On 12/07/23 I was told they are no longer offering this type of shot and that 3 syringe shot is now $120.00. This is false advertising. Price Jumping and deliberately price Gouging its customers. This store is a total scam. I found a store in Castle Rock that offers the same type a shot for a total of $18.00 dollars. Be aware that this store is fully taking advantage of you. With that said, I will be reporting them to the BBB Better Business Bureau. 3p

Making me wait even longer everytime I go in is lousy and their mild gossip is rude. Security has always been cool.

You could make the broader point more clearly and directly:…read more I have been a loyal customer for years and my household has spent a significant amount of money at your stores. During my most recent visit, I was refused the purchase of a four-pack of chocolate stout because I had accidentally left my driver's license in my gym bag. What concerns me is not the beer. It is the mindset that policy now overrides common sense. I am clearly well over the legal drinking age, had other identification in my wallet reflecting that, and am a regular customer who shops at your stores frequently. Yet the only response I received was that the manager could lose his job for exercising any judgment. This experience reflects a larger problem that has become increasingly common since COVID: an environment where rules, scanning, identification requirements, and corporate liability concerns have replaced basic human interaction and common sense. Employees are discouraged from making reasonable decisions, even when the circumstances are obvious. I do not fault the cashier. My concern is with a culture that places rigid compliance above customer relationships and personal judgment. As a result, my family and I have decided that we will no longer be shopping at your stores. We prefer to support businesses that still value people over procedures and trust over constant regulation and control. I wanted management to understand that this decision was not about a four-pack of beer. It was about the larger message your policies send to long-time customers.

I'm leery of all the vendors out there but this business has good stuff that works for me. This location is new but way closer to me. Staff is friendly and they have a decent selection of CBD products. If you didn't bring cash you can use the credit union atm right next door, 1.50 fee which is better than most. I've used this company about 5 times now and haven't had a bad experience. I use it to sleep and to dull pain. I sleep much better. I use the tincture and cannot comment on their other products. One bottle is about $50 and lasts me about 5 to 6 weeks. Tincture tastes awful, you can put it in a drink but it's heavy and will sink to the bottom if you don't stir the hell out of it and even then will still end up on the bottom making your last sip awful. Just suck it up and put it under your tongue and rinse it down with your favorite drink. I would recommend it.
