I've been to a few vape shops and this is the first one I've been to that I can wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family. First of all, Loren and David helped me out and went above and beyond to answer the crazy amount of questions I had. They really set the standard for customer service. Thanks guys! Their selection and prices seem good too. Check them out! read more

David killed it , best experience I've ever had in a head shop by far Great selection and prices read more

Smash Glass And Vape - Just arrived they got some pretty good graphics on the front of their building - Vape Shops Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

I found Smash when I moved to Arvada. I buy kratom on a regular basis for my pain from a bad auto accident. One day last year I stop in to get some kratom and the staff member offers me the new Potions kratom extracts. It's was pricey at $39 for 10 pills but I gave it a try . And guess what I'm hooked. This year the name on the product changes . And the staff members say it's not kratom . But not sure of what it is. Lots of people hooked on this stuff. I've read some posts that it has Tianeptine and phenibut. Because you knowingly misrepresented a product. And the ingredients listed were not the actual ingredients. You are definitely libel. I have a feeling a storm is coming your way! I really liked your employees. But now I know I was just being played. Shame , shame , shame Greed at its finest! read more

The staff is so kind and doesn't make you feel awkward if you don't know what you're talking about. They understand not everyone is a vape expert and they work with that to help you find what you need read more

They have a great selection and prices, plus other things aside from vapes! The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

Got a couple of pieces here recently, great glass selection. The guy who helped us made sure he spent as much time as needed to help us find exactly what we wanted. The store has great discounts every day and has 30% off glass on weekends. read more

Smash Glass And Vape - Vape Shops Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Everyone that works here is friendly and will start chatting it up with you if you break the ice a little. Alternatively - they can also get you in and out very quickly if you're pressed for time. Great selection of vape devices, pods, juice, disposables, and glass. A+ from me read more

Definitely my favorite head shop to date. The employees are always willing to help you find what you're looking for, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything you may need clarified, and very personable/approachable. The store is clean and well lit. They have a great selection of supplies and their prices are fair. My only "complaint" is the location is somewhat tricky to get into since it's immediately off of Wadsworth so with high traffic it's a bit anxiety inducing but nothing you can't accomplish. You can also get in off of 64th but again, a bit tricky. Still worth it because I'm never disappointed when I go in. read more

They rock! Great glassware. Dig the Illuminati pieces!!! Pricing is decent. Selection is cool. The meat head who doesn't know a damn thing about glassware is hysterical too! read more

The best experience ever! Usually I have so muLch anxiety I would just have my boyfriend ask all the questions and everything, but everyone was so friendly! I didn't get the girl who helped me specifically, but she was definitely the best! read more

The absolute best smokeshop in Westminster/Arvada; amicable, experienced staff well versed in the wares they're hawking, a revolving door of insane deals on an awesome array of products and a hippie-alternative decorum to marvel at every time you walk in the door. Will always take my business to Smash Glass, rain sleet or shine. read more

Have always had great experiences here until today. The man who helped me was rude and condescending. They didn't have bowls to fit the pieces they were selling and then got huffy when I wouldn't buy it without a bowl and refused to give me the Wednesday E-juice discount that is clearly listed on their weekly discount list for the juice I was buying I assume because I wouldn't buy his piece that he didn't even have a bowl to fit. read more

Anyone new to kratom should absolutely head to Smash. The staff have an encyclopedic knowledge of their products, and obvious passion for learning about their trade and helping customers. I found Smash after 4 other vendors failed miserably in terms of educating me, making smart recommendations, and having a positive and professional attitude. Regional manager Liz is a gem for her ability to hire excellent staff. A shout out to Tito for being incredibly knowledgeable about health conditions, studies and alternative medicine. But truthfully, I've never encountered a staff member that wasn't extremely helpful and overall awesome. They also have a super generous points system and regular promotions. Check them out! read more

I've been to a lot of different vape shops but these guys actually go above & beyond expectations. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about products & really shows that he appreciates his customers! It's a bit of a drive for me to get there but definitely worth it. Had problem w/ mod I purchased from there & he stayed open after hours to make sure I was taken care of! Purchased few more tanks about 3 weeks ago & very well could of been faulty tank from manufacturers. Needless to say I left more than satisfied & w/ a new tank same day! Everyone do yourself a favor as you owe to yourselves to check out his spot on wads & 64th. Sagan is awesome & has great customer service! Worked hard to rectify problem immediately & I appreciate that. There needs to be more shops that treat their customers in this manner! Thank you to Paul & your staff Jeremy read more

My experience here was above and beyond excellent. I kept asking to see more, different price ranges, and then show me another option, my sales person never blinked. The pipe I ultimately purchased was put to the test as soon as I rolled into my driveway. I love this thing. Probably going to name it. Any suggestions? Found this store using Yelp, got a discount for checking in using Yelp. Payless Tobacco And Gifts was a memorable shopping experience for me. Prices are lower than I expected, plenty of inventory, clean and well maintained, and sales folks are easy going and knowledgeable about the items they sell. I'm going back, you should go. It's a 10+. read more

