It's a bit out of the way, but very much worth the trek. We were headed out of town and I'd forgotten my vape bag. This place was fortunately right on the way, so I popped in to grab a quick cheap weekend replacement. They worked with me quickly to determine my needs and set me up with a very affordable but also sleek, beautiful, and powerful eGo ONE that might now become my go to rig for non-RDA vaping. I am super impressed with these guys and what they're able to do with what they've got. Also it's a very well designed interior space that is pleasant to be in. Because of its distance from where we live I don't know how often I'd be able to go back in, but I will definitely be hitting this place when I am anywhere near Parker.

However today I went to go…read moreget a vape justice and my husband is not able to take the kiddos today, I walked in and one of the managers yelled from across the room "you can't bring kids in here!" Okay cool I get it, yes most places will let you take your 1 year old in as long as your holding them and they can't touch anything but I get that it is a vape shop so I respect that I don't respect getting yelled at like I am nothing though. The icing on the cake though is I went to call another vape shop and on accident called that one. I said "oh sorry wrong number" and this man hung up on me no response. I called back to talk to a manager because I know that I would want to know that's how my employees are treating the customers (that keep the business going) and he informed me he was the manager and did not care at all. I personally will not be going back and I will not be sending anyone their way anymore either. If you like to go places where the employees and definitely the manager thinks he is above everyone else then this is the shop for you, if you don't their is shops with better customer service and I would definitely go there and not here! When I met Anthony he seemed very nice and like he cares about the company and the customers but this other guy seems like he thinks he walks on water. Did not catch his name but it was at 11am at the new location in Parker.

I called this one and they had it, and the owner, Eric, remembered talking to me and had it picked out before I could even finish my sentence! He suggested some awesome flavors and let me sample a few, and I walked out with a ton more than I planned. They've also got a sick gaming setup, and this isn't vape-related, but he also keeps a gnarly stock of Mountain Dew on hand, and I do love the Dew. As a small shop owner myself, Eric is doing everything right as a business owner--listens to customer requests, builds relationships based on more than just the sale, and makes sure customers are happy walking out. Vape stores are so niche that most places can get away with just about anything, but Cloud raises the bar pretty high and I won't be shopping anywhere else if I can help it!
