Very friendly cashiers. They directed us to both the Amazon return and the clearance racks when we asked for directions since we were not as familiar with the layout of this location. Clearance racks were organized and still had plenty of items to choose from. Never trust that what their online inventory states they actually have on hand. I've been burned twice by this in the last few months. Generally the store is busy. Sometimes you can find someone who can assist you without hunting someone down. They do make a good effort to keep things running efficiently. Customer service area is in akward place. I've been going to the Kohl's in Parker for over 9 years. It is always clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. Kohl's has a lot of unique items and carries specific brands, most recently Sephora. I highly recommend this store! read more

Just be aware they don't offer curbside any longer. My online order confirmation did not mention this and I drove to the store and had 2 sleeping toddlers by the time I arrived (IYKYK). Terrible management. I went in to make a return from something I had purchased online. I was told that they would be keeping $40 because I had earned Kohls cash. Mind you the Kohls cash wasn't used and I showed them that. They said there was nothing they could do and the manager said why wouldn't you want to get something here, it's free. ITS NOT FREE IF I PAID $40!!! I left without doing the return and called the online customer service after being told that was my best option. The curbside pickup here is a disaster. You show up and follow the instructions and then you sit there. Nothing happens. You end up having to go in which kind of makes the curbside pickup option useless, doesn't it? I wondered if it was just me but the lady next to me sat there forever as well. Kohl's is my default department store mostly because there is always a sale and I usually have a coupon on top of it - so there you go I am cheap :) This one is the usual shop. Although, the accessories area is actually cleaner, more organized and generally nicer than other Kohls. My complaint on this one is I went on a day they were stocking (at like noon). I have never been in a Kohls that stocked in the middle of the day!? Associates were far more focused on inventory than customers. I actually had to walk around the store to find someone to check me out! I would go back if in the neck of the woods, but wouldn't be my first choice in Kohls! read more

This is the best customer service/ online pick up in the entire Kohl's chain. It in the front of the store. What a great idea. Kathy in customer service was excellent and patient as we returned our on line order. When the online shipments come split up it makes it laborious to get the return done. Thanks to Kathy we got it done. Looking for extra long twin sheets for my dad's bed. The sign on the shelve said extra long twin, but what was on the shelf was not extra long. After we spoke to three very nice helpful employees we learned they did not have extra long twin sheets. Then the kiosk was more problems as we had to order the twin X long sheets that are just kept on the shelves when the college students are going back to school. But it's Christmas and the sign on the shelf is still there. I am just asking if anyone gone back to school since September? Also, u need to fix the printer in the kiosk, sounds like it been broke for some time. I did get the email. Thank you Bernie for coming to our rescue and helped get the order completed. It will not get here in time for Christmas, but be for the new year. I HATE shopping for clothes. Absolutely positively hate it. I realize, that is not a normal sentiment for a female... so I will explain myself a little more. I don't do designer stuff, I hate loud, obnoxious, look at me clothing and/or clothing that looks like it's been worn by someone else for at least two years before I got my hands on it. On the rare occasion that I must force myself to find something, this is usually where you will find me by my house. This store is for the most part pretty well kept, and I've never had any problems with returns and exchanges. I don't always find what I'm looking for here, but I'd say about 65% of the time I don't come away empty handed even if it is with just a candle or a stupid picture frame. There are only a couple of things that I do not like about this store, which are offenses that most department stores make; they are always having a sale (why can't you just lower the price of all of your stuff in general instead of trying to make people think they are getting a deal?) and they always bother you incessantly about signing up to be their debt slave with a credit card. Other then that, I must admit that it kind of annoys that pretty much every item in this store is not made in the US... but all that aside there aren't a whole lot of options for clothing in the area so I guess what I am saying is, I hope this place stays open at least for now; until something better comes along! read more

One: The line is super long for checkout. I would recommend having more staff at the registers. Second: I asked how much I had left on my gift card to the cashier, and instead of telling how much was on the gift card she charged me for the sports bra that I was going to pay for, however I had Kohl's cash. So I told her excuse me I didn't want that card to be charged I just wanted to see how much was on it before purchasing. She then gave me this sassy tone and horribly service for telling me well that's not how are system works. (Meaning that they can't see the balance on the card before purchase) So i told her I want a refund so I can use my kohl's cash. She had to get her manage over who was even ruder to handle situation. Talking down on me and even saying B.S (meaning bullsh*t which is not very great customer service) In the end I didn't end up purchasing anything from that store. read more

