Product is good, people are good people, however when it comes to disposables. Be careful. Cause maybe you'll run into the issues I have. Which is the most irritating thing and then you got employees giving you a stank look as if you're scamming or some shit. I ain't got time for that, especially if I send my wife in there at times and it's the same ordeal. Anyway. In my experience at vape vault whether I buy a new line of disposables or a clearance line disposable, cause sometimes ya boi is paying with change lmao, it's always burnt in the first day. This last time, I go back to get a refund and was told they wouldn't do it for me again. That I have 30 in my return history and that's why. Like bro I get why and I fully understand but if your product in various brands are doing the same thing such as not hitting, abruptly not hitting with the light on like it is, burning within a day or spitting. I've even gone through a whole box of disposables in front of them and each one did the exact same thing. That's something I can't actually help. I'm not just going to throw you guys $10-$40 and then have to go somewhere else. The fact homeboy laughed about it wasn't cool either. Cause obviously you think I'm bullshitting you. Original review: Sold me defective products and refused to exchange. Had to pay double for what I was trying to get. Online vape shopping is cheaper anyway... Owner's response: Hi Adam, we're sorry for your experience. Due to FDA regulations, we are not allowed to accept returns for any E-liquid or give away free E-liquids like you requested. Instead, we did give you a discount on the new bottle. If you truly believe the e-liquid was "defective" please contact the manufacturer at Savage Eliquid. Reply to owner: On March 21st, your associate recommended a bottle of e-juice to me. Within 12 hours of using that juice with a new cartridge, it turned the cartridge black and was extremely harsh to vape. You should not be carrying such low quality brands of e-juice nor should you be recommending those juices to customers. The same employee also sold me two cartridges for the wrong device - which I realized at a later time, not a big deal but speaks to the employee's credibility. At the dispensary where I work, if a customer is unhappy or has found themselves in possession of a less-than-acceptable product, we charge them $0.01 for a replacement product. This allows us to accommodate their requests and correct the problem in accordance with FDA protocol. You all did nothing of the sort and didn't even consider a similar accommodation. You did not give me a discount - I paid $35 for two bottles of e-juice, one of which cost $20 and is in the garbage. This means an effective cost of $35 for one 30ml bottle of e-juice. In the past, I have experienced problems with certain batteries that I had purchased from you and you all suggested that I contact the manufacture. Twice I have been sold open Aspire brand coils. I got home and they were open, missing parts, or were not the kind listed on the box. Their prices are insane. I doubt the coils are even authentic, they're probably counterfeits. The prices are outrageous and all of the juice is from low quality brands that have been marked up a minimum of 60% on top of their base price. read more

will not be going back. Until recently I would say I had a pretty average experience at this vape shop. A couple days ago I purchased a new juice at the recommendation of a staff member (ripe collection from 100%vape) This juice is disgusting, it's so sweet it actually caramelizes is my tank by the time I go to refill my tank for the second time. The juice has completely destroyed 2 brand new pods in a matter of 3 days. I called the store to ask if theres anything they can do and their answer was "No, you could try to contact the company but this is a perishable item". I believe store credit should always be an option and at this point I just wont go back. Dustin and Chuy are doing a fantastic job at this vape shop. I've been to vape shops all over the country, and this one has everything you want- 1. Wide selection, products for beginners to vape veterans. 2. Great service. Most of the time, I hate having things sold to me, but these guys don't pressure you into buying something that's not right for you. Most importantly, they know their products. No dopes here! 3. Good prices. Compared to other places I've been, their prices are very competitive. I didn't try their liquids because I have several bottles at home, but from the smell of the place and the names of their liquid, Ill bet they're rockin. So there you have it, a perfect vape shop. They have a great selection of mods, tanks, ejuice and everything that is related to vaping. I have been wanting to get into dripping and was introduced to a Clieto rta that really worked out great. I went in there today to get replacement glass for my vape. First I called 3 times to see if they had it before I said fuck it and just went in. (5 minute drive) there was no customers in the shop so I don't know why my calls weren't answered. Anyways, glass was in stock and I asked him if he could do it for me because I had never done it before. He proceeded to shatter my whole glass into my vape instead of taking the time to take it apart and royally fucked up my coils and now I'm Vaping crushed glass. There were also children in the shop running around despite the no one under 18 sign on the door.
