Best vape shop in all of Colorado. Went there from when they had first opened. Reasonable prices for authentic vape gear. The owner Ann is amazing and does a great job with educating people who come in with questions. Like most of the people I know who would go there it was a great place to go to quit smoking. This was one of my first favorite vape shops, they stock the type of things I am interested in, (powerful suboh tanks and high watt mods) And they carry the mighty vapergate. But can be snarky and full of attitude etc. Arguing exact names of coils and the like. Like most Denver shops, too much geekvape. read more

Bad service. I went and was asked if I placed an order for curbside and I am new to this shop so I said no and was refused service. Instead of offering flavors or anything. Other vape shops should get the business unfortunately. I will be reffering others to different places since I know many that shop here. I understand curbside but at least offer services to your customers. read more

Went in here once and was greeted by a room full of bored employees that were rude. I would suggest going somewhere else! **in reply** it wasn't your rules, it was everyone's attitude while telling me I could not purchase juice because my friend did not have her ID with her. Walked in pretty much as soon as they opened. I wanted to take my time and check out some flavors they had because I've been looking for a new location to go to. the guy there instantly says "what do you want?" And before I could even think he goes again.. "what do you guys want?!?" Very rude like. Like okay.. give me a second .. he did not seem to even want us in the shop. Not impressed! I went in and new to CO so I don't have my regular vape liquid I like so, I paid to try several flavors and decided on one. The man that helped me was not very pleasant he was Asian I believe (I didn't get his name) he just seemed bothered by me lol.. Anyhow, I received the worst eliquid I've ever had and the service not good, at least for me today... Not great! I went to this shop the other day because I found out they carry the Steam Spot juices which is a brand I really like. The shop itself is exactly what their name states.... Elite. That is all they have. Elite devices and elite juices. I asked about clone mech mods, or clone RDAs etc and they told me they don't carry any. This means that anyone who wants to get in to vaping on a rebuildable setup here would have to be dropping $200+ for an authentic mechanical mod and an authentic RDA. This would be a great shop if that's what you are looking for but definitely not for anyone on a budget. They do have the normal ego stuff and tank stuff which would be ok for someone who wants a basic setup but for me and many others that buy the cheaper rebuildable stuff you are out of luck here. I also wasn't a huge fan of their juice tasting setup. They have everything behind the counter and you have to ask for a specific flavor. After trying 5 or so flavors it seemed like I was being a pain to they guy working even though he was really nice about everything. I really did like the guys working. I believe one was the owner. Both were very nice and knowledgeable about the products that they had and were great to talk to. I would easily give this shop 4 or 5 stars if they carried some of the cheaper stuff but from their name and the vibe from the employees they want to stay an elite shop. I can understand that but I can't recommend going to this shop unless you are looking for an elite high dollar setup, or high end juices. read more

It's a family owned and operated store, which is a bonus in my book. They explain things in a friendly and easy to understand way. Their prices are great. Their product quality and selection are even better! You can also sit and try flavors - there are so many to choose from. They are passionate about what they do. I purchased an alien box (220 watt) I purchased 2 batteries with it as well, and the same night my box started acting weird and auto firing and shorting and I came back the next day and they told me since I couldn't recreate the issue in front of them, there was nothing they could do about it. Today it continues to do the same issue and I bought it 3 days ago. I just want either a refund or a new box and I get no help. read more

Upon walking in your always greeted at first with a bunch of teenagers sitting there just staring at you.. Finally someone welcomes you in after youve walked up to the counter. When you just try to browse they wont leave you alone and keep pushing products on you that you clearly dont want I have been in there easily more than 15 times and every experiance is the same. Obviously they have no one who cares if that buisnees is a respectable one. Out of dozens of smoke shops ive been to, its a no brainer that this place come last on the list read more

Bought a suorin air coil and it was burnt off start even primed it and did 3 pulls with the battery out and they told me there is nothing they can do. No refunds or a new one.. After that will never return. Never get good customer service. #GoToDejaVuVapes read more

