They fit my daughter with a shoe that was too wide, told her she looked great in it, and sent her on her way. She ended up with a broken toe because there was too much pressure on her toes. Once she was fitted with a new shoe from a different ballet store, we tried to return the unopened shoe and were told we could only have a store credit or a direct exchange. They would not refund it back to our card. Given that we never want to shop there again, we had no need for a store credit. I would highly encourage you to go to Assemble Dance instead.

And in time before her next pointe class! Thank goodness! Very thankful! The gal who answered the phone was friendly and more than willing to help! Since their relocation I've sensed a bit of desperation to sell the highest priced item. The dance shoes are not visible, rather they are in the back so you can't choose. However non of the shoes they showed me fit, that is when they brought out other options that fit, cost way less and I liked them better. It felt sneaky! Last comment, food court maintenance. should you try asking one of the employees (difficult to accomplish as none speak english and will just stare at you with a look of contempt, like "no comprende") to kindly wipe down the spilled/leftover mess folks left, at a table you prefer. they tell you in spanish and pointing to the ceiling with angst to sit somewhere else. then walk away and ignore you. on busy weekends there may be no other tables available. so i resort to pouring some water from my own water bottle in my backpack and clean the table myself. so each day i make sure when leaving home i pack a water bottle in case a table at the food court is filthy and i will need to clean it myself. third, at Chipotle i order a salad "bowl". at checkout no forks w which to eat it. inquired if maybe they have forks in the back room. they told me "NO" but i could look for a fork with which to eat my salad, at another restaurant in the food court! not lol. these are just a couple of unpleasantries at the absolutely beautifully designed Park Meadows food court.
