Costco in Parker is still my go to. It has slipped a bit since my initial review. The gas is good but not always the cheapest. The lines are great if you go early but midday or weekends can be a wait. In the warehouse there is a wide assortment of products (snack stations are back!) and a large selection of wine & alcohol that is not offered at all Costco locations. There is clothing, a tire shop inside the warehouse and all kinds of kitchen and home appliances. They took away several self-check out stations. When lines get really long (and they can stretch back to beyond a few of the aisles) employees try to pre-check carts. The system was working so why change it. Or have the self-check for smaller orders to keep things moving. The food court has the famous hot dog and soda combo for $1.50. They added a calzone which I haven't tried and brought back the turkey and provolone hot sandwich. The managers I previously knew have moved. Overall still a great store. read more

I hadn't been to Costco in years and decided to give the Parker location another try, but it reminded me why I stopped shopping here. The store was incredibly crowded, the checkout lines were extremely long, and there weren't any shopping carts available when I walked in. It was difficult to get down many of the aisles because they were so packed, and the air conditioning didn't seem to be keeping up, making the store feel uncomfortably warm. Compared to my experiences at Sam's Club, this visit felt much more chaotic and less enjoyable. I know plenty of people love Costco, but for me, I'll be sticking with Sam's Club. read more

Finally got to experience Costco- and what a great company Costco is! Costco has some great deals for those wanting to become a member. Costco offers a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Costco offers Kirkland brand and name brands as well on a majority of their items. Definitely do price comparisons but paper products are usually worth the purchase in terms of cost-cutting measures. The checkout process, which is tedious at competitor businesses, is seamless and quick here at Costco. Finally decided to take the plunge and get a Costco membership. Went to this location since I heard good things about the customer service. I purchased my membership online, but had to go to the store to pick up my card. The printer was down at first, so they asked me to get my card via the app. Fortunately, during the brief wait, the printer started working, and I got my physical card. The store wasn't too busy for a Saturday morning. The self-checkout line appeared long, but was super speedy with their system. An employee scans your items as you wait, so all you have to do is scan your card at the register to check out. Very nice! read more

I have a brand new hip and went to Customer Service at the Parker Costco to ask for some help purchasing two 42 pound boxes of Kitty Litter and needing help loading. Mia Y was more than cheerful and immediately offered to help with the transaction and load me. I just got cleared to walk a little more than ten minutes. Generally a good experience. Gas is less and double filtered.if you have a need for a popular size, like 36/34 pants for men, good luck. If your wife is an XS, forget it. Meat, fish, cheese, vegetable and fruit choices are outstanding, as well as frozen choices...better than Sam's Club. They have done away with opening early for Seniors. This costco can be a hit or miss depending on the time of day you come. I usually come for the gas but always stop by inside to see if there's much to buy in the wholesale sections. There are a good amount of items that are usually stocked pretty well, and some items that I usually never see at other costco's. It does get pscked here at nights and good luck trying to navigate through the store on busy weekends. I would like to say the value of the items are on par with all the other costco's. AVOID THE TIRE CENTER. I took my car in for a routine tire rotation and they damaged my studs on my rim. I filed a claim with their insurance and they denied it so now I have to tow my car and pay for repairs myself. They clearly damaged it since it was fine before I took it in. I have proof from my previous rotations at the dealership that my car was fine before I took it in. I cannot believe this is how they treat long standing members. Do not bring your car into the tire center for anything unless you want it damaged. read more

You know they'll not only have what you need, but they'll have it in bulk. Employees are helpful and most things are fairly easy to find. The gigantic shopping carts pushed by shoppers who are also likely terrible drivers are a bit hard to maneuver around, but just see it as a game while you keep up with your significant other, who looks at items you'll never need. Several items are a huge value because you're buying them a year's supply at a time. Plus, you can get a cheap meal on the way out or while you wait (should you not want to play the cart game). read more

