Absolutely awesome! They charge about $12.00 less for a carton of smokes than the grocery store next door!! I smoke 100's and one time I wasn't paying attention, and when I got home I realized that I ended up with a carton of shorts. I went back the following day and was able to exchange them for 100's - no problem!! Not only that but I signed up for their "frequent flyer program" and every now and then they surprise me with $5.00 off my purchase!! I don't buy my smokes anywhere else. arrived at 8:30pm and they were closed. I called and an employee named molly answered and claimed she had to close early because she had an emergency but did not leave until after 9:00pm which is the posted closing time. I watched her take her time to leave and even sat outside for roughly 5-10 minutes before leaving. It did not appear that there was any sort of emergency. I was roughly one of at least 8 customers who arrived at least half an hour before they were supposed to be closed. Some of those people were there to pick up orders. It's obvious to me that this employee by the name of molly just wanted to close early and lied to me claiming to have an emergency. This is incredibly unprofessional and action should be taken by her employer. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called the shop on the 28th and spoke to a "Serena" to see if they carried the ejuice I use. I'm a former smoker, and I mean a SMOKER, who went cold turkey after 42 years. I only vape 'tobacco' flavor because that takes care of cravings, etc. Don't like those foo-foo flavors. This Serena specifically told me they only had 3 bottles of straight tobacco: 0%, .6% and one 1.2%. I asked if she would please put under the counter in my name and I would have a friend pick up today (Friday). My friend gets there and, nope, nothing there. The guy then calls "Serena" and comes back and tells me there must have been a misunderstanding - that she 'never' checked and they don't have it. BS! I was on the phone when she read them all off. Now, my friend just wasted her time because they're a bunch of liars who will tell you what you 'want' to hear over the phone, just to get you there so they can sell ya something else. DO NOT SHOP HERE. And, yeah, I'm pissed if you can't tell. read more

They will rake you over the coals. Dishonest employees. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to close the deal and then not honor their word. Here's a bit of a backstory. I went in a few weeks ago and wanted to see if they had any suggestions on quitting. I know a friend that quit through ecigs and if that helped me, I was incredibly open to it. He told me that their best option was X and I inquired about reliability, etc. He said, "We have seen some issues but if there's an issue just come by and we'll make it right - replacing it or fixing it." Okay, at least he's honest. I appreciate honesty. I was badly burned by this company: USB Wall Charger - $14 lolwut 650mAH Battery - $25, online these go for less than $10 on the manufacturers website Tank - $26 (The only good deal) So, all is well. Two or so weeks later I go in the store and buy a new tank. They say, no problem, it'll work. I screw the tank on and it shorts the battery and it no longer works. I call them up, "Hey, I just left your store and after I screwed in the new tank it broke the battery I purchased from you all. Can I come in and have you all take a look and replace it if needed?" Nope, that's not part of their policy I found out. So, why did you rep tell me if it broke soon thereafter purchasing (because, it can he said) did you all not honor your word? This starter kit was the most outrageous amount spent on a starter kit. Go to Rocketman Boulder, the owner there is super nice and keeps his word every time. I am pretty salty. They keep telling me they will have their brand butane in any day & to check back. So I have I checked back twice now & nothing still.. The cheapest is $8.00 a can... Who pays $8.00 a can for butane? I am definitely done checking back, they are obviously full of it. read more

Very friendly, great selection. What more do you want from a Tobacco shop? I'm not sure what else to say here, but the gentleman working there was smiley and kind. I'm not sure why people give terrible reviews of places like this... It's just a Tobacco shop...but alas, maybe this will help them out a bit. read more

I've never had a cigar before, so having been to the hookah house quite a few times I thought I would like it. Went here because it in the same plaza as King Soopers and I knew it was there. I walked in and there was some loud metal music, and 1 guy there working. I had a small amount of knowledge, such as, you don't want to buy a cigar at a c-store that's flavored with watermelon..... Spent a good 10 minutes in the humidor, choosing based on mostly price and how they felt. When we walked out the shop keep asked if we found what we were looking for. A little embarrassed we said no, we have no idea what to look for. He walked back in after inspecting the one I had picked out, for the same price grabbed a cigar that he said was much better. He knew the origins of it, where the wrapper was from, the fillers and the binders. It was really quite amazing how much he knew, I had said how cigars seem like wine and he agreed and was saying how they will age tobacco for years before rolling and how some cigars will improve with age. The cigar was $5.38, smoked nicely and was a great choice. I haven't been to a smoke shop in probably 20 years since my dad smoked a pipe, but just the positive attitude and knowledge the shop keep had makes this a 5 star for me. read more

I wanted to give this place no stars,however, that is not possible. Place has horrible parking and bumbs dominate the area. Staff don't seem to mind patrons being hit up for money. The selection is OK but the ambience has a trashy feel. Prices are average. No real savings. Most the staff have zero knowledge about cigar selection and know absolutely nothing about vape pens. The vape selection constitutes a no-name low end brands and they break easily. No one knows what accessories go with what. The owner must pay low wages and it shows in the staffing the place attracts. Avoid. read more

Nice place to buy top quality cigars. Punto was working and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am from out of town and found all my favorites and a few new ones. Friendly as the name suggests and good prices. I highly recommend this place. read more
