders at guests and staff. When the bride, Liz, asked for 10 of the venue's signature drink (Palomas), the bartender, Angel, and another staff member began making them. Alex stepped in, acted extremely rudely, ripped a glass right out of Angel's hand, grabbed the remaining cups lined up for the drinks, and threw them in the trash. He then declared no one could have drinks and shut the bar down an hour and a half early! He showed complete disrespect to the bride, the groom (Colton), the wedding planner (Shelby), the entire wedding party, and his own crew. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and management needs to address his conduct immediately. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, ANGEL was the absolute best bartender ever! She completely saved the night with her fun personality, amazing drink quality, and incredible energy. She engaged with everyone and made the celebration unforgettable. Thank you so much, Angel, for your outstanding service and positive vibes! Alex, on the other hand, deserves negative stars.
