Drove 30 minutes to come visit this smoke shop because it looked so cool online. I get there with my temporary drivers license that Alabama has given me to show identity. They proceed to tell me there some law in Colorado that prohibits them selling anything to me. I then proceed to tell them I just visited the dispensary next door and they had no problem with it. She then tells me it's a private business and they just couldn't do that. Awful customer service will not be back. read more

Bought a colored water pipe and the color bled all over my hands. I spoke to an employee that told me because they are still short on stock, they are forced to sell inferior pieces.....I feel they should sell the "inferior pieces" with a disclaimer and a heavy discount, not $80 for a piece of junk. read more

I've been going here for a few years. The staff has always been super helpful and recommended great products. Today I went in for a new mod and went back in an hour later for help using it because I couldn't get it to work. Within 5 min the manager helped me by getting me a new mod no questions asked. That meant a lot because they could have told me just to send it in for the manufacture warranty. Came in to buy tobacco products, my Drivers license had unfortunately broken a few days before so I came prepared with a second form of Identification which is the My Colorado ID app which by the state of Colorado is a form of identification. Employee refused my business even though both identification matched. The owner went out of his way to tell me to grow up and get it fixed. Extremely unprofessional business. read more

Russ went above and beyond in terms of customer service when I was looking for a puffco peak. He was able to find one in their store room and sell it to me at the same price as puffco's website. I was told it was in storage for several months but is is good. Puffco's website says the puffco peak should charge in 2.5 hrs, the one I purchased being in storage for so long it took almost 6 hours for the first charge. I contacted 710 when I was worried about it not being charged after 4 hours the employee working took one out of the box and started charging it to be able to exchange for the one I bought if there was an issue with mine. It fully charged in 5.5 hours and works amazingly they went above and beyond in terms of helping me figure out what the issue was. Just to sum up this message if you buy a puffco peak that has been in storage for a while it may take 6 hours or more for the first charge but you will not be disappointed on how well it works and the price 7:10 pipes sell it for. That are my go to smoke shop for all my needs. read more

Nasty security woman took my pipe at last night's String Cheese Incident show so I was in the market. Didn't know where to go, so I took the closest one that didn't have any bad reviews and wound up here. The guys who worked there were very cool and knew their inventory well. I wound up with a gorgeous piece for an insanely fair price within just like 10 minutes of looking. Because of some deal they were having, I got a silicone-with-the-upside-down-salt-shaker-lid-in-it bowl to bring with me oot and aboot that won't break, and if a mean ol' security person takes it, NBD.