Large and well appointed store and well run. I've gotten so I always purchase tires there. I also shops there frequently as they are always well stocked with everything and their ribs and roast chicken are always stocked and piping hot. I've also used their appliance department and their delivery and installation is well above par with any other appliance stores. My only critique is their optical counter is poorly organized and understaffed and you should always expect to wait which isn't the case with all Costco stores. However, when you do finally get waited on they are attentive and nice. read more

Back in February 2025, we went to this location about an hour before closing during the middle of the week, and did some normal Costco shopping, including some whole bean coffee. I've been to at least 40 different stores across the US, since the 1990s, and not one of them has been without a coffee grinder, but this store not only doesn't keep one (weird for a store that sells a lot of whole bean coffee), the abrasive manager who I think is named Steve responded in an odd and combative way to what was a friendly inquiry about the future availability of a grinder: "we don't have one and we're not gonna have one!" I shop here every week. We all know how it goes. It's a warehouse store. No one adheres to the rules of the road while pushing their carts down the aisles. Everyone grabbing samples for their 5 kids, since apparently they all missed lunch. But that's okay!!! Because the products at Costco are too notch, and quality. I absolutely love their microfiber cloths in bulk for a ridiculously low price. Toilet paper. Giant cottage cheese, sour cream, block of cheese, vitamins, coffee, lunch meat...quality. All of it. Sure it's busy, stressful and chaotic at times. Only because everyone knows they are getting a great deal. So they all show up. I just picked up my glasses at the Optical Center. Shazzy was awesome. He took the time to make sure that my new glasses fit properly, and he even adjusted an older pair of prescription so glasses that I had purchased at another Costco a few years ago. I find this to be one of the most absurd locations to shop. Every visit only gets worse and further harassment of my family. Costco has every right to make sure the folks shopping here are members. Today, during checkout, my wife was told she is not allowed to shop here because she is not a member. This is after I had scanned my membership card and she is standing next to me. I'm Angel, yesterday my roommate and I went to get food, we always pay half and half because we share what we buy, we have been doing this all the time without any problem until yesterday. One the cashiers STEVE T, was so rude, the way he treated us was bad just because we wanted to pay half of the amount in cash and the other half in credit car, he didn't want to do that and he even said that they don't do that plus the one who has the membership is the only person who has to pay when we all know that is not like that, anyway, I felt like he was rude for that reason plus idk if it was just because we look Latinos but that is not the way to treat customers, I work taking care of customers too and our checks depends on the customers consumption. read more

You get 14 small cashew pieces, not the whole cashews pictured, NO Green Onion, 2 pieces of red pepper, NO SAUCE, and 2 pieces of chicken so small you need a magnifying glass! I really enjoy shopping at this Costco. I've tried a few others in the area but so far this one is great. I was in the area and needed to grab a few things. I love the executive membership as it gives you a reward certificate at the years end of your membership. The theory goes , it's for you to renew , but Costco has auto renewal on your visa so I just use the certificate on shopping. Seemed like Costco Corporate was there last night. Ladies and Gentlemen were going over several bakery items. Seems like Costco changed their bagels , yuck. Loads of holiday items coming in ! Baking items galore . Horrible customer service. I sent my son to get a pizza and some steaks with my card. He's 16 I couldn't get out of work in time before they closed. They let him order and get the pizza but apparently you cannot send your child to pick up anything for you except food court food. So for some reason they don't want my money. I even sent a text with my permission. My son even talked to a manager, who told him that after Nov1st they cannot do it. I even called to see if they can make an exception. Just a hard rude stiff nope, not our policy. Apparently either is customer service. I remember when people actually took pride in their job and wanted to help the customer. I went here with my daughter shopping for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She scanned her card and I told her that I would pay. Screech to a halt...is that your card? Yes...my debit card. You can't pay on her Costco membership. Never asked me if I had a membership. My daughter went to pay with her cc...nope, it's a MasterCard, don't take those. So, I quick paid my daughter $300 and she paid with her debit card. We then went and BOTH canceled our memberships! Rude.
