I usually go here because normally their customer service is amazing. However today I went to go get a vape justice and my husband is not able to take the kiddos today, I walked in and one of the managers yelled from across the room "you can't bring kids in here!" Okay cool I get it, yes most places will let you take your 1 year old in as long as your holding them and they can't touch anything but I get that it is a vape shop so I respect that I don't respect getting yelled at like I am nothing though. The icing on the cake though is I went to call another vape shop and on accident called that one. I said "oh sorry wrong number" and this man hung up on me no response. I called back to talk to a manager because I know that I would want to know that's how my employees are treating the customers (that keep the business going) and he informed me he was the manager and did not care at all. I personally will not be going back and I will not be sending anyone their way anymore either. If you like to go places where the employees and definitely the manager thinks he is above everyone else then this is the shop for you, if you don't their is shops with better customer service and I would definitely go there and not here! When I met Anthony he seemed very nice and like he cares about the company and the customers but this other guy seems like he thinks he walks on water. This place and there employees are absolutely unprofessional. The manor in which they treat their customers is unlikely anything I've ever witnessed or experienced in my life. I will absolutely never spend money here anymore. It's the same guy each time that has the worst attitude. He has people skills and clearly does not know how or care to treat their customers with respect . As a buisiness owner one thing you never forget is the reason your great full enough to have sucess in your buisiness always comes from the consumer . So treating them this poorly is not smart. I'm sitting in the store I get a call from my wife because she's at another store doing a return and needed my help. As I'm talking to her about the return the store employee literally snaps at me. Starts getting extremely rude then basically yelling at me telling me to get the hell out of his store because it's illegal to buy for somone else so if I don't get out of my store I'm calling the police cause what your doing Is illegal. I looks at him and Saud what are you talking about man my wife is returning something and I'm helping her. Not for one second dud he keep a cool head he went from 0 to 100 assuming things that's aren't the slightest correct. Mind you I have call recordings on my phone an the entire incident was recorded. This is the second time this same employee flew off the rails with attitude like this so clearly he has issues with treating customers and human beings with respect. Showed up on a Friday during posted normal business hours. Door was locked and nobody answered knocks or phone calls. Not sure if the opening staff never arrived, left early, or just don't care to earn new business. At least 5 other people also had the same issue while I was waiting in the parking lot. Terrible Place! They sold my husband the wrong filters even though my husband insisted that they wouldn't fit they told him that it would. After he came back and confirmed that they didn't fit he wanted to get them exchanged for the correct size, but they went on to say that they couldn't exchange it without a receipt! It would've been nice for them to mention that when they were selling him the filters! Ridiculous! read more

Stop by during a short trip to Colorado and needed some juice. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Also, super affordable compared to other shops. I'm a huge fan of Naked and this place has the cheapest retail price I've seen. read more
