While visiting Denver for a week, I found a half marathon to run and RNK was the location for packet pickup. I love checking out running stores in different areas and RNK was a delight. The staff were all super friendly, I loved the selection and was happy to see that they carry t-shirts and hats which are local to the community. Trent and Cecilia have been exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable, as I've ramped up my running hobby. I ran my first half marathon in February 2016, and these guys helped me along the way. Prior to getting the right help, I was never running more than 3-5 miles. Since I'm not a natural runner, they had plenty of "troubleshooting" to do. I've learned the value of compression socks - even if just for recovery, but I've also worn on longer runs. I have sole supports even in my dress shoes. And they've helped me along as I've moved from Asics Cumulus (I've worn Asics running and tennis shoes for close to 20 years) to Hoka One One's. They also took great care in fitting my wife in her new running shoes. Back to the Hokas. I loved them right from the start, but they gave me some issues after 100 miles. Turns out - it looks like they had a defect. Trent listened to my issue, inspected the shoes, noticed an obvious flaw in the right sole, and immediately took them back. He then went through a time-consuming process to fit me in the right shoe while looking at Mizuno, Saucony, Asics, and Hoka after first doing a gait analysis on the onsite treadmill using an iPad. FYI...I'm giving the Hokas another shot, but I moved from the Odysseys to the Clifton 3. These people are very personable, knowledgeable about their sport, and they strive to build a Parker running community through group runs on Mondays and Saturdays. I highly recommend this locally owned running store. read more

I found RNK on an internet search. While there were other running stores much closer to me I liked what I read about the business and the high ratings they received from other customers. I therefore decided to drive the extra miles to visit their shop. I was very happy with that decision and RNK will now be the shop I go to for all my running needs. I felt valued as a customer and did not feel rushed in any way what-so-ever. They evaluated my gait while on a treadmill, filmed it and went over it with me. Based on the results, and my input of what I liked in a running shoe, they suggested a number of shoes which they brought out for me to try on. Oh, and they actually measured both my feet rather than just asking me what size I wore. I felt their prices were reasonable and a steal considering the extremely professional help given me in making my selection. My feet and I left the store very happy. I WILL be back. We went in to RNK the day after their grand opening. Trent was there to help me get into a new pair of running shoes. I'm not much of a runner, but I was getting some pain in my feet while using the treadmill at the gym. Trent made sure that not only were we getting the exact right size for my feet, but also took video while I was on the treadmill to help find the best pair of shoes for me that he could. He had a steady stream of customers while we were there, and he was great with everyone and highly knowledgeable. I have never had the professional shopping assistance level provided by Erik at this store. He filmed me walking on a treadmill to determine my walking style. Then he identified quite a few pairs for me to try from the store's extensive inventory.
