Which is the most irritating thing and then you got employees giving you a stank look as if you're scamming or some shit. I ain't got time for that, especially if I send my wife in there at times and it's the same ordeal. Anyway. In my experience at vape vault whether I buy a new line of disposables or a clearance line disposable, cause sometimes ya boi is paying with change lmao, it's always burnt in the first day. This last time, I go back to get a refund and was told they wouldn't do it for me again. That I have 30 in my return history and that's why. Like bro I get why and I fully understand but if your product in various brands are doing the same thing such as not hitting, abruptly not hitting with the light on like it is, burning within a day or spitting. I've even gone through a whole box of disposables in front of them and each one did the exact same thing. That's something I can't actually help. I'm not just going to throw you guys $10-$40 and then have to go somewhere else. The fact homeboy laughed about it wasn't cool either. Cause obviously you think I'm bullshitting you. Why would I go back n forth three times in one day? You really think I want to do that ? Lol It's sad because they're the closest to my house. They're all very nice people generally. However I've bought the same brands they have at other places like red star smoker friendly and up n smoke and have had no issues whatsoever. Not even once.

Their store policy is once you open them there's no return. I simply returned back to buy the original pod for the battery. As I returned the person at the front accused me of selling to underage kids and I wash shocked! I said I'll go pull my car up to the front to prove I'm by myself and purchasing for myself. I pulled my car right up to the front of the store and walked back in for a 3rd time(no one else was even in the vicinity except a lady who just walked in). As I was purchasing the original pod I told him that ruined my day and you embarrassed me and he declined my purchase, threatened to call the cops, cursed at me, and called me a dick head as I was leaving(all while I was trying to explain my situation). I went across the street to Mood Vape, explained my situation, setup an account, got my original pod for my battery, and they gave me a discount! Thanks Mood Vapes for helping me out!

First time I met the chap, and I sat there and gabbed with him for 30 minutes. I wasn't having a good day, and he told me "You look like you're a good man, I can tell.". Wow, I needed those nice words that day. Its a nice shop. The prices seemed on par with most other shops. He has a little bit of everything. As opposed to 100 versions of the same thing. Nice inventory, but not massive. The shop was clean and nice and cool. That afternoon was hot, and how refreshing it was to walk in. Pretty good selection. I didn't really need anything, so I didn't make a purchase. But this will be my 1st stop when I do.

PLEASE READ!!! My…read morepartner and I stopped at this store a few days ago on our way home to see if they had glass pieces, which they do not. We noticed CBD cat treats on sale on the counter, and an employee mentioned their CBD dog treats. We have a dog with separation anxiety, so we bought some to try. When we got home, we found that the treats were a brownish color and hard as rocks. Our dog was unable to eat them thankfully, despite multiple tries. The expiration date said 08/28 so we thought the package must have been opened and the treats dried out before we bought them. Yesterday we tried to return them but all CBD sales are final. After some conversation with the nice lady at the counter where we showed her the treats, she called whoever is in charge and they were "gracious" enough to exchange the box for a different one with the exact same 08/28 expiration date, but at least the treats were a more vibrant yellow color like on the box. We got home, and these treats were just as hard as the others. I couldn't even break one with a hammer! I contacted the manufacturer with pictures and the hammer video to see what was going on and hopefully exchange them for some good treats, and it turns out these treats expired in 2023 and somebody deliberately changed the 3 to an 8. This is not okay. We were intentionally sold an expired, unusable product that could have made our dog very sick if he was able to eat it. As it is, we're watching for signs of illness because he did really try chewing on them but so far so good. I will never visit this place again, and I do not recommend anyone else come here either.

Was given the wrong coils and went back in to exchange them only exchanged 3 when I bought fiveread more
