"sales are…read morefinal" but what happens when they sell you a defective vape? and it fires on its own? nothing, they can't even exchange you for one that actually works. i've gone to many shops that would exchange your vape if it is defective and that you can prove to them that it's defective. it's not the buyers fault that the seller sells materials that don't even work. i suggest going to another vape store, and not wasting your time and money here :)

I've been going to this headshop for 5 years but never will I return I bought a torch at this place, went to the store twice, because the first time I went the store the day after I bought the torch, the store supervisor told me it was user error on how I was filling the torch and that I needed a plastic tip instead of a metal tip can of butane.. how silly! I come back two days later, and he refuses to take back the 40 dollar torch I purchased I called the store owner from the card I was thrown at by the supervisor, and asked the owner if he was aware he was selling broken equipment and his store supervisor was refusing to take it back. The owner advised me that they loose money on returns and that he'll see what he can do about it. Right off the bat knowing I'll never get a call back from his sarcastic tone, I gave him my information and obviously haven't gotten a call back. The store supervisor, and store owner were extremely unprofessional on the way they executed the situation, their attentiveness, and the way they made it clear for me to know I was just another dollar they had made. Worst experience I've ever had at a headshop in my entire life as a Colorado native. The headshop 5280 down the street has better prices and the glass is not from China and is always branded to know where they come from. I will always go the extra mile for the great experience I get from 5280s crew!

I'm not going in there to be an expert and explain every little detail that I know but there to give good general customer feedback.

They do have a large selection of vapes, accessories and juice but I'd shop elsewhere before I would consider going back. I want to support local but when I can buy the same products for 50-66% lower online I'm obviously going for the savings. The same pod capes they're selling for $50 are going for $19 online. The juice they're selling is $19 vs $11 online and $16 at other local shops.
