Tobacco King - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They sold me a bad vape and would not take it back. The guy was extremely rude about when I asked to return it. I suggest you NOT go here unless you want to buy crap that doesn't work! read more

Tobacco King - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

Ok. I completely understand that sales and returns are final. I called to ask for any troubleshooting tips and to see if I can MAYBE get a discount on the vape I normally buy because they talked me into buying something on sale. They literally would not even let me finish my sentence and just kept saying no refunds no exchanges even when I never asked for one. I used to recommend this shop ALL THE TIME because it's a hole in the wall and locally owned. But I am never going back or recommending it to anyone. read more

This used to be a good place. The people who work there have always been nice to me. Their sign says there open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm when I went there today at 6:40 pm they were closed. If you advertise that your open until 7:00 pm then stay open until 7:00 pm. read more

I was very happy with the prices of the six I get for myself it was $40 for two cartons. It was very good price for what you get. It was very clean there. A customer service is really great. They're open on the resort time. Great location, great parking Pretty much everything was really good read more

This guy is way overpriced , it felt like a sliding scale purchase. Bought a charger for my vape pen it was just a simple cheap piece I was after but it appeared to be not enough for the guy selling to me it felt like a 2$ piece at best went up to $5.57 .... Way too much . I would avoid this place felt like wanted to make rent of me. It's like dude just wanted something inexpensive and easy but nope.... Wanted to check it for me see if it needed a tune up and some rims or some thing... like bro why are you on that covid get rich scheme just do good business and be patient for the good. Word to return... I don't get anymore .... read more

am a 10-year customer of this location ever since the new owners have taken over the owner's brother seems to be managing the location 90% of the time he says he does not have the authority to do refunds or exchanges for damaged products besides that he is very rude and very disrespectful when you try to complain about the product that you purchased and how it had a malfunction and it was faulty I as a consumer cannot see myself being treated with disrespect when I am the purchaser so as for today I will no longer be frequent tobacco King and I urge the people that are being disrespected in any way form or matter also not to frequent that establishment read more

I've had nothing but amazing experiences when visiting this shop. Contrary to the other reviews here, I believe the staff is very friendly and helpful. Items are reasonably priced as well. Will continue to bring the shop my business for years to come. read more

Husband tried to return unopened cigarette holders with a receipt purchased as a gift for a friend. Was refused a refund. Will never go back. Warning everyone we know to never step foot in this shop. read more

Always kind, always friendly. Great selection of smokeshop essentials, and fantastic location. This is the only tobacco store I shop at, and I am thrilled Covid didn't close them down for good. read more

Very helpful, I'm not a huge smoker and wanted to buy a vape for a beginner, no mods or anything fancy. She (the owner I believe) was extremely helpful in guiding me around the store and finding the things I would need to get started, she ID'd before purchase and was friendly. Allowed me to smell some vape juices before purchase and was patience with my limited knowledge in vaping. Prices were extremely reasonable and I will be sure to bring my business back soon. I truly don't understand the negative reviews, considering I has such a pleasant experience and that my vape works soo well. read more
