What great service! Cute store with amazing inventory, ideally located in Parker. The staff was so friendly, talking with me about activities for running, walking and hiking. They inspired me! They have all types of running shoes for all ages along with leisure shoes like Birkenstocks. They fitted me in the style of Birks I was looking for quickly. Pricing was market fair, for my shoes. I noticed they also had killer sales on Hokas. This is my new shoe store, for sure!. read more

I appreciated the special attention I was given and the genuine care they had for my feet. They were patient and understanding of my needs and for this I will never go anywhere else! read more

Fantastic experience in this store! My husband and I were looking for casual walking shoes and we ended up with Birkenstocks. Cordie was fantastic: he was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly, he gave suggestions without being pushy. It's tough these days to receive the high level of customer service that we received at this stir, and especially from Cordie. We will definitely be return customers for future running and walking shoe needs. Highly recommend!!! read more

Cecilia made us happy we drove 30 minutes to check them out. More importantly, we left with happier feet! She is the reason for the five stars! Patience and knowledge in spades that one. RNK makes me wish I lived closer. It's evident that they are involved in their community. They have a great selection of quality running shoes. In fact, We are big fans of the newly discovered (to us) Hoke. #hokeoneone I plan to put some miles on mine! We will see you all again down the road! read more

While visiting Denver for a week, I found a half marathon to run and RNK was the location for packet pickup. I love checking out running stores in different areas and RNK was a delight. The staff were all super friendly, I loved the selection and was happy to see that they carry t-shirts and hats which are local to the community. Buying a hat or hairband with the Colorado flag on it was a goal for the trip and I was happy they could accommodate. Worth a stop if you're into running and outdoor activities. read more

The all-purpose running shoes I bought from Trent and his team are great! They really take the time to explain the science behind shoes so you can make an educated purchasing decision. Loved how they analyzed my walk and run to ensure what I bought was conducive to me personally. Great service and a great team! Highly recommend! read more

By far the best customer service experience that I've had anywhere for any product, hospitality service, or dining in years. While I was there going through my shoe journey to find the right one, I was able to briefly forget the ongoing staffing and supply chain issues that are rife in every business you come in contact with currently. Better than only recommending it here, I would seek opportunities to suggest this store to people! read more

Trent and Cecilia have been exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable, as I've ramped up my running hobby. I ran my first half marathon in February 2016, and these guys helped me along the way. Prior to getting the right help, I was never running more than 3-5 miles. Since I'm not a natural runner, they had plenty of "troubleshooting" to do. I've learned the value of compression socks - even if just for recovery, but I've also worn on longer runs. I have sole supports even in my dress shoes. And they've helped me along as I've moved from Asics Cumulus (I've worn Asics running and tennis shoes for close to 20 years) to Hoka One One's. They also took great care in fitting my wife in her new running shoes. Back to the Hokas. I loved them right from the start, but they gave me some issues after 100 miles. Turns out - it looks like they had a defect. Trent listened to my issue, inspected the shoes, noticed an obvious flaw in the right sole, and immediately took them back. He then went through a time-consuming process to fit me in the right shoe while looking at Mizuno, Saucony, Asics, and Hoka after first doing a gait analysis on the onsite treadmill using an iPad. FYI...I'm giving the Hokas another shot, but I moved from the Odysseys to the Clifton 3. These people are very personable, knowledgeable about their sport, and they strive to build a Parker running community through group runs on Mondays and Saturdays. I highly recommend this locally owned running store. read more

I have been to this store a couple of times and I consider it my unofficial running shop. The customer service has been good, they performed a quick assessment of my running form and recommended great options. I ended up getting some great neutral running shoes. One pair of shoes did not make the cut and the return was painless and without pressure to buy something else. I gladly make the 35 minute drive to get my running gear at this store. read more

Awesome team in here; take the time to really get the right prodcut for you. I tried on at least seven pairs of shoes and was evaluated in each. It got bust near the end of my transaction and they could have used another pair of hands, but understandable. They will some day move to a larger space. Pay a little bit more, support these folks,a nd get a proper fit for running/walking shoes. read more

This is by far the best running store around - including their great return policy. Their staff, especially Rachael, is extremely competent and knowledgeable about running and the body. They made sure my feet were happy, And really spent a great deal of time with me, analyzing my foot/gait, and making sure it truly was the best fit. I will recommend all of my nurse colleagues to come here, so they truly get the best fit and experience. Thanks RNK read more

I found RNK on an internet search. While there were other running stores much closer to me I liked what I read about the business and the high ratings they received from other customers. I therefore decided to drive the extra miles to visit their shop. I was very happy with that decision and RNK will now be the shop I go to for all my running needs. I felt valued as a customer and did not feel rushed in any way what-so-ever. They evaluated my gait while on a treadmill, filmed it and went over it with me. Based on the results, and my input of what I liked in a running shoe, they suggested a number of shoes which they brought out for me to try on. Oh, and they actually measured both my feet rather than just asking me what size I wore. I felt their prices were reasonable and a steal considering the extremely professional help given me in making my selection. My feet and I left the store very happy. I WILL be back. If you are looking for a new pair of running shoes, and want help making sure you get the best shoe and fit for your particular running style, I highly suggest you give RNK a try, you won't be sorry you did. read more

I can't say enough great things about this store! I don't run but I exercise frequently and my feet are always hurting me. I have custom orthotics. 5 star service all the way. Love supporting great local businesses that are consumer oriented. Good selection and a knowledgeable staff that is truly interested in making sure you have the right fit, the right shoe for what you do. Was in on a busy Saturday and everyone was given proper attention. They bounced ideas of each other, asked questions, let me try a variety of shoes. If you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to give them a shot. If they don't have what you want, ask! They are solution focused. read more

Trent Briney is very knowledgeable about all kinds of athletes. My daughter is a high performance swimmer and has been experiencing pain in her knees. We went in to RNK the day after their grand opening. Trent was there to help me get into a new pair of running shoes. I'm not much of a runner, but I was getting some pain in my feet while using the treadmill at the gym. Trent made sure that not only were we getting the exact right size for my feet, but also took video while I was on the treadmill to help find the best pair of shoes for me that he could. He had a steady stream of customers while we were there, and he was great with everyone and highly knowledgeable. His first priority was making sure that he provided great service and spent as much time as he needed to get me into a great new pair of shoes. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for my next pair! read more

I am a 73 year old walker who has been buying walking shoes for decades. Often walkers, especially elderly ones, are not taken seriously at running shoe stores. But that was not the case at RNK! I have never had the professional shopping assistance level provided by Erik at this store. He filmed me walking on a treadmill to determine my walking style. Then he identified quite a few pairs for me to try from the store's extensive inventory. Unlike previous shopping experiences, I loved so many of the options he selected for me that I purchased three pairs. This is a great place to get walking shoes! I have warn each pair for many miles already and love them all! Try this shop - you won't be sorry! read more

Best running store ever! I can't say enough great things about the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got me into the perfect pair of running shoes! I used to go to a big chain running store and they fit me incorrectly even after a gait analysis which led to a lot of foot pain and problems. The staff at RnK watched me run a few times and knew exactly what I needed. I ran in my new shoes today pain free and I couldn't be happier! Support this great local business!! read more
