The guy working sold me on a "limited edition good bong, and would take away the cost of the grinder and give me a discount for my birthday." Bring it home, first hits, bong breaks, bring it back, tells me i have to leave and he can't help me, "Go back to your car." Told him i don't want the bong repeatedly, he offered to replace my bowl piece with the same branded milk way bowl piece which just exploded on impact. In the end he gave me a bowl half the price and told me to leave. He sold me shit and then he 'threw shit' to me when I asked for something reliable. Scam, wouldn't trust what they say.

I brought it into the shop and met the owner, who I thought would help me right away. I was shocked when he declined to stand behind his product. As an excuse he and told me that because it was scratched, (week old) he could not return it to his vendor. So, for his profit on a $24 butane torch, he lost all my future business. I'm new in town and had been very pleased with the service I'd gotten there by an employee. I'd even returned to purchase another item. The rate at which people are let go, and apparently very rudely and unprofessionally so, is pretty bad from what I've heard. From both ex-employees, and some who are still employed. If you're a regular, then the service alone is a reason to go back. If you're looking for a new head shop however, I can't see why you would really want to support them. Heavy prices, dirty tactics, hell even illegal activity if we're being honest. I always had a positive association with this place, so having to say all of this kinda sucks. But I felt it was important for others to know.