This Parker Kohl's is always stocked, the employees are always polite, it's clean and it just makes me feel happy. I am not sure what to say; it's easier to write a review when you're unhappy. Same opinion as everyone else. A "sale" at Kohls means you are only paying 10% ABOVE average retail value. Try a bar code scanner on your smart phone. You will find that EVERYTHING is priced above average retail price. Kohls then has one of their infamous "sales" and still sells at higher prices. Why oh why does Kohl's do their pricing the way they do? Pricing is so confusing you never know what an item is going to cost until you get to the register. And every fricking rack has an electronic sale sign that says, 25, 40, 50, 60 or some other crazy % off. Then you thrown in the emails (almost daily) and texts that you get from them and it's a very strange experience. Bottom line: never pay full price at Kohl's, get emails or texts for even more discounts. I was drug along to go shopping for some clothes for my love's new job in Richmond, VA and we found tons of blouses, but almost no skirts. Why the heck is that? Seriously, even people who worked at the store had no idea where skirts were! They did have a great selection of blouses though and one item that was originally priced $44 had been marked down 80% and I had a text that gave us 15% off of that! We ended up going to Marshall's and Ross at Arapahoe Crossing for skirts though since there were hardly any here to choose from. read more

I was gifted a beautiful Bulova watch purchased from Kohls. Took it into the Parker, CO store to have some links in the band removed for sizing. Manger on duty told the Clerk that this store only does that at the time of sale. Hope that ridiculous decision was worth loosing a customer. How thoughtless can you be. read more

I don't appreciate how poorly they treat their customers at this location! They made me feel like a fraud just because I didn't have my physical Kohl's card on me for a lousy $30 purchase. Their clothes are made of poor materials and the fibers break down after just a couple washes. Their business practices are shady and borderline dishonest and you have to use their high interest rate business card to get a decent price. But, what takes the cake is that when you need to verify your social security number, it is NOT SECURE, the lady behind me could have easily written it down and then they do the same thing but on the big screen for your driver's license. I have been to other Kohl's that were better, but the manager, Melissa, at this one was rude and disrespectful and openly encouraged the check-out girl to treat me the same way --- in front of my family and other customers waiting to check out. This is my home-town store, but I will NEVER shop here again! Based on other reviews have read, the corporate office are really out to lunch and don't genuinely care about how they mistreat their customers. I suspect that is why the aisles are so empty every time I visit. Businesses who treat their paying customers like scum don't deserve to stay in business. read more

So annoyed with this place and their customer service! I called from the Lakewood location after customer service in Lakewood told me the Parker location had four of these Malden frames that I needed. The Parker location said that they would put one on hold, Because that is all that I needed even though when I read them the SKU number they said they had four in inventory. I drove all the way out to Parker in snow we weather that just kept getting worse just for this frame that they said they had and put on hold for me. I got there and they had the wrong frame on hold and apparently didn't even have the one that I needed. The lady at customer service didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She was so rude to me and didn't do anything else to help me with that is literally the only thing that I needed. And the girl had no common sense or no knowledge about any of their home product. I'm a valued customer at Kohl's and have a charge card there, I go there probably two or three times a month and to receive this kind of customer service blew my mind. While at the check out at the Parker, CO store I was making a purchase and was asked if I wanted to save 30% on my purchase by opening a Kohls credit card. I asked if the items I was purchasing would qualify and was told yes. I asked are you sure and she said yes again so I went through the process of setting up the charge account and upon completion the 30% did not show on the transaction. She called the manager over only to find out that the items did NOT qualify for the 30% off so I said I didn't want the card then and the Manager told me I would have to call to cancel. I feel I was misled into opening a charge account which I really didn't want in the first place and I didn't even get the discount I was offered. In turn the manager did not offer to do anything to remedy the situation except to basically tell me tough luck and to call customer service when I got home. He did say he would honor the 30% on another qualifying purchase but that's of little consolation to tell me that I have to purchase even more merchandise than I set out to. I am very dissatisfied and less than pleased with the false tactics that were used to persuade me to open a Kohls Charge Account. Beware of the 30% discount offer! read more

I don't know what it is but I really enjoy buying my clothes from here vs. Target, JCpenny's etc. always seem to find what I want. Store is always clean and prices seem fair. Store staff is always friendly and doesn't keep pushing after you have said no to the kohl's card. read more

I've had issues in the past with this location but but my most recent issue happened on Monday, December 21st. I was with my mom and we both went to the same register, when we walked up our cashier (Monica) was very unpleasant and tried shoving EVERYTHING into one large bag and when I asked for a second bag (because everything was spilling out) she seemed to have a problem with it. At this point I was very flustered and didn't realize I walked out without my change ($70.00!!!). Once I realized I didn't receive my change I went back in and I told her and also informed the manager on shift. After countless rude looks from the cashier Monica, speaking with 3 different managers and being told there wasn't anything they could do right then I finally got my change back at 5:30 pm THE NEXT DAY!! read more

Shopping 10/28/16 for basic pantyhose, a belt and jewelry for a Halloween costume....after searching thru every single pkg of pantyhose (which wasnt very many) looking for medium sized nude hose with no luck, I asked for help & why the stock was empty...the lady from accessories couldnt explain why they were out of stock or when more would be avail...and suggested I shop at Walmart---LOL!! Interesting sales strategy. I think she was trying to get me off her back but as a business person it boggles my mind that a company would suggest to a patron physically shopping in their store wanting to buy Kohls products...to leave the store to go buy from what I presume is their significant competitor!!
