One didn't even seem interested, was just getting through the hour. The web site is deceptive. For instance, #5 of the "12 benefits" says "A comfortable waiting room for parents" and has a photo of a large room with big windows and leather couches, giving the impression that the photo is the waiting room. It is not. In fact, the room pictured is not anywhere at their facility. I don't know where it is but it's not at Parker Music Academy. On the web site, the photo by #3 and #6 shows a lovely outdoor amphitheater with people playing instruments. This photo is also not anywhere at Parker Music Academy. Maybe they posed some students in another town? I'm not sure. But, their actual facility is an old house that has been converted. The "waiting room" is a VERY small foyer with an old, broken-down sofa. Looks like the front room in your weird 70 year old aunt's house. The facilities are totally misrepresented on the web site. Their waiting room is not large or comfortable by any means. If more than 3 or 4 parents are waiting, someone must stand. As far as the 5 acres of space, maybe they own 5 acres but all I've ever seen was the old house and a gravel driveway with mud holes. There is no space for playing music outdoors. As far as the "Observation windows" talked about in #5, I don't know what they're talking about. When I read that, I thought there would be windows from the waiting room into the lesson rooms so waiting parents could watch. No such thing. The lesson rooms are small rooms with regular house windows to outdoors. I suppose one could walk around the outside of the house in the weeds and look into the rooms like a peeping-Tom, but I've never seen anyone do that. The photos on the web site by #2 (indoor) and #7 and #12 (outdoor) are also not anywhere near their facility. They were taken somewhere else, somewhere much nicer than their facility. If they are going to post photos on a web site that brags about their facilities, the photos should actually show the facilities rather than some other, random location. The web site also says "Conveniently located" in Parker and "Central location." Well, not exactly. They're quite a ways out a gravel road, not anywhere near the center of town. To be fair, the location is not terrible. It doesn't take long to get there. But, it's not as if it's on Main St. or Parker Rd. or any other paved road in town. In summary, the lessons are OK. They do offer many days/times to fit just about any schedule. But, their web site does NOT give an accurate impression of their facilities, not even close.

My…read morehusband and I started our adventure with TGDanzport back in March of 2017, the Groupon deal got us in (Three 1/2 hour private lessons, one group lesson, one party for 2) and we found a new hobby we could do together as a couple. Their location is very convenient. While we live less than 2 miles away, for those who are farther out, they are literally very close to I-25/Belleview exit.. with lots of great restaurants to go to within walking distance after your group or private lesson! Since our initial introductory set of classes, we decided to push forward with the Social Basic program, and now we are in their Bronze program. We are doing their Disney Showcase (less than 2 weeks away now - eek!) and after the showcase, we are actually interested in checking out some competitions in 2018. They have monthly dance parties where you can practice what you learn, and they do performances throughout the year (they did a performance at a Denver Nuggets game earlier this year!) When we take our lesson, there are quite a few folks that come in for their wedding dance and all the couples that we see just have a blast. Their choreography is top notch, and they really care that you are doing the dance correctly, with the right form and rythm. It isn't just for couples too, single women and men come and take private lessons or go to the group lessons. Group classes intimate and you get lots of attention from the instructor, and majority of their classes are for all levels. They have four instructors, and everyone is so nice and so knowledgeable and super talented! And they offer classes on a wide array of different dances (Salsa, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Swing (all variations of), Rumba.. you name it, they know it and can teach it). They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. My husband and I have done some other classes around town, and the attention to detail that this place gives you comes second to none. If you have a passion for dance or want to learn something new and fun and applicable to real life (it's given my husband so much confidence on the dance floor and i don't have to drag him anymore!), or if you are looking for a choreographed piece for your special day - give these guys a try - you won't regret it.

There were a few instructors here that we really enjoyed, and some we tried not so much. All and all I think they had a pretty well rounded group of people doing lessons. There were some dances which only some instructors taught, so that was a little frustrating from a continuity standpoint. We only had a few hiccups with payments and the book keeping for them; scheduled lessons sometimes got mixed up but for the length of time we were doing lessons here it wasn't too bad. I would recommend this studio to someone looking to do a couple of lessons, with the understanding that private lessons can get to be kind of pricey. Group lessons are fairly affordable, and the studio organizes events pretty regularly for their patrons to come and practice their dance skills.

What can I say about Littleton School of Music and it's staff? They are awesome!…read more My oldest child started off in the summer camp program many years ago at the end of 5th grade. He is now a junior in high school and since that first day of summer camp, he has been hooked. He has taken private lessons and moved into the rock band program and has loved it all. His little brother, while tagging along for the car rides, decided he also wanted to participate in the summer camps and private lessons and had the time of his life playing percussion. We have had a variety of teachers between the two boys over the many years and all have been excellent and were the exact person my child needed at that time in their development. While rocking out to Rush, they also learned music theory in a fun way. They have learned how to write their own music and try their hand at learning other instruments with the encouragement of all the staff. The teachers are super talented musicians in their own right and we have been truly grateful that they have shared their passion for music with my boys. Their teachers have been amazing mentors. The most awesome part of the whole experience has to been to see my children learn and grow as musicians. Not only did I want my children to have solid foundation in theory and playing, but in collaborating with others in creating music. They may or may not make music on a professional level as adults, but they will always be musicians and the time they spent developing their craft at Littleton School of Music has been worth every penny.

My son had started to play the guitar just 6 months earlier and really wanted to be part of a band. His guitar skills improved greatly and expanded his interest into bass guitar and into drums. The 1:1 lessons were fantastic. Their summer camp became a launching pad to get into a band. Since then, he has taken up song writing and now plays different instruments in the band depending on the song or the talent need. They have even performed some of their original songs! Without LMS and the nurturing they provided for our young musician, I don't know if he would have gained the confidence and developed the passion he now uses to thrive. Thank you Dillon, Stephan and the LMS team!

Every child is greeted by name, every parent feels welcome, and you immediately know you're in a safe, comfortable space where people matter. It's not just a music school--it's a community. Our daughter is thriving in the Rookies group class, where she's not only learning music but also growing in confidence and teamwork. On top of that, my wife and I are part of the Adult Performance Program, and it has been an absolute blast. Playing music together, laughing, and sharing the stage has been one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of our adult lives. The quality of instruction here is second to none. The teachers are talented, knowledgeable, and--most importantly--relatable. They know how to connect with kids and adults alike, making lessons inspiring and fun while still challenging students to grow. The vibe is electric--you can't help but feel motivated and excited to learn when you're here. It's hard to put into words just how much this place means to us.
