I didn't second guess it at the time, but upon using it for the first time, I found that it was not new. The vape was Smok brand and supposed to be a premium model. It also comes with 2 refillable pods. The pods that were included were 2 different kinds, and one of them had been used already. The other pod doesn't work in the device at all. The store has a no refunds policy of course, so I just paid $60 for a used vape. I highly suggest going to another more reputable shop if it's possible.
