decent inventory but quality and service is questionable. kept coming back because this is where i bought the original equipment (even with my new commute of 45 minutes to this store from my house) however staff is not regularly helpful. have spent over $700 in the past 4 years on multiple trips but will not be coming back moving forward. went in to grab a replacement part but was given the run around and told to come back later (with purchasing original parts/ equipment at that store). owner is very knowledgeable but staff could use improvement. would somewhat recommend if you're in the area but not worth the drive anymore. read more

I used to shop here about 5yrs ago and back there was new to vaping but really didn't work for me so I quit vaping. I decided to stop smoking and started vaping again in Oct 2021 love it and has helped me to quit cigarettes. The reason I gave 3 stars is in Nov I seen online they had a Geek Vape Aegis for a great price. The gentleman asked if I needed help and I told him what I was looking for and had seen they had 1 in stock. He explained that the site hadn't been updated and they didn't have one but could he couldn't show me what they had in stock. I explained no thank you. He then said the Manager had not been in over a Month. I was shocked when I went in because back in the day the wall behind the counters was loaded with all kinds of juice, that night the wall was almost empty so I didn't even buy a juice. read more

Don't come here , recently I purchased a voopoo panda from here a little over a month ago . When I got it out of the box it had juice all over it and had used coils in the box . I went back in to return it and they said I couldn't. I showed them the condition it was and and the guy called his boss to ask what to do . The result was to give me two new pods and bring it back if it falls within 30 days .... 40 days later it starts firing continually and the burned its self out and won't turn on any more , they will never ha e my busines again! read more

This is my favorite vape shop! I've gone to many shops around CO trying to find knowledgeable staff, quality merchandise & quality 'juice.' Out of all of them this group have been the friendliest and easiest to communicate with. Plus, they know about the juice they carry and can hear what you say & translate it into industry speak without making you feel dumb. I can't remember the kids name that helps us but he has glasses and is there every time we go in~ He remembers us and treats us like a friend! This is a pretty sweet little Vape Shop. They have an absolutely massive selection of house blended juice which is priced very competitively. They do not have a very big selection of premium juice, but they do have about 5 cases full of RDA's, Tanks, Mods, Batteries, and accessories. By no means worth going too far out of the way for, but if you're in the neighborhood - I recommend checking them out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. What a great new Vape store in Aurora, the staff was very helpful. I liked how clean the store was and they had such a huge selection of juices, it was fun testing the samples they seemed to have a nice selection of hardware for all levels of vapers. Been coming here since they opened and loved it (and spent way too much money on expensive juice and hardware). About a week ago I bought a Wismec RX300, which almost immediately started cutting out at random times with "low atomizer" ,"atomizer short" and the resistance reading was all over the place. Doing a simple google search for "wismec rx300 low atomizer atomizer short" shows page after page of other people experiencing the same thing with other rx-chip devices. I brought it back while it was giving the "low atomizer" message and explained to the older man wearing glasses what was going on. Despite stating on the receipt "exchange warranty on manufacturer defect or workmanship only", the clear indication that it is not an isolated issue, and seeing it with his own two eyes; he initially refused to help me. Only after calling me a "prick", telling me not to come back into his store, and throwing a guilt-trip that he would be paying for it out of his own pocket did he honor what is clearly stated on the receipt given the proof presented to him. Incredibly impressed with this new store. I've been in twice now and each time I leave I'm impressed by the staff knowledge, the amount of product and the cleanliness of the place. Some vape shops look cheap and shady. Not the new Rino Vapes. It's clean, products are easily viewed and it is very bright and open. I love the pallet walls too. This is hands down the best vape shop I've been to. And, I've been to many, in four states. I found them when they were in River North (I hate catchy real estate names, so I won't say it.) They were close to work, so I stopped by. Troy has always been friendly and extremely helpful. Even talking me out of impulse buys when he knew I'd be disappointed. I've spent an embarrassing amount of money here. Because they have the best hardware, and the best juice. When ever I work with someone else, they are always great. Both friendly and knowledgeable.
