At my job I'm on my feet all day so comfortable shoes were a necessity. I usually get a pair of crocs but the specific style I like is very hard to find so I wanted to try rack room shoes. I used a day off to make the drive to this location since I live in denver. I have to say DEREK was very helpful. I'm very unfamiliar with shoe styles and what would work best for my job. He didn't try to sell me anything for sake of selling something to make a profit. I understand that this is a business and the sale of consumer goods. However, I was very impressed that both Andy and Cordie gave me what I needed rather than just seeing a consumer who needs to purchase something. Long story short is that I've been having problems with my left foot and I felt that I needed new shoe inserts for better arch support. I walked away with information that helped me go in a different direction to mitigate what I've been experiencing lately. I love how staff is very personable at this location. You experience a level of customer service that is more family oriented than strictly consumer based. I very much appreciate how both Andy and Cordie invested the time to learn about the history of my recent foot problems then took that information to help me decide what's best for my situation. I can't say enough how pleased I was during the visit today. Another fantastic five star experience. I will definitely return here again. Again, I highly recommend this business!
