Absolutely terrible service. I've never been to a business where an employee was so uninformed about their own products. I quit cigarettes a week ago and was genuinely looking forward to spending money here. Yesterday, I came in and told the employee that I had just quit smoking and was looking for a tobacco-flavored vape juice. I asked about four different options, and every time her response was basically, "I don't know, this is just what people buy." Okay--disappointing, but fine. I picked one anyway, and it was a huge mistake. It literally tasted like detergent. I came back the next day (tonight), and it was the same woman working. I politely asked if there was anything they could do. Before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and said no. I expected that answer, so no issue there. I then asked if she had any recommendations--and she pointed to the same exact juice I bought the night before that tasted like laundry soap. Apparently she didn't remember. I asked if there was anyone there who knew more about the tobacco flavors, and she replied, "Well, all the employees vape, but it's not like we try everything." Seriously? I'm not asking about some exotic flavor--I'm asking about tobacco, one of the most common options. I understand not knowing everything, but getting defensive and gaslighting a customer who's simply asking questions is unacceptable. She then just stared at me while I was scanning the wall, clearly unsure what to do next, and I didn't want to waste more money guessing. So I took my business elsewhere. Hopefully somewhere that's actually interested in helping an ex-smoker succeed. read more

Edit : The owner of this shop thinks that selling synthetic vs real nicotine is an opinion rather than stating facts. Read my review, My opinions on TFN is an opinion, asking for non synthetic then being sold synthetic is NOT an opinion. Buyer Beware. I went in last night to get some juice and coils. I asked for regular, non-synthetic nicotine juice. They then proceeded to sell me synthetic. I came in the following day to try and exchange it, all they did was $4 dollars off, while selling me another bottle of you guessed it, synthetic. This time since I had not left the store the guy swapped it out for a non-synthetic. Read the box before you buy if you prefer not vaping nicotine excreted from Ethyl nicotinate which is converted to nicotine through multiple chemical reactions. This process is not regulated by the FDA due to lack of tobacco, unlike regular vape juice. It also causes headaches. The ONLY benefit to TFN (tobacco free nicotine) is lack of regulation which allows manufactures to produce flavored nicotine if there was a ban of flavored nicotine products. This is a unregulated loophole product. ---- Response to owner, You may offer both kinds, but your staff doesn't know the difference. So happy Vape Mart is in my area. They have all the best brands and flavors! One vape shop I was going to stopped carrying the flavor I like, so I was very happy to find this spot. They have an area to recycle old disposable vapes which I really like. They also let you try your vapes in the store in case there are any issues. Plus, they have a great rewards program. I would leave a 0 if I could. Just moved to Lafayette wanted to try a new place around me. Both times I have been here have been a terrible experience!!! First lady knew nothing and was not helpful tonight she greeted me and than walked away waited for me to choose while she continued to talk to someone else. Very rude and not helpful at all! I would rather drive back to Thornton or longmont than deal with this place again! Staff needs training with product and customer service! read more

Beware thar if you buy a faulty device you'll be unable to get an exchange or refund once you leave the store. My vape started tasting burnt after about 20 hits and they refused to do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend this store if you're looking for good customer service or quality devices. read more
