I've bought the things labeled indica, all 3 when looked into were 50/50 hybrids. LABELING IS NOT ACCURATE.

One week ago I bought some of the 7 flower. Tried it once and it was awful, I'm not experienced so for me to tell, is bad. I looked & looked for an expiration date and it was on the sticker... that had another sticker under it. So I peeled it back to find the expiration was in 2024! When the person I was with wanted something other than what I got (), I went back in and Carolyn was friendly and relatable. She communicated with Brandon to ensure I got the "correct" product this time. Then she share a story that aligned with my situation, professionally while protecting the others' privacy. After picking up my online order and exiting the store to head back to my car, there was a man who started beelining towards me to mug or rob my merch. Again, as an epileptic, I choose marijuana dispensary for their knowledge & reliability, which this store strongly lacks. This dispensary looks like a Best Buy on the inside. There are is always one on one service to answer questions about the cannabis. They sell plants and seeds! They have a great selection of edibles that are separated by indica and sativa. Their prices on cones are reasonable. They have a discount program. They are busy sometimes and there can be a wait. Had a pod stop working on me about halfway through and brought it back and the manager just bold face lied to me and told me it was an empty pod when it clearly was half full. I have had many of these pods and obviously know what it looks like when empty but I guess the manager has no idea what an empty pod looks like. Trying to order from the mobile website is garbage. Both times I've tried it took several retries. Both times I've had issues once I got there. Both times my order wasn't ready. Once after 30 minutes. Once after 4 hours - that time they couldn't even find my order even though I had a text notification. The edible selection is pretty mediocre relative to the size of the dispensary. Worst of all, the weed seems to be...dehydrated? It literally couldn't be any drier. If you pull in to this place you CANNOT get to the Taco Bell parking lot. Which is incredibly inconvenient. And if you try to pull out and drive to Taco Bell...we'll forget it. I put in an online order and I arrive at the location to stand at the pick up window for 5 minutes before seeing anyone. The guy who comes up is so baked he didn't even know his own name. We go through the transaction I show him my medical card for medical discount and he forgets to apply it. I ask him to put it on there and he acted like I offended him. Well I get home and I notice one of the bags looks lighter than the other so I pull out my scale that meets the MED requirements for scales in the industry and one bag was a quarter bag not a half ounce bag. Of course the light bag had no labels on it either. So I'm short 7 grams and of course there is nothing I can do because stoners are idiots. read more

Clean and friendly. Store brand flower is not often sticky, and overly trimmed. Their online ordering works only half the time. To be fair this is only growing pains and they are showing a lot of signs of moving forward so I will keep supporting this shop. read more

The chain of Green Solution stores are taking the musty, dimly lit bodega-style pot shop and turning them into large, open-air, bright shopping experiences. Kind of reminded me of being in a jewelry store in the mall. This location makes you show your ID three seperate times, and you queue twice - once when you walk in and then again when you pass through the door into the merchandise area. You can not interact with the samples or the information ipad tablet things like you can do at most other shops, but this store has a LOT more selection of almost everything. They had dozens of strains, lots of glass, accessories, vape pens, wax, etc. Lots and lots of stuff. Kind of pricey, but very very fresh flowers and the staff is decent. As of June 2015 they are still a cash only business, so hopefully they change that like some of the other shops are. read more

This is my go-to dispensary. I like how TGS has consistent good flower in stock and rotating value flower deals. It's a clean, easy experience for me to pop in for flower or their AMAZING truffles.. Good service, but extremely overpriced. You'll pay more here than almost anywhere else. Go to Lightshade or Greenman instead (if you're in South Hampden\South Aurora). They also rip you off by making you bring one of their bags, or pay a dollar (no other dispensary does this). Their only saving grace is the relatively cheap tincture. Update: They got rid of the $1 bag requirement definitely a change for the better. To boot, their reward program is a lot easier than a number of other dispensaries. Service is still great. This might actually be the worst laid out dispensary I have ever been to. Overcrowded, not enough staff, no process and useless customer service. We waited in line for 10 minutes after checking in and were told "topicals are in the middle down the last aisle - go check them out and someone will be with you shortly. After standing in front of the topicals for another 10 minutes, no one had spoken a word to us and there were about 5 people standing in the aisle with us at this point. At that point one of the other customers, NOT STAFF, said "I think we need to stand in this other line." That turned out to be accurate but now there were 7 people ahead of us in line. Once we realized that line was just to tell someone what you wanted and then you had to wait in yet ANOTHER line to pay... we walked out. We'll never get that 30 min back. I would choose literally any other dispensary in colorado. read more

The staff is polite. They're always busy. Takes about 45minutes to an hour to get in an out. The buds are sometimes nice, if you ask for the dense buds. But the shake on the other hand is absolutely terrible. Opened the package and it smelled like lawn clippings, and looked like catnip. Poured the shake into a jar to keep it all together and noticed that there was no kief crystals..at all. None whatsoever. Went to smoke it and nearly threw up. The shake tastes and looks just like trim. My throat burns like hell, I'm left with a nasty taste in my mouth, and no high at all.. Wasted $60. Extremely dissatisfied. I come in every week to purchase an ounce, and lately the quality has gone way down hill. I'm thinking that this is the final straw with them.. I don't believe I'll be going back. This is the closest dispensary to my house and today I went in and had the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. The dude who came to help me was rude in appropriate and overall useless. I had called there customer service line earlier and the lady on the phone told me that they could help with the issue I've been having with a nectar bee vape pen so I went in just looking for help. When I explained that my pen was not charging or turning on he said "so what you want?" So I explained that I just needed some help trouble shooting or an exchange and he was like "well this ain't no fuckin parts store and I don't know shit about your pen" so I said just give me an exchange so we got a manager who was very sweet and helpful and did everything in her power to help but ultimately I left with a broken pen and a $5 off coupon which was great but that other guy was a rude pushy douche who while we were waiting for the manager was complaining about how bad he wanted to leave and that there were to many customers and wherever another person walked in he'd say "holy fuck dude fuck these people I can't get a minute". Dude your job is to grab weed and hand it to the customer. calm down and realize you are literally doing an easy ass job and when you are done smoke a bowl. I then went to a different green solution where I was greeted by the most friendly guy and manager who gave me a little old pen just to tide me over until I get paid. They also tried to see what they could do on my pen before we saw that it was a lost cause. So 2 stars for this store it would have been 1 had the manager not been doing her best in a busy store and being called all over. She was good the other guy though, well I'll never go back there. read more
