I asked him for one that didn't look like it was made in 1950, and he had an attitude and came back with a slightly less dusty bottle then sold it to me and didn't give me a receipt. Turns out, I didn't need the surgery, so I took the $16 bottle (that I simply rinsed off and put in my fridge) back to him for a return and he told me "NO YOU PUT SOMETHING IN IT!" All I could do was stare at this man. What on Earth could I have possibly put in that bottle?! The top hadn't even been opened and there were no holes whatsoever. I'm sure if there was there would have been no more drink in there! My friend and I told him he had no return policies posted anywhere and he didn't say I *couldn't* return it when purchased. SO I stood there and told him I wouldn't move until he could come up with a better explanation for not taking that bottle back, to give me a refund or even a store credit. But he ignored me like I was a shadow on the wall. Another two customers came in and I explained how racist and ridiculous this ancient ass man was being until finally he snatched the bottle from me, cracked it open and poured the red liquid all up and down the sidewalk in front of his own shop. He came in slammed the register open and basically threw my money back at me. I promised this gigantic JERK that I would spread the word, because that was unnecessary and was an unacceptable way to treat customers! He told me to "NEVER come in here again!" And TRUST ME, I'll never walk in that dusty ass shop ever again.

I recently had an issue w a product I purchased there that I felt was justified in being disappointed in and Zach talked w me for a bit about the issue and we came to a satisfactory agreement. Very reasonable dude. So far, my perception is that Freakys truly cares about its customers. One day before the return policy was up, the display went dark and not even a full week later, it would not shut off unless the batteries were removed. One can envision how it turns into a small flaming torch after 10 seconds. I was referred to the manufacturer who would not uphold their warranty (it had not even been a month yet), and was referred to a youtube video, created by a layperson, explaining how to fix this dangerous, leaky model. After doing some research, I found a large amount of people with the same issue. The Co Owner Trains employees to ask for customer phone numbers in a way as it is required for the customer to give them their number. He puts unwitting customers in the spam style rewards system on many times without the customers consent. The owner will come in right before you are eligible to have benefits and hand you multiple right ups for not being able to stand the illegal working conditions, promise to not have you loose your job then fire you after you sign it. This is an illegal labor scam. It should not stand for the vaping industry. I have over countless times asked for an employee handbook and was told (Oh well give you one, I'll be by later, etc) while I was terminated the co owner came in, while I had a sign up saying I was in a restroom, jittery looking like he was under the influence of something. This is not professional, this is illegal and is likely going to be dealt in the courts. I for several weeks of working for Rocky Mountian E Cigs (the owner of PA), didn't know there was a camera system installed. Apparently they spy on us and hear all of our conversations. I have had several sexual type comments made from the co owner arising from the system. he fired me and stole my under armor jacket, he physically blocked me and called the police denying me access to the boli poster or any employee handbook or writeup information. He likes to Trespasses former employees and falsely accuses them of writing fake reviews. Cons: Terrible Employee working conditions Pros: Cheapest E Liquid in Aurora.
