So lucky to have this place in my town. One of the largest and best stocked humidors I've ever seen, and I've been to a few. Always have my favorites in stock (My Father Le Bijou, Altadis Aging Room Quattro) and the staff is consistently helpful with recommendations when I want to try something new. If you lease a locker you'll get 10% off single cigars and another 10% off boxes. Indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming and comfortable. The prices per stick are higher than online, but the 40% Colorado tax is to blame for that. Friendly customer service and a warm clean place to enjoy your cigar...this is why I keep coming back to support them. I appreciate that the humidor is not too high in RH--meaning I can smoke the cigars immediately without having to let them dry out in my home humidor. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Their selection is among the best in Northern Colorado, and it was well worth the drive from Greeley to come for rare Fuente cigars, Davidoffs, and some TAA exclusives! I've been coming here for 6 years now. They were recently bought out by Smoker Friendly a large national tobacco retailer. They still have the same staff working and and the same crew comes in and enjoys a stogie from time to time. Some of the conversations will have you leaving the place in tears from laughing so hard. They have a smoking lounge in the front for all to enjoy a smoke. They also have a members only area in the back. The members area has a few big screen TVs, a pool table and a couple of poker tables. They occasionally have events at the Manor and allow non members to hang out in the member area. All of the staff are knowledgeable about the world of cigars. If you do go in seek out Tom. He's the most knowledgeable. He's a craft beer and scotch lover so it's good to talk to him about that. They are one of the only cigar shops to carry the Liga Privada line which is my favorite non Cuban brand of cigars so the 30 minute drive from Broomfield to Longmont is well worth the drive! I've passed by HM dozens of times, but it was always when I was calling on clients, but never had time to stop by. I'm glad I did this day. I stopped in for a stick after my first skydive. Needing a place to unwind after my jump, HM was the perfect spot. They had an excellent selection with reasonable prices. We sat in their plush leather chairs and puffed away while enjoying some nice conversation with regulars who told us how great a time they had the previous night watching the UFC fights in their private "club" area. The day of my visit they were preparing for a Super Bowl party. I'll definitely be back. read more

I've lived in Longmont for 5 years and have driven past this place dozens of times - but I had no idea it was probably the best cigar shop in Denver. I went there for the first time a month ago to buy a cigar for a client - and not knowing what to buy, the staff were instantly at my disposal, very welcoming and totally helpful. The old location was deceivingly larger than it appeared from the street. The new location takes advantage of a more curb appeal, and an increased size humidor. Selection is huge! Bought 3 cigars (last of the box). Took one home and lit it up. The outer wrapper came off. Took the other 2 back for an exchange etc. They couldn't do anything for me. Even looking at the other 2 you can see that the same thing will happen. Will dispute this charge with the credit card company. Do not recommend this place. read more
