Took them back in today & showed them, but bc of their 24hr policy... once again, nothing they could do except offer another 10% off on another product. Customer service was good bc they just work there, but the policy is trash. KINGS OF THE 10% OFF SCAM I'd def do some more verbal warning, let ppl know they need a diff charging pack & maybe just drop this product.
