Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have all their flavors available to sample. Speaking of flavors, they carry the elusive Jimmy the Juice Man brand. This is by far the most friendly vape shop in Denver. The new vape lounge is really comfortable, they only carry authentic hardware, and the juice selection is really good! Wow. Stopped in today and was blown away by the friendliness, cleanliness & organization of VapeWize. Their sampling table used all the same Aspire atomizers, they were not leaky, sticky or empty, and I could actually taste what the different juices were like, unlike pretty much ANY of the other vape shops I've visited in the last couple months. Great inventory, friendly knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, and the tastiest house juices I've encountered. This will be my shop from now on, thanks guys! read more

This store is great. My husband came in before Christmas and found some juice that he really likes. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it was worth it. Their couch is pretty comfy to sit in while waiting. The employees there are patient and helpful. They recommended something that has John Wayne in the name and my husband loves it. I decided to go back and get him another bottle for a Christmas present. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. read more

If you're planning on being a successful business over long period of time you might try staying in competition with the people that are taking money out of your pockets. So another words if you think you're cool to close early on the weekends or have early hours then you're only cutting yourself short and showing people of respectable working hours that you don't tailor to those who work hard through the weekend. read more

The whole team at Vape Wize are well above excellent in service and knowledge. Saturday morning my husband and I went in to look at some new mods and tanks. I had talked with Sarah (one of the owners) before we got there, Sarah took the time out of her Saturday to call the lakewood store and let them know we were coming in. We got what we needed but after we had left the store my husband decided that he wanted the calypso tank, however the Lakewood store did not have it and, again Sarah took the time to call the centennial shop to see if they still had one. They did so he ran out, Sarah had the shop put the one he wanted on hold until he got there. He opened it when he got home and accidentally knocked it on the ground breaking it, no biggie since there was a spare glass but that one was cracked. I called Sarah to see if they had replacement glass but no such luck. Within minutes of telling her what happened she had already was a step in front of me and had ordered the replacement. They care very much about their customers, so if your looking for a shop that knows what they are doing and really care you should really try these guys out. I need to quit smoking as we all need to. I have driven by this place a hundred times. Fed up with the way I smelled from smoking cigs...I finally did it and stopped in. Many of my friends have made the switch. The owners were actually there and all I can say...what a great experience. They were really knowledgeable and being in a service business myself, see they take great pride at what they do. I still haven't bought a pack of cigs thanks to what I learned and purchased from these folks. I was buying a pack a day for years. I knew nothing about a vapor pen. I was referred to this shop and drove a long way to consider my purchase, as I want to stop smoking after 35 years. I was greeted by Brandon N. and he took all the time I personally needed to educate me on vapor pens, coils, and the juices. I tasted a lot of different types. I was there for 1.5 and not once did he seem to run out of time or patience for my never ending questions. When I got ready to leave, he gave me a card and said If I ever had a question or problem with my pen or with products to please call him...It was clear that he wanted me to return after my sale. Brandon is young, but very well spoken, product knowledgeable and personable. After a million failed attempts to quit smoking, on a Sunday afternoon I decided not only did I really want to quit, but that I wanted to quit right then and there. I hadn't ever felt that strongly about it. I did a quick search and found a vape store close to me, Vapewize. I called the shop and it was about half an hour after they had closed, but I was told to come on in, they would help me out. When I got to the place, the owners were both there waiting to help me quit smoking. I was taught about the different pens, and was able to try the different types out. I was also allowed and encouraged to try the different flavors. It was all very clean and so informative. I was able to select options tailored to my needs. I thanked Shaune and Sarah for staying open, and they said they love helping people quit smoking. They are reformed smokers themselves so they really understand what will help a person out. I now have an individualized vape pen that I LOVE. In the 4 weeks following, I have only slipped once. I love my vape pen. I love this shop for staying open for me that Sunday afternoon. It feels so good to not be wasting $6/day on cigarettes. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to quit, or who is already vaping. The owners and products are awesome!! read more

This is by far the best vape shop I have been to. When you walk in they are very welcoming and kind and to top it off they actually are very knowledgeable. They take their time with getting you exactly what you want and making sure your happy! After moving to west Denver, I didn't know where to go for my juice. I searched and VapeWize was at the top of the highest rated shops near the new homestead. I went to the Jewell location and I was immediately taken in as a regular. The customer service/success experience is everything to me, I will leave and never go back to establishments that value the accounting more than the customers. Gabe and Evan welcomed me into their home, and embraced my considerable lack of knowledge, yet I was treated as everyone else. There was no snickering when I asked questions. Both Evan and Gave had nothing else in their minds except to help me find what was best for me. When I can trust people in retail business to treat me well, to not to push anything on me, and to have my needs addressed before the bottom line, will always make me a lifelong customer and friend. I have never purchased anywhere else, since I met Gabe and Evan at VapeWize. And that ain't no BS. read more
