The cashier was aggressive and rude when telling me about the store's policy to ignore government guidelines (and basic arithmetic) so they always round UP to the next nickel for cash customers, instead of rounding DOWN in appropriate cases. There was no need for her to be a bully about it. She should have simply offered to relay my fairness suggestion to management. read more

The energy here is genuinely delightful. They have great variety and quality in produce for affordable prices. Also love how they have everything organized. My Virgo self loves and appreciates the clean environment full of friendly faces. This team Slays the day! read more

I love coming to this location! Xiema (I'm spelling it wrong, but the beauty, body care, hair care, and she also does supplements) and Jackie are my absolute favorite! They are so welcoming and nice to me, I actually can't wait to go so my shopping here because of how nice of an experience it is. I just wish this location carried more things like the location in Parker. I guess NG stocks its stores individually based on demand, but they should still be incorporating new products and testing out at this location. I really miss Taste of Life's large chicken pot pies... They make perfect last min dinners read more

I love this place! Good, actually wholesome, food. Not too expensive. Good people! Nice place. It has actually changed my life/found the right combination of foods to really lose weight. Thank you. read more

I would like to share the ultimate list of items I always buy from here. Prices compared to Wholefoods are always cheaper and same exact products! This market overall is always better . Plus they have boxes to box all your stuff, I love it. Such a better way to reuse all the boxes than to trash. - Organic Grass Beef Tallow (find it in the oil section)- Moisturizer for your skin! Use it every where. I swapped out my face creams and lotions over a year ago and my skin is the best it has ever been! - Bonafide Beef Bone Broth (in the frozen section) - this stuff has literally transformed my entire well being. I drink a mug full every morning with Celtic salt and it has had such amazing benefits to my overall health. Not groggy, I don't feel tired throughout the day, healed my gut! And has aided in my weight loss and making my bones stronger! - Harmless Organic Coconut Water (fridge section) - I drink this after I workout. Major boost of hydration! - Celtic Salt - Himalaya is not good for you. Swap it for Celtic. Your body will thank you! - Honey - eat a spoonful every morning or when you need a pick me up. They have a variety of really good brands! - 80/20 Ground beef grass fed! - Raw grass fed Cheese! - Mountain Spring water in the glass bottle always tastes the BEST!! read more

I shop here several times a week. As a vegetarian seeking organic products, I like the size of this store. It's small in comparison to Whole Foods but has essentially everything I need. I can shop quickly. Good staff but frequent turnover makes me wonder why. read more

Great prices and sale items. Variety is good, especially for vegan/vegetarian items. Nice produce section too.

Expensive hippie stuff for when you want to pamper yourself. I got an oatmeal soap and a small bodywash. They have the largest Amy's frozen food selection iv'e seen before which is cool because I like their Indian entrees from time to time and they are not easy to find at a regular grocery store. I would go back to try the veggies and food another day. read more

Natural Grocers - a hand holding a soap bar - Grocery Near Me - Centennial, Colorado

This is one of my favorite stores on the area. The customer service is usually great. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with in the supplement dept with 2 separate woman that didn't even attempt to look for me- one literally said oh yeah we don't have much by source naturals- it must have been the store on university that I saw it in online in store- when I decided at that point to leave the store- it really seemed like I was not wanted there- (Ended up Spending 306$ at Whole Foods instead of NG) I decided to just check just to see, as soon as I turned around and looked up as I was walking to the supplementary section there it was tight in front of my face, so yeah. I'm sure I'll be back, but yeah my money went to a different store because of the service yesterday. Would like to note; The lady that said that said she had never heard of one of the items I was looking for *NAG and that it must be NAC- It actually is NAG. I ordered it from Amazon I'm a prime member. read more

This is the only grocery store that I really trust. They provide healthy food options and do what they can to keep prices down. They even find discount coupons for you at check out--that is awesome! Thank you Elena for your helip--really appreciate your kindness! read more