When you're having a stressful day and a stranger does a random act of kindness for you it makes all the difference. The whole staff is warm and friendly but TJ really turned my day around. Their products are of exceptionally high quality and their prices are the best I've found in CO. Highly recommended. read more

Every time I have been here, it's been an above average experience. I appreciate the consistency and the professionalism of each employee while still having a super approachable and friendly vibe. I definitely come back for that reason alone every time. read more

First went here to get a vape for some oil, got a pretty good rig and it worked pretty nicely but user error (lol) don't use that anymore! Then i brought my mom and she got herself a very good vape she still likes and uses all the time. Recently i went in to purchase a bong for myself and a friend and they had a very nice selection and some pretty good price ranges. My bf got a vape while we were there and their juice selection is like ceiling to floor an entire wall, so pretty grande. I'll definitely be back. read more

I had purchased a faulty product which management agreed was defective. After explaining and showing proof of purchase she said nothing she can do and doesn't care. Her husband then stepped in and started to act in a threatening way. Lucky for him he was hiding behind the counter acting tough. If he would've stepped outside and acted like that he would've had a large dental bill to tend to. Never again doing business with such a poor company. They jacked up their prices as well for no reason other then greed. Pretty pathetic when you come in respectful and civil and get treated like shit. They don't belong in Arvada the way they treat people. I got home and tried to warrantee the product through the factory and was directed back to the seller. The seller refused to warranty the product as well. read more

Really great experience for my first time. There selection of shisha is just right without a lot of garbage brands. They do the Five Star rewards program there as well so that's a nice touch for regulars. The guy who helped me was kind and pretty chill so the interaction went smoothly and he even gave me a buy two get some $ off deal on my shisha when I asked. Since I just moved in nearby I'm probably going to make this my regular place. read more

I always really enjoy this place. My boyfriend and I are up here weekly grabbing kratom and shisha. The staff is always friendly and has great advice. They keep stocked up on both shisha and kratom which is nice since other smoke shops seem to have a hard time keeping stocked up. They also have a good collection of regular (not quick light coals...though they have plenty of options here too) coals, one of the employees turned is on to coals in a bag with no label and they are the best coals I've ever bought. They have good prices on 3 oz and kilos of kratom and are always stocked up. Overall a great friendly place with good prices for your regular smoking needs. Get to know the staff and take advantage of their loyalty program and your tobacco errands will become far more enjoyable. read more

Check out all their new silicone and vape products. There's always new things every week at very reasonable prices.

This shop has everything a stoner girl needs and at great prices!!! There are 50% off options for almost everything. I vape as well and was shocked to see so many different juice options and their prices are definitely cheaper than any shop I've found around here. The workers were very knowledgeable and kind. I'll definitely be back in! THANKS PAYLESS!!! read more

Bought a bong put water in it and tested the draw it was horrible and seemed like it would barely hit so I brought it back and both Alex and Griffin agreed that it was defective and warranted a replacement but said because they aren't managers or owners they couldn't personally do it and that I should come back when Russ was there so they wrote a note for Russ so he would know What's up and I came in and as soon as I tried to explain my problem he cut me off to inform me they do No refunds and insinuated that I was trying to screw the shop I asked him if he could test it and possibly exchange it for at least a pipe and he said no to the exchange before testing it and then he tested it but only to humor me it was obvious he wasn't getting a proper draw but refused to admit it. The problem with the piece is in the manufacturing the dowmstem that's connected to the inside of the bong has a hole where it connects to the outside if the stem so water rushes into the dowmstem. Russ buys cheap glass and sells it with no concern and refuses to to be an honest businessman and fix HIS mistake, every other employee is respectful but the store has cheap glass and Russ has little respect for his customers I could not ever recommend this place to anyone if you want glass better than at Russ's try any other pipeshop or at least a mini Mart read more

TJ was super helpful and talked to us like we were the only ones in the shop. We walked in looking to buy $40 worth and happily walked out spending double. Will definitely be back! Thanks TJ! read more

This is definitely my go-to shop for vape and smoking accessories. The staff is so friendly and they make sure to help you in any way possible. They also have a massive inventory, and carry very high quality kratom that is much cheaper than else where. read more

Great selection of local products. Well staffed patient and knowledgable employees always provide me with excellent service! Don't forget to check out the "refrigerated" section, there's a lot of good stuff hiding in there. read more

This headshop is a drive across town for me but it's worth the time and gas. Excellent quality glass from a variety of manufacturers and I've never been unhappy with the price. Russ is a master of his trade and will help you find exactly what you're looking for without upselling or being pushy. You won't be disappointed. read more

this shop is great! the staff are amazing & super knowledgable. also love that it's dog-friendly. :) Thanks Andy for your help!
