I have been such a loyal costumer here for so many years literally before they had the name aftermath and in the last year they have gone downhill so much giving wrong items wrong nic level all sort of things today I went and called 10 x watching them inside doing nothing I just need to do a order for pick up and they never once picked up the phone or anything so I left there new workers have a crappy attitude about everything and clearly don't wanna work sad they are going so far down hill just needed juice that they only sell can't find at any other shop and they can't even pick up the phone read more

Best vape shop in town! You can even test the vapes in store for find the best one! The service was amazing!

Great Customer service very honest and knowledgeable And have a very wide selection of vapes and mods read more

Ok the prices are good and the selection is large but I am constantly misgendered by the staff here every time I come in when I am clearly female and have even talked with some staff on a more personal level about my gender expression. It's just kind of hurtful, knowing I'm giving them my money and my business and they can't even address me properly and make me feel awful when I shop especially when I have been coming here for over a year. read more

Had issue with scanning my Valid ID and told me that though they have appreciated my business through the years and have enjoyed the hundreds of dollars I've spent with them in that time that they can't allow me in the store and suggested I get my ID fixed or go on to the my Colorado app and blah blah blah. I'll take my business else where. Does the bar refuse service because the ID has a crack in it? Does the Dispensary close their doors on you for a cracked ID? When you hand a cracked ID to a traffic cop does he still write you a ticket for speeding?? Oh well, I went to their competition and dropped 300.00 happily. I won't be back read more

I had been on and off trying to quit smoking by going to vaping but was never able to find a solution that worked until I came to Aftermath. Everyone who works here are incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to explain all of the options available to me, their pros and cons, and displayed patience in allowing me to make the an educating buying decision. I've now been cigarette free for over 2 years. Can't recommend Aftermath enough. read more

White Horse Vapor Denver - Vape Shops Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

Great first experience buying CBD oil. The guy who works there, sorry I can't remember his name, explained everything to this newbie and made me feel there were no dumb questions. Thanks guys! read more

Fantastic and professional staff. They are very knowledgeable and know their products. Staff is happy to provide instruction on any device you purchase and wear gloves while doing so. I'm new to vaping and they took all the time I needed to answer questions and recommend products based off of my history. A lot of places could take a lesson in customer service from them. Prices seem comparable to what I've seen online. Shall return! read more

This place is hands down the worst establishment I've ever come across. It's 5 minutes away from where I live and I drive almost 25 minutes to centennial vapes instead. The customer service sucks the prices are almost twice as much as any other vape store I've been to. We called ahead because they wouldn't take one of my wife's 3 I'd cards/ drivers licenses we were headed back and cutting it close to 9 aclock closing time they closed and locked the doors at 8:59 while I was standing there with cash and I.d in hand literally 3 min after getting off the phone with them I'm strongly suggesting knowone ever go or give these people any business it's worth the drive to go anywhere else anywhere I highly recommend centennial vapes good friendly service good rewards program 10 out of 10 aftermath gets 0 out of 10 this is not the 1st problem we have had with them definitely the last though!! Im so disgusted with lack of customer service and rudeness we recieved from them I won't stop till there business diminishes!! read more

Highly recommend White Horse Vapor! Our first time in Lincoln helped us and he was awesome! He is very knowledgeable on all products and answered all of my newbie questions. He made great recommendations and we are very happy with our mod set up. The second time I was helped by Kara, who is also awesome! I went in for a cartridge for an old vape pen that another vape store did not carry and without a problem Kara got us squared away. They have a great loyalty program as well, and cool WHV merchandise. I will definitely be going back and will recommend White Horse Vapor to everyone I meet! Thanks Lincoln and Kara! read more

I have rarely experienced such stellar customer service in any industry. They've been super patient with my hundreds of questions, sampling every flavor of oil (sometimes more than once) before deciding on one. Any issues we've had with equipment they've dealt with it with ZERO stress. I recommend them over any other shop. I promise you won't feel like just another customer here. read more

Love this shop! The team here is awesome, great attitudes and incredibly helpful. Started here as a rookie vaper and they've educated me from the ground up on using my equipment and how to sort through the myriad of choices of juice. Pricing is affordable and they special order what I need if they don't have it in stock. Can't recommend enough! read more

This is the best Vape shop in the Denver metro area. This store is clean new and has lots of space. A ton of flavor choices!

Without a question one of the best vape shops I've been to. They offer reward programs, have a very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help and an incredible inventory. Go to White Horse Vape and you will not be disappointed. read more

Great shop. The house juice is good. Staff is nice and friendly. Barney Beats is a awesome flavor. Go check them out.

No selection here. Don't recommend. I came in for juice and there was seriously only about 30 flavors. They had 1 coil for each tank if that, not to mention the customer service was awful. They were very rude and had no idea what they were talking about. Im never going back here, time to find a different vape store. Would rate 0 if I could. read more

My wife and I went here today and were very surprised at how helpful the employees were. I haven't vaped in about a year and the guy was super helpful in showing me all the new stuff that has come out over the past year. He talked us through all the new stuff. Also the amount of stuff they have and the pricing was great. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. read more

Uneducated employees who don't understand their own devices. Attempted to buy nicotine salt juice but was belittled out of it by the employees. Bought a 12 mg/mL bottle of Nked Very Berry juice which preceded to burn the coils in my pod system I also bought pods for. Pod systems are meant to use nicotine salts!! Not regular juice. Highly displeased. I then came back later and attempted to explain that I didn't even want to buy what I bought, I was pressured into it. I was told they cannot do exchanges on juice. So I'm stuck with a pack of burnt alur slik pods and low nicotine juice... read more