I try not to write reviews off of one experience from local shops because I don't think you can accurately judge a business off of one visit, good or bad. I've been in to Elite Vapes three times now, and the experience has been consistently excellent every time. I'm fairly new to vaping and have been to several other shops in the surrounding Denver area, some I will return to at some point, and some I most definitely will not. Elite is my home shop now, and they would be even if they weren't the closest to my house. I could see coming here regularly even if I lived in Saudi Aurora. They have a slew of premium brand juices, though no in house flavors. I think this is as much a pro as a con. Sure, no stupid cheap $3-30ml juice, BUT, no buyers remorse after purchasing 30ml of juice that tastes less like the tester sample, and more like terminator piss that forever stains your coil. Not to mention they have the best prices on the premium brands compared to the other shops I've been in. They also carry high quality accessories at prices that rival or beat what you find online, without shipping charges or having to wait for FedEx to break it. You can see it, touch it, hold it, smell it, take a selfie with it, and whisper sweet nothings to it before you drop your dough. Maybe not so crucial with wire, wicking material, replacement coils etc, but I find it very helpful with tanks, atomizers, drip tips, and even mods. The staff is extremely knowledgable about the products they sell, they are patient when answering questions, and there is no pressure to buy something that doesn't suit your vaping needs. The decor is inviting, comfortable, and well organized. You don't realize how much they have to offer until the staff starts showing off the goods. I find it nice because it's not overwhelming for the inexperienced, but they have what you mega cloud chasers want. I have dealt with Mitch mostly. After giving him a vague run down of what kind of smoker I USED to be, what I was looking to get from vaping, and the amount I wanted to spend, he spent probably 45 minutes explaining different products in my price range, along with the pros and cons of them all. In the end, he pointed me towards a Joyetech eVic VT and I love this thing. Joe has also been super helpful with my technical (aka stupid noob) questions, and out of the three times I've been in, the owners Craig and Ann were there, happy to talk shop with me. Not as a customer, but more like we were all friends just BSing around the table. In fact, the hardest part about shopping here has been leaving. I always just want to cop a squat, hang out, talk about builds, and geek out with the staff and other customers. Then I remember I have to feed the dog and mow the lawn. Being an adult sucks, but Elite Vapes is a welcome break from it. I'm happy to spend my money here. read more

This is definitely the best shop in Colorado. They have a huge selection of juices, a very nice vaping lounge to try new flavored and even create new mods. They have a good selection of box mods and RDAs as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful and its a good hangout spot as well. This is the place to be! read more

I've seen lots of reviews about rude guys working here but everyone was super nice! I was greeted right when I walked in. I was the only customer. The guy who helped me was so awesome! I wish I got his name. I didn't what my new tanks coil I called, and that's a famous "annoying thing" in a vape store when people don't even know what they have. Whether you're a beginner or an expert this is the place to be. I've shopped here since shortly after they opened. The customer service is great. The flavor selection is phenomenal they have I believe around 190 flavors to choose from. As far as the hardware goes it's definitely not the place to find a great bargain. But the mods and atomizers they sell are all top of the line and when you walk out of there you'll have a mod you can truly be proud to show off. read more

DONT TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!! This place is amazing the workers know what's up! Places like this will have bad reviews because someone forgot there ID. I had a conversation with the owner really amazing place lots of different everything there very diverse price range. I live in castle rock but any time I visit Thornton I go to elite vapes because they have high quality brands and if they don't have what you want they order it for you so you can always be happy with what they have! I've seen people say it's expensive here but this is the most diverse price range, yea they have some of the expensive vapes because some people want that but they have some of the cheaper mods and tanks and RDA's so it's easy for people who are new or just starting to vape. I tell my friends from castle rock, "If you need vape stuff you've got to go to Thornton to elite vapes because it doesn't get better then there!" Just remember to have your ID on you because they do check but what should you expect from a vape shop. Love this place always enjoy coming back, even if it's just to hang out for a while. The people working here are awesome people I've talked about gaming or movies or tv shows, just about anything with them because they are always nice, and they will pause the conversation help out someone that just walked in, and after they finish up that come back and keep the conversation going! I have been going to this place since June. They are super laid back, and take the time to answer all your questions. I even brought my step-mother and mother-in-law, and they were VERY patient with them and their million questions. The owner is almost always there, which I think is crucial to any small business. I find they have a nice array of juices to choose from, in all price ranges. They are not pushy, but also don't hesitate to give their honest opinion if you ask. I have been to many other Vape stores, and found that most have a "Douchy" vibe, but that is not the case here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more
