My shopping experience was great even though I was on an electric cart due to an injury and the guy at checkout quickly scanned my items to make it easier for me. What I did not know was the location of self checkout had changed. And not for the better. Previously the entrance to self checkout and regular checkout, all were at the end of a traditional shopping route through the store. I had to find my way to quick checkout which was at the start of the store versus the end of the store and so I had to try and maneuver my cart to get into line and that was not an easy process. I'm not sure of the logic, but it is lost on me as a self check person. I hope they can find a better way to manage self checkout than is currently being done. read more

Costco the one place stop and they have TIRES! Well I would not recommend tires from Costco, while the tires are nice the customer service was beyond terrible. Took 4 days to repair a flat tire. No one left notes or paper trails about what was going on regarding a simple flat tire. So each time I spoke with someone In person or on the phone I would have to fill them in with what's happening on a flat tire. 4 days to get a flat tire fixed, poor service if that's what you can call it. One stop shop for everything except tires, darn. read more

1/2 of the items were not available that for the last 3yrs have been. Unclear signs on pastry items- a table that is marked two for the price of one, but there's one item that you only get one of, this is baloney... All prices have gone up and it's more than King Soopers raise in cost. You're so busy trying to fill the room with clothes and swimsuits when it's January instead of carrying things that everybody needs every day. The office supplies have zero to look at, no scissors, no pens, I didn't even see copy paper. Nothing, might as well not have an office supply section. I'm canceling my membership. I will not return. This is a great Costco and I've never personally had problems with this Costco. I like the layout of it and the parking is usually great and I've never waited too long for gas, even on the weekends. I also enjoy this Costco because they're pretty well stocked and have the things I like as well as some novelty, seasonal things. Watch out for tire shop! Good people, great prices. But a warning: when you make an appointment for service GET IT IN WRITING! Here's why. When you arrive and they check you in, they do not always confirm your appointment. If they can't find the right name, they'll just assume you're a walk-in. THEY DON'T TELL YOU SO. But they do take your keys. You never find out until you ask what's up. Then they might say they're just running behind. This can go on for hours. By the time you figure it out, it's too late to leave. And you've blown FOUR HOURS on a 45 minute job. Oh! They apologize! But they do it without taking on any accountability. They just stick to their script. Pretty cynical! They are forbidden to actually do anything. Just GET IT IN WRITING! That way you'll be fine. read more

What a horrible experience. We returned tortillas unopened that we just got an hour before from instacart because they were the wrong size and they turned around and threw them away. If I knew I would have kept them and donated them and said screw the money especially when hunger is an epidemic in the United States. This place is sad because there was no one in check out and my dad walked towards self check out and the girl working there herded him over and said lines here even there there was no one in line and demanded our card ... like what the hell is going on here. The Sheridan Costco I thought had bend over backwards customer service. Until the last few times. Today topped it. I went to the self check out. The last couple times I've been asked to show photo ID which I thought was a little strange since I showed my ID to get into the store. Today I had my hands full and she said she needed to see my ID so I said, can you please hold a sealed the bag of vegetables. She took the bag and then I was getting my card out. She actually huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes and threw the bag on whatever product was next-door? I made a comment about thanks for helping me. I grabbed my bag and dropped the sample cups at her feet. She seemed horrified and as I was walking out a manager asked what had happened. I explained the employee couldn't be bothered to help and seem put off. She should definitely not be working with customer service and should be stocking products. I told him I'm generally happy, and Costco has always bent over backwards to help. Next time my hands are full I will have her walk over if she wants to see my ID unload my products at the checkout counter, and then politely show her my ID. I'm not going to fumble around with full hands if they're not going to help. And no I did not have a shopping cart. read more

This location is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and greets you when you arrive. The self-checkout makes it easy for you to grab a few things if needed as well. Plus, Costco always has a great selection of food and food, if required, at a great value. The value of gas is almost always cheaper than the other gas stations in the area. The fuel savings makes up for the yearly Costco membership fee alone. The line at the pumps can get long but is very quick. They also have an attendant out there to assist people who can't figure out how to use the pump, which is nice but crazy that it's needed. read more

Good layout and selection. Main Complaint is the check out. I get it you need to check our membership cards and if are hands are full and can't grab it at the time you ask don't treat us like criminals. Spends 1000's here and have a love hate with self-check out. It's always the fastest but the person checking the membership card is like an undercover DEA agent trying to find cartel members. read more

Photo speaks for itself. This worker was just chatting while showing personal photos while people waited to be helped. She was irritated when asked to assist customers. There was other staff standing by as well but it appeared they were in the middle of training. I've been to multiple Costcos in 4 different states and this one had by far the worst customer service. This review is solely based on my experience with their tire center. I had an appointment for a tire installation and brought my car in on time. Waited for TWO AND A HALF HOURS before I finally lost my patience and went to the counter to demand an explanation. 2.5 hours for a tire installation is absolutely ridiculous. If you cannot provide the service in a timely manner, don't set the appointment! Don't overbook yourself and make the customer suffer. Also, maybe provide updates to the customer? "We're sorry, we've had some delays and it's going to take an hour longer than expected to get your car done." would have gone a long way instead of providing no information at all. The manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves. read more

This remains my favorite Costco in Colorado - and I've been to almost all of them over the years! The parking and shopping inside is never overcrowded, even during the pandemic. They are very well organized and well stocked. They staff their check out lines well enough that there are never giant lines like some of the other stores have. They had a full liquor store next door years before the other Costcos started carrying liquor. They are the first location I've stopped at in the last two months that actually had toiler paper in stock. I LOVE THIS STORE! read more

