Good and safe place for the kids, they have fun every time, good option to get them used to perform in front of an audience, good daily communication to parents.
As a Business/Management, not too happy about it.
With COVID, we're all on this together; many things get cancelled and everyone has been flexible enough to often partial refunds or credits or rescheduling options and work with clients on what's best. Business are impacted, but families are impacted as well. Again, we are all on this together.
PAA has shown us that they DO NOT CARE about the family situation, they DO NOT CARE about being fair.
First, $500/kid is not cheap. Originally 9-4 was changed from 1-5pm. Then on day 3 they decided to modify the format removing on site rehearsals, doing now only a couple of remote/online ones on the second week after hours, and unilaterally decided to have performance on a Saturday.
The timing doesn't work for us with other prior commitments, so instead of asking for a refund, because we understand how Covid impacts businesses, we asked for credit (partial, maybe) to be use later in fall or next year.
Again, PAA DID NOT CARE about being fair and decided to quote a few bullet points from the waiver we signed and decided to not give ANY CREDIT... Completely unfair. everyone signs a waiver these days, but at the end if a family or two have a special situation, you should work with them. THEY SIMPLY DID NOT.
Plays might be good, kids can learn a lot and have fun, but with so LITTLE CARE AND EMPATHY ABOUT FAMILIES AND CUSTOMERS IN GENERAL, I'm simply not coming back. read more
