As an update I have continued to order from them. They are fabulous still. I started buying their juice at a place close to me since I live in Kansas. When they stoped carrying it, I started ordering it online. They are helpful and quick. Juice is great. This place is very sus, staff is annoying and pushy for a place that's very empty. Very hard to get something quick even as a grown adult wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Complete trash establishment. Wouldn't be surprised if they closed soon due to low traffic and shitty service. I have been a customer for over 2 years going there about every week or two. We've had a couple problems with them but tonight was absolutely ridiculous. My husband went while I stayed home with our 2 year old who obviously can't go inside. They of course were out of the flavor I wanted so he called me to ask what other flavor. Apparently, since he did that they would not sell to him at all. We both have been in there before and called the other with no problem. If the shop kept their merchandise stocked this wouldn't be a problem. My guess is they have been busted selling underage. I have only used them since I began vaping and highly recommended them, but not anymore. read more

First off, this place is clean, high class, and a premiere vape shop in the Denver area. With that said, I walked in yesterday at noon to pick up some pods and juice on my motorcycle. I was wearing a full face helmet which I did not remove. As I came in I felt like the guy behind the counter was giving me a strange look and the first thing I could think was to ask was "is this full face helmet an approved mask?" He replied "I don't know bro, just get what you need quick and go, I don't want to get fined." Now, the logic makes sense in that there isn't a cloth covering in my helmet that would catch particulate matter if I were to sneeze or cough but if you've ever worn a helmet you understand the limitations. The thing that really pissed me off what that all the whole we were going back and forth about viral and particulate science in a vape shop, the dude had his nose full hanging out of his mask. Like WTF?! You can go to an absolute dive that's awesome or the highest end spot that's terrible. I walked into this place to try a few samples his since I've never been here before and make a selection and leave. By the time I got through a couple samples the guy was so preoccupied with watching the movie behind me and blowing vape smoke in my face like it was cool. By the time I got to the check-out counter, not only was there a mass amount of people blowing nicotine Vape smoke all in the air which was making me extremely sick. (Not everyone sits around and does this all day some of us have lives and do it as a cigarette alternative). So I decided to hurry up and finish my purchase because of feeling nauseous and getting cold sweats from the nicotine overload. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable (which is extremely important in the vaping community) and the owner runs an exceptional business. they always have A LOT of different juices to pick from and if you spend a buck to become a member you can sample the juices before you buy. I bought a mod about a month ago and it won't charge for no reason of my own and the guy working wouldn't help at all. He just told me that I had to buy something new. I but all my juices from there and equipment. I spend probably 200 or more a month there and for them to not take care of a customer that only goes to one place is ridiculous. I ordered a 120ml crystal smurf. I thought it was gonna be a bit smaller... but I am satisfied with what the order was!!! I always used to get the 30ml for 20 dollars and I got maybe through 3 a week. I've been a frequent customer of this business and spend a lot of money there I have also brought a lot of friends of mine into the store. Recently I went in there to buy a battery charger for my babe pen I need is a simple 10 or $12 charger that they had and one of their employees told me that it was no good that I should go with the more expensive model and that it would double as the use of charging all of my electronic devices including myself cell phone. After I got home I use the charger and tried using it for the uses that he said it would do and it did not work I went back to the store and told him what was going on and he told me to bring it back to the port was no good and he would exchange it for a new one. I came back with my charger he tested verified that it did not work gave me a new one and before I left the store tried to use the port on that one it did not work either. He told me up it looks like the manufacture of this device switched its capabilities. I brought up that the only reason I bought that more expensive charger was for that capability and he told me sorry there's nothing I can do. I asked to speak with the manager or the owner and he told me that they were not available and that I cannot get in touch with them except for Facebook. I let him know I was upset about spending that much money on just a regular battery charger when I could've opted for the less expensive one and then I would like him to make it right he told me once again there was nothing he could do sorry and showed me the door. I'm very displeased with the customer service I received and feel like I was tricked into spending a lot more money than I needed to. I would deathly stay away from this business if I was you as for the customer service is nonexistent and they do not stand behind the product they sell. read more

I went to this shop out of desperation and convenience last night. I experienced the worst customer service to date. I walked in and there are a whole bunch of guys standing around the counter. I said, "Who works here?" One guy who I later found out was Tyler, responded, "Probably the people who work behind the counter." He had also just responded to one of his friends with some pretty foul language while he was supposed to be helping me. I told him what I was looking for and we go to look at the juices. I asked if I could sample some & he told me about the taste cards. He also let me know that smells were free and to take all the smells I want, because "if it smells like $h!T why would you buy it. Never in my life have I had customer service good or bad with that kind of language in my direction (2X mind you). It is just not necessary. While we were looking at the juices, he then asks me for my ID. I responded with, "Wow, that's flattering, but ok." Instead of just going with it and turning it into a compliment (people who are flattered when they go to spend money will usually spend more) He says," Well, you can tell yourself that if you want, but I ask everybody." I went in there intending to buy 2 bottles of oil, but with Tyler's lack of customer service, snarky comments and foul language, I just wanted to get what I needed for my fiance and get out. My usual shop is Vaporleaf on Colfax, awesome customer service there and way cheaper & they would never curse in your direction. I work in customer service, I would be terminated for that kind of gross behavior. read more
