Went here to check out and buy some workout supplements. I love places that give you credit towards more stuff as you buy stuff (e.g. a rewards program). Knowing I may get something in return for spending so much somewhere softens the blow to the wallet. I didn't have a whole lot of confidence the guy we talked to really knew what he was talking about, but then again, how the heck can anyone know something about every product they have?! I needed some supplements and went to this Vitamin Shoppe across from Park Meadows. It isn't a big shop, but it is well organized and packed with products. So packed, I had to ask for help to find one of my supplements in the sea of bottles! The associates where pretty helpful (although even they couldn't find what I needed at first) and in the end I got what I needed. I like Vitamin Cottage better for the overall look and feel. I was told to visit this place by my personal trainer. She gave me a list of items to purchase. She told me to look online first to make sure the prices were comparable. I picked up the stuff she told me to and took it to the cash register. It all rang up about $30 more than the online website price. I asked the manager and she acted like it was a pain to correct the prices. I have been in here twice and both times the managers were completely rude! One female and one male. I will take my business elsewhere. I also filled out the manufacturers survey. I expected a return call about my experience and never heard back! Bad customer service read more

9/1/2019 - Sitting here in the parking lot at 11:15 and they are supposed to be open at 11:00. Nope, not open and literally 9 people have come and left. Maybe the person opening had a flat or something but they could have called the manager or someone else to open. I drive from South Aurora to come here and now I'll have to go somewhere else but to be fair, I'm usually pretty happy with this place. read more

I really love this place, I think the selection is great, and every time I have been in there are always great sales !!!! I have a rewards card and already earned two $5 rewards ! The staff is friendly and always ask if you need help. The store is pretty much always quiet I have never been in when it's busy. The selection of all products is great but I mainly go in for the Vegan Protein Bars and Lenny and Larry Complete Cookies. They usually sell them 3 for $5 or the mini individual ones for 99 cents. I think they have the best selection because they usually have all the flavors !! I also love the selection of protein bars. Probers, Square Bars, and many others are delicious and good prices. I'm interested in trying some of the nut butters or protein butters. But I will for sure be back ! read more

This Vitamin Shoppe is close to where I work so I stop in here to get any supplements or vitamins that I need. It's a good sized store, however the times I've been there the workers haven't really been very helpful. They seemed as lost trying to find the supplements I needed as I did. Eventually we find them together and then they only seem to have 1 bottle stocked at a time. Weird. I prefer to buy in bulk so that I don't have to keep coming back. oh well! read more

Have been to many GNC stores with just 1 employee - the poor soul struggling to help multiple customers and really making sure no one has any doubts /questions about products. This is quality customer service. Conversely, the Vitamin Shoppe store in Centennial is a place for oblivious, lethargic, jaded employees (they should definitely try the pre-workout energy drinks they are selling themselves). 3 workers (!!wow, what a payroll) there having fun with themselves, the last time I went, in a store with 2 people only. There is no approach or any offer to help. The other person and I could have wandered the place for a week without any concern from staff. Have been there 7 times. Always the same. Now that I got a GNC card, goodbye to them. Amateurs. read more

The workers are stuck up assholes. Walk in the store I get no help, both of the workers act like they scared to open their mouth to speak and when I was getting ready to walk out I said thank you and got no reply. There's a homeless person who wish they had a job, people are not thankful. read more
