It's a bit out of the way, but very much worth the trek. We were headed out of town and I'd forgotten my vape bag. This place was fortunately right on the way, so I popped in to grab a quick cheap weekend replacement. They worked with me quickly to determine my needs and set me up with a very affordable but also sleek, beautiful, and powerful eGo ONE that might now become my go to rig for non-RDA vaping. I am super impressed with these guys and what they're able to do with what they've got. Also it's a very well designed interior space that is pleasant to be in. Because of its distance from where we live I don't know how often I'd be able to go back in, but I will definitely be hitting this place when I am anywhere near Parker.

However today I went to go…read moreget a vape justice and my husband is not able to take the kiddos today, I walked in and one of the managers yelled from across the room "you can't bring kids in here!" Okay cool I get it, yes most places will let you take your 1 year old in as long as your holding them and they can't touch anything but I get that it is a vape shop so I respect that I don't respect getting yelled at like I am nothing though. The icing on the cake though is I went to call another vape shop and on accident called that one. I said "oh sorry wrong number" and this man hung up on me no response. I called back to talk to a manager because I know that I would want to know that's how my employees are treating the customers (that keep the business going) and he informed me he was the manager and did not care at all. I personally will not be going back and I will not be sending anyone their way anymore either. If you like to go places where the employees and definitely the manager thinks he is above everyone else then this is the shop for you, if you don't their is shops with better customer service and I would definitely go there and not here! When I met Anthony he seemed very nice and like he cares about the company and the customers but this other guy seems like he thinks he walks on water. Did not catch his name but it was at 11am at the new location in Parker.

I asked him for one that didn't look like it was made in 1950, and he had an attitude and came back with a slightly less dusty bottle then sold it to me and didn't give me a receipt. Turns out, I didn't need the surgery, so I took the $16 bottle (that I simply rinsed off and put in my fridge) back to him for a return and he told me "NO YOU PUT SOMETHING IN IT!" All I could do was stare at this man. What on Earth could I have possibly put in that bottle?! The top hadn't even been opened and there were no holes whatsoever. I'm sure if there was there would have been no more drink in there! My friend and I told him he had no return policies posted anywhere and he didn't say I *couldn't* return it when purchased. SO I stood there and told him I wouldn't move until he could come up with a better explanation for not taking that bottle back, to give me a refund or even a store credit. But he ignored me like I was a shadow on the wall. Another two customers came in and I explained how racist and ridiculous this ancient ass man was being until finally he snatched the bottle from me, cracked it open and poured the red liquid all up and down the sidewalk in front of his own shop. He came in slammed the register open and basically threw my money back at me. I promised this gigantic JERK that I would spread the word, because that was unnecessary and was an unacceptable way to treat customers! He told me to "NEVER come in here again!" And TRUST ME, I'll never walk in that dusty ass shop ever again.
