They said they corrected the problem and to go ahead and use the promo code. However, once you go to the website, the price dramatically changed from $219.99 to $329.99. Also the promo code (RAIN60 for 60% off) didn't calculate at 60% off. It only gave a discount of $24.99. And instead of a free gift with the purchase they charged $8.99 for the free gift. Logan was very knowledgeable and he acknowledged me and helped me out right away which I appreciated because I had originally come in wanting to purchase a new piece. He talked to me and found out I just had an extremely dirty bong and he gave me the Kryptonite cleaner. I picked up some incense too which I loved their selection, it was only $2.50 for 10 sticks and they had scents I had never smelled before and really enjoy in my apartment. I also got a nice bowl piece, not a clear basic one, for only $15. I really appreciate him taking his time with me and they had a crazy selection, it was like a mini art museum. One day I will get the 35k Finding Nemo (my name for it) piece. I left saving money (always appreciate as I am a student) but I'll be back to spend more! A little too pricy for my taste, and honestly not that great of a selection. Came here just to grab a cute bong and go. Came inside and no one was around; waited for a bit, and the guy finally came from the back. I told him what I wanted, and he immediately tried to sell me on an $80 bong. And one that was so plain Jane, too. I declined and asked for a lower price range. Everything in the lower price range, though, is just so rinky dink or plain. I thanked him and left. I love coming in to look at all the new pieces and great deals they have going on. Every time I visit, they always have sales on a lot of their pieces throughout the store. She told me everything she knows about a product carried in their store and spent her time easily answering my questions.
