The gentleman helping my boyfriend and I had a very cool attitude, low key but had good communication with us! I love when I can tell someone the flavor combos I like and they know exactly what to suggest! This is exactly what he did and he showed excitement in the product so that's always a plus! I'm a fruit dessert/ fruit cream kind of girl and I like the Highlander line which they didn't carry due to respect for a neighboring shop that was stocked in that line, no biggie because I also really enjoy the Naked line which they did carry and had plenty of variety from that brand!The best part was they all 3 of their newest flavors to boot! We walked out with the Azul berries (one of the new flavors) from Naked in a 3 and it was just as delicious as he described!!!! Best juice flavor I've had in over a year, no lie! In my experience at vape vault whether I buy a new line of disposables or a clearance line disposable, cause sometimes ya boi is paying with change lmao, it's always burnt in the first day. This last time, I go back to get a refund and was told they wouldn't do it for me again. That I have 30 in my return history and that's why. Like bro I get why and I fully understand but if your product in various brands are doing the same thing such as not hitting, abruptly not hitting with the light on like it is, burning within a day or spitting. I've even gone through a whole box of disposables in front of them and each one did the exact same thing. That's something I can't actually help. I'm not just going to throw you guys $10-$40 and then have to go somewhere else. The fact homeboy laughed about it wasn't cool either. Cause obviously you think I'm bullshitting you. The employees you meet at these PG Vape and Glass shops are always super kind and beyond super…read morehelpful. Unfortunately, certain higher ups are very cruel to some of their employees. The rate at which people are let go, and apparently very rudely and unprofessionally so, is pretty bad from what I've heard. From both ex-employees, and some who are still employed. If you're a regular, then the service alone is a reason to go back. If you're looking for a new head shop however, I can't see why you would really want to support them. Heavy prices, dirty tactics, hell even illegal activity if we're being honest. I always had a positive association with this place, so having to say all of this kinda sucks. But I felt it was important for others to know.
