The lounge has a couple of TVs, a wet bar and 8+ seats and some tables. Service is always great. It's a relaxing place to enjoy a cigar. You can't go into the store because of COVID-19, so I accepted the box of tubes the clerk handed me. It was a little bent on the end but it didn't look too bad. When I got home I discovered that about 1/2 or 2/3 of the tubes were deformed. Some are salvageable, some are not, but I didn't feel like walking all the way back up there with no idea of what I would get the second time. Guess I'll have to make sure I order enough tubes online to carry me over until the next month.

There have been times when I've been sold a banger with the incorrect size cap or they've refused my very real ID. Today I just folded in having to write a review because they not only questioned the validity of my ID but they tried to keep it. Educate your employees on how to identify fake IDs better or invest in an ID scanner. There's no reason I should have to get in a yelling match with your ignorant employees because they refuse to give me back my ID. If you want to say it's fake and ask me to leave the store that's fine but to go as far and try and keep my ID when I am offering to have the police come and educate you is ridiculous.