One of the bigger Natural Grocers I've been to! This one is super nice and the staff is friendly and helpful! We went here to get milk but their prices were a little outrageous so we left with some kombucha that was on sale instead! I liked all the choices they had on groceries and the cleanliness of the store. Just wish the prices were a little more reasonable for groceries. Their vitamin selection is fantastic though and most of those prices are cheaper than some other places that sell the same stuff! read more

Natural Grocers - Revive Kombucha is on sale $1.99 right now! - Grocery Near Me - Centennial, Colorado

I was helped by Jessica in the health section of the Natural Grocers Store off of Arapahoe Road. She really knew EVERYTHING about the supplements that I wanted to purchase, and helped me out choosing the right ones. She is a very friendly person, and you can walk right up to her, and get your questions answered easily, and with a smile! Thank you so much for your EXCELLENT customer service, today, Jessica! read more

Not happy with their return policy. Tried to return 3 items. Girl said policy is to return only two items. Was snotty and scratched my receipt off to make sure I can't return the third. I'll just go buy all the vitamins I need on Thorne if that's how they are read more

A little expensive, but a great place to find organic food. Be prepared, bring a bag as they do not have a paper or plastic option for your groceries. Either that or they will set you up with a box for your food lol. read more

This is a 0 star review. Grocers is not accommodating to my disability. Instead they refuse to serve me because of it. Which is a violation of ADA. They are openly breaking the law, they do not care about being lawful. Rude staff, overpriced items. You can shop and Soopers and save money, time and you won't be harassed for your medical disability. Strongly recommend not shopping here. Take your hard earned money elsewhere! read more

For me, this is the secret place I go to get my natural supplements. Namely, Emergen-C! They have it really cheap compared to Whole Foods, Sunmarket or anywhere else it seems. Good place to go to check out when you are tired of the same old same old Whole Foods. read more

This location is moreso off of South Dayton, even though, you can get to it either way. I love this quaint spot. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's packed with goodies. Not so compacted or grandiose to where I feel overwhelmed. I love the smell of it. read more

I really like Vitamin Cottage in general, but I especially like this location. Everytime I go there, they ask if I need help finding things, etc. If you're a Whole Foods shopper, your getting ripped off. EG: 6 pack of Zevia soda at Whole Foods $6. At Vitamin Cottage--$4. It's a much better deal. To me Whole Foods has become a rip off and what happened to their staff? I'm glad someone told me about Vitamin Cottage since I'm on an all organic diet. I save about 20% by switching to Vitamin Cottage from Whole Foods--and all the produce at Vitamin Cottage is organic. Only some of it is at Whole Foods. read more

I visited at 5:30 pm on Sunday. The veggies were fresh but overpriced!! Mushroom is $6.xx but same thing is $2.xx in another store. They have a variety of organic valley products, so i went to there for shopping the grass fed milk sold out already in near here whole foods market. Will drop by just for picking up the milk. read more

All produce is organic. So much quicker and easier than Whole Foods, although I still do go to whole foods for specialty items. Also a nice selection of lotions creams make up. read more

The store is fine with lots of great deals. My concern is the extremely rude small asian woman who served me at the cash register. No greeting, just yelling in an incomprehensible manner which made it that much worse. I came to return a product and purchase another instead. This person (Pho I believe she's called) start ranting, "You returning this? You fill out this!" She slammed a pad and pen on the conveyor belt expecting me to fill out the return slip. All the other customers where shocked at her behavior as well. Then she barked instructions on how to return my money which I didn't understand. I had enough and called the store manager. This type of customer service is the worst kind and completely unacceptable. read more

I always like to give credit when it's due, and this place definitely deserves my five stars! I recently started working up the street from this location, so I've stopped in from time to time to pick up a few things. The first time that's worth noting, I was looking for a sleep aid. The woman working in that area listened to my troubles and pointed me toward the perfect product to help with my sleep deprivation! The second time, I was looking for a really good chapstick. I have one spot on my bottom lip that, no matter what I've slathered on, continues to split and bleed nearly every day. An employee told me about Life-flo's Lysine Lip and not only has my lip completely healed, but I haven't had any problems since! Thanks for your help! Keep up the good work! read more

