I love this store and I only have good things to say about it. The building and bathroom is always clean, great selection of organic products and from what I have seen a very friendly staff that always remember me. The products here are unique and often from smaller companies dedicated to health and quality. I believe they only carry products that are cruelty free. It's so nice that they offer a wide variety of natural makeup, hair products and other beauty products too! I am so happy to see more Natural Grocers popping up around the US. read more

I am speechless. Margaret Isley would not stand for unconscious staff who are concerned more about themselves than they are about the customers. This place opened their doors 2 weeks ago. You won't find them in the directory info, or google map. Luckily someone told me about this location opening up. Let me just say wow! They did a great job with this store. It's right across the street from Whole Foods, and you know they're gonna compete. They have an amazing vitamin selection for cheaper prices than Whole Foods. The other great thing about this location is that they have a lecture hall where they are bringing in some top talent to education the public. I am completely in love with this store! I've recently become more interested in healthier living and this place is so amazing. It's across the street from Whole Foods but it BEATS THE PANTS off of them in terms of pricing and staff. Everyone there is incredibly helpful AND knowledgable. Each time I have gone in there for a specific vitamin, they have led me to the one that will work best for whatever symptoms I am experiencing. (Because there are ROWS of choices!) All of their produce is organic. All of it. You can't buy anything that is not. (So it's pretty hard to go wrong here.) They have a great selection of meats- many are frozen- but you can buy elk and bison- all grass fed and organic- top notch. They have a terrific bulk department that has everything and an amazing gluten free selection as well as dairy free and any other allergy you can imagine. The people who run this store are completely dedicated to only putting quality products on their shelves and it absolutely shows. You can visit their website and sign up for its newsletter. They have good sales and really valuable information on different supplements. I am a believer and will continue to patronize this store! Oh and they do not even have bags available so you have to bring your own. They do have small boxes just in case you forget, but - bring your bags! read more

The young lady at the register, bull nose piercing, brown shoulder length hair is possibly the rudest person I have met in a long time. Well, Ricky G, perhaps the Whole Foods directly across the street spiked some healthy competition. This is a gluten-free and vegan friendly haven with unbelievable prices. Lots of sales going on. For example, Nature's Path frozen buckwheat blueberry waffles $1.99 compared to usually around $4 at WF. Great assortment of bulk flours, grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Lots of G-Free breads, rolls, pizzas, muffins, brownies and cookies. Vegan cheesecake by the slice- dangerous! Boulder ice creams only $1.99 per pint. They even carry Myoko Schinner's artisan nut cheese. An entire aisle dedicated to vitamins and supplements. Organic skin care, hair care and make up. The produce isle was surprisingly small, but adequately stocked. It's bring your own bag or buy a reusable tote for $1. Otherwise, they will give you an empty box to carry your groceries out. You can totally eat healthy without breaking the bank. Love this place. read more

This store is clean, but I am constantly disappointed with their inability to restock items. Invariably they are out of certian bulk herbs, and when you try to ask a clerk about it, they are apathetic. Oh, and by the way, if you want good customer service, forget! I shop there at least once a week, and rarely does anyone even acknowledge they have ever seen me before. They need the type of customer service training they get across the street at Whole Foods, where they don't treat you like a criminal because you FORGOT to bring your own bag. They offer you a stupid box. The prices are good, but the lack of inventory, and Rotten customer service is what upsets me the most. Lastly, do not go there when they are getting ready to close, they are scurrying around to clean and organize their section, and waiting on you, the customer is NOT their priority! These guys have THE BEST selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They don't carry any conventional produce. It's much smaller than Whole Foods, but a better selection of organic foods. The employees are very friendly. read more

The store manager here is horrible, I have been going here the last few years. In the past few months this store has only gone down hill. The store manager belittles employees in front of customers (seen myself) and there is lack of employee in this store now so you cannot find help or if you do they know nothing about the store. I can't believe NG would have the "guts" to stay open for business across the street at one of the largest Whole Foods Markets in the State of Colorado. Most recently this creepy store overcharged me for two bottled beverages that were on sale. When I called to inquire about a refund, I was told to return to the store for a refund. The store will not and cannot issue a refund over the phone. Also, very few items were on sale, which is poor competitiveness in my book. I emailed corporate around the same time as my visit. At least two weeks have gone by, still no response. Please go out of business and take Sprouts with you. read more

Usually the workers at natural grocers are extremely friendly. This store has by far the rudest workers I have ever encountered and even the manager acted as if she had much better things to do than help me. Not one single smile the entire time I was in the store. read more