Shopping here on Thursday June 11th 2009 with Hubs and my parents after work is indeed a bliss. One is a weekday plus after working hours, not alot of customers there. Two, I can shop in PEACE and Tranquility. Three the layout is pretty similar to some Costco in town and has a slight difference too. Four, when at the check out counters, the staffs are very helpful, since they help us load and unload our stuffs from the cart. I hope their customer service mantains and remains its quality in the future, since I like this Costco Sheridan Location. Five, I like it, I like it when I can find and purchase certain bulk items for our monthly needs and stretch it for months. read more

I love Costco. What is there to not love ? This particular warehouse has short check out times and lines, a semi chaotic parking lot (since shared w the car wash) and friendly employees. I wish this Costco carried some of the other products I see at other Costco's like Laird Superfood and Banza pasta. Otherwise, love all the great deals and products! read more

This 1 star rating is directed towards 1 individual. Costco, in general, is an amazing company and this particular store is no exception, however, that old adage rings true (1 bad apple can spoil the batch). I purchased a pair of expensive sunglasses a couple of weeks ago and returned to have them adjusted last week. As I approached the optical department, there were 2 employees chatting, apparently 1 was working in another department and when he noticed I was nearing the optical department, he smiled at me and left. When I arrived at the optical counter, DJ or maybe TJ, looked in my direction. He didn't acknowledge me so I asked him if he worked there. That really rubbed me the wrong way, whether or not he was upset about me interrupting his conversation, that's no way to treat a customer. I repaid him by changing into my attitude costume and told him that my sunglasses needed to be adjusted. All this time, he would not come within 5 feet of me so I repaid him by pushing the sunglass case in his direction. After he put them in a machine and returned them to me, I said that they needed further adjustment. When I put them back on, I had to ask for a mirror. I couldn't wait to get away from this arrogant jerk. I've had nothing but excellent customer service at this location until now. Needless to say, I'll never return to this optical shop again. read more

I have been a Costco customer for about 25 years. I spend on average $1000 / month at this establishment. After yesterday, no more! Worst customer service I have ever had. After spending $350 decided to go for a bite at their food service. Almost a terrible joke how bad and rude totally disrespectful the food service staff is.... they should not be in any type of service industry whatsoever. The girl at the optometrist worsts attitude I have encountered...& The gentleman who "Helped me" at the food counter was completely sarcastic when I asked him how long the food would take stating "I could give it to you frozen" total ass, like I was not allowed to ask approximate time? I myself have worked in the food industry and realize once you get attitude with your customer who is paying for your wages you need to change industries! Totally unacceptable! This location is one I frequent often. Great selection, friendly people. I usually come here on a Sunday morning, right after church to beat the crowds. Coming early means you can get out faster, but you miss the samples. Either way it's still a win if you can get in and get out in less than half an hour. That being said, I rarely have a problem finding a parking spot. Just be mindful of pedestrians. Also, this Costco is great when you have to gas up. The lines aren't too long. SELF CHECK-OUT TERMINALS!!! WOW what a dream come true. Hope they make their way to a Costco near me soon. If you want to buy Liquor, there is a seperate "store" outside to the left of the front entrance. Food Court is inside this location which make sense bc D-Co can get pretty stinkin cold. Besides the awesomeness of the self check-outs it's just like every other Costco. But they did have some Denveresque items such as Green Chili Sauce in the freezer section as well as Tapatilo Fritos. I should have bought some of those to take back to LA. Carry on snack! read more

What's not to like? Restaurant Quality produce better and cheaper than the local supermarkets is why I go...I stock up on oranges, avocados, berries, berries, cherries, and berries! Costco Meats and Fish are highly touted as well. I routinely grab a flank steak or two, stew beef in bulk, huge salmon filets, ground bison and organic grass fed beef. Cheese? Yes, oui, Si- there is cheese from every country of the world - this ain't Sam's Club- Big hunks that are pricey, but per ounce a bargain! Organic Eggs and European pork belly bacon is sometimes on my list, as well as great vitamins and health and beauty products. You gotta be careful here. You are bound to come home with something that wasn't on your list...but you will probably love it! Oh...And PS: Come on a Weekday if you can- people are AHOLES at Costco on the weekends. read more

But when we went back a few days later it looked like they were either gone or they moved them :(. This one has definitely been less crowded both times we went there. This is a great Costco. Though it can be pretty busy on the weekends, the selection is great. I don't typically buy name brands so I didn't always think a membership was worth it. However, they've recently started carrying some items that interest me. Organic chicken and beef! You can buy whole chickens, drumsticks, thighs, or breasts. Though the breasts don't seem to be a great deal, the other items are less expensive than I've seen most places. You can also get a 5 lb bag of frozen green chiles for less than $7!! It is a fabulous deal and if you're lazy like me and don't really enjoy cleaning the chiles but love to eat the product, this is the way to go. They've also started carrying Organic eggs. I believe it works out to $3.50/dozen which is a decent deal if you're into organic eggs. Avocados are around .80/piece. The huge good ones- not the tiny ones at Sprouts. The rest of their meat and fish is always high quality, even if it's not organic, and decently priced. Great cheese selection. Three pound bags of frozen organic berries are around $10 which is also a good deal. It's cheaper if you don't mind conventional. Their televisions are super cheap right now too. If you're the market for a new t.v. before the Super Bowl, it is probably worth the membership cost to check out the selection at Costco. I highly recommend!! read more

Got tire warranty adjustment quick and easy. They did have to order the tire to replace the correct size. (I drive a car with 15in tires.) I could have gotten it on the same day, but would have had to drive to Parker on the under sized spare. read more