I've been going to this store for many, many years, waaay before they moved to the new building. I just saw a bad review about "a small Asian woman" who I've known to be a good employee for many years. She must have been having an off day, as we all can sometimes. Perhaps this is a cultural misunderstanding? The reviewer seems like a pompous ass whose ego was insulted. Or, in character for this kind of intolerant self-important customer, perhaps there was something wrong with the return and they had to make a big stink to press it on them? "All the other customers were shocked"? Really? I kind of tend to doubt it. She didn't even greet YOU? She expected YOU to fill out the return slip? The nerve! Get over yourself. People loose their jobs over this kind of review extortion. Talk about "small". If this isn't a racist review, why even mention that she was Asian? YOU say "This type of customer service is the worst kind and completely unacceptable"? Not even close. This business has always been extraordinarily helpful when I needed advice on something. Keep up the good work. See you next time! read more

This location has a decent selection of fresh produce and meats. The vitamin section sales people are great. Anytime I have a question about herbs or supplements, I get their full attention and a good recommendation. This store is a little expensive, but many items are still a bargain compared to Whole Foods. read more

I love shopping here. All of their produce is organic, so I don't have to look for it. They have an extensive Kombucha selection and a couple of options on tap with growlers you can buy, Einkorn flour, which I haven't found anywhere else, and I can find any vitamins, clean supplements and clean shampoo, cleaners and household maintenance products. To add, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the store is clean and organized, and the folks who shop there aren't pushing to get in and out as a result...it seems they enjoy the shopping experience there too! read more

Have you ever compared the people that shop at Whole Foods vs. Vitamin Cottage? Night and day people, but good for people watching comparisons. Nonetheless, the mrs. is on a healthy kick and wants to better prepare me for senior citizenship when taking hundreds of pills daily is necessary. Now, we're doing it so maybe we only have to take twenty pills when we get that old. Half this store is setup with pills of all sorts, dietary supplements, etc. The other half is a little grocery store with a huge array of organic produce, meats, eggs, etc. Would you like some ground lamb? You can get it here, but you'll pay for it. They also have a huge assortment of gluten free items such as...pizza! They carry a gazillion different organic fruit juices and even some lunch-type items you can take. Overall, you're usually going to pay more here, but if you need a particular hard-to-find health item...odds are they either have it or can order it. Oh, and they have food for Fido too...I've just never looked at it, cause feeding my guy organic food seems odd. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have been here a few times this year (it's not a monthly occurrence, just when I feel like stopping by). They have a wide variety of different vitamins and herbs, and a small grocery section offering fresh produce and healthy varieties of different store products (items that you would see at a store like Sprouts). It's not as large as retail grocery chains but they offer personable service and that is the reason why I still pop in from time to time. read more

Huh. Not sure about this one. I went in to find a good substitute for overly priced whole foods vitamins. During my first visit, the man working in the supplements section told me to try Amazon rather than buy from there as the prices were better. Wow. Thanks for the honesty, but really? I guess a star goes to the fact they only sell organic produce. But I can't say a ton of positives. I end up back at whole foods every time. Bummer. read more

My second visit in about a year. I really like it here. Fresh organic produce. A staggering variety of vitamins and supplements. Helpful, friendly staff. Prices are a bit higher than Sprouts on certain items. Probably won't be a regular stop but will visit again. read more

I do not shop at Vitamin Cottage very often but I do like to come in a buy local organic meat, an item I have found to be very difficult to find elsewhere. I like that they offer organic foods, prepared foods as well as a ton of natural health products. It really is a cool little store. I highly recommend the meat, even if it is frozen, it is far better then the crap in the regular super market. Just be sure to bring your own bags because they do not provide bags. read more

I have shopped it all the other so called natural grocery stores like Sprouts, Whole Foods (better known as whole paycheck) and you cannot compare them to the quality and value of Natural Grocers. Besides that, they are the only store supporting a group of non-GMO contenders in Colorado by letting them into the store to inform people about GMO's and asking them to sign a petition to make sure that they legally have to be labeled in all stores. Natural grocer also carries many food products that are from local or privately owned companies so your dollar doesn't go to supporting big business. Love this place! Love this place! read more
