Such an amazing and fun smoke shop! We had such a great experience working with the staff! Joe was specifically amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us find the best products for our budget! He was also able to recommend some local places for us to check out since we were from out of state! Joe went out of his way to show us different products and gave us plenty of options but didn't pressure us at all! Such a great staff! read more

South Park Kyle was super helpful, kind and hilarious. Really worth our scooter ride. Gaye Rayy was super nice too!

Darren sold me a Unipro battery on Saturday (two days ago) and I asked him what the return policy would be if it does operate as expected. Darren said it was a week from purchase. I tried it the next day and realized the LED screen was not turning on. Came in on Monday to return it, and was told by someone that said they were the assistant manager that it could not be returned and the week return statement Darren has given me was not per store policy. The assistant manager also said that it could not be resold because I had opened the box in incorrectly. I asked if I could speak with Darren directly and the store assistant manager told me that it was not okay to disclose his schedule, which seems very odd. So not sure why this store would try to resell a defective product or allow for deceptive sales practices. Employees did not seem to be want to be held accountable and gaslit me into thinking I was in the wrong to ask for a replacement or refund. Don't shop here. Seems like the whole thing a scam. read more

Huge selection, helpful staff and good prices. I recommend this spot even if you have to drive out of your way. Worth it.

Definitely coming back staff is friendly and had sanitizing procedures in place. Awesome selection of things, I was in a hurry but definitely worth a visit. read more

This place is, hands down, my favorite vape shop. Not only do they have tons of cool stuff, the staff is super duper friendly, helpful, and all around awesome. I'm surrounded by vape places near my house but none of them carry the MiPod cartridges that I need, so I always end up calling random shops and driving out of my way just to get my refills. I know there are way more important things in life to complain about, but heck ..its annoying! I could go anywhere and buy a pack of cigarettes, I want to be able to go anywhere and buy my cartridges too! Then I happened upon Myxed up. It's not super close to home, but convenient on my way home from work and I couldn't be happier. I just wanna hang out with all the folks who work there every time I go in. Great job guys, keep doing what you're doing! You've got a loyal customer here from now on! Ps...remember to come get lunch at Woodgrain one day! read more

This shop has a nice variety of items. Their bong selection was also varied. They sell shirts, bags, and paraphernalia. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. read more

Fantastic staff and selection! Great exchange policies! I came to Myxed Up after buying a defective vape pen from a competitor, who then refused to exchange it. I was immediately impressed by their huge selection and very friendly staff - Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me pick out a new vape pen. They have a selection that dwarfs their competition. Also, they have a wonderful exchange policy for electronic items; if you buy a vape pen and it turns out to be defective, they'll happily exchange it (even if lightly used), so you can feel safe spending good money on nice stuff at Myxed Up. They've got a new customer for life! read more

Good shop with an excellent shisha selection. They have Fantasia and Starbuzz tobacco, good selection!

Great overall experience. We stumbled in when they were having a "More 20" party with free pizza and beer. We went in looking for a titanium mouth piece for a nectar collector $25 which they had in two sizes. They also had a wide range of titanium dabbers which is in my book a great thing. Ranging from $15 up. Coming from the East coast that is one thing were lagging on. I'd go back, I'd also recommend this shop. Friendly staff and read more

Shout out to Kelsey M. who helped my newbie self out when it came to getting my first vape pen! Was visiting Colorado from out of town for the long holiday weekend and stopped by here to buy a vape pen and a grinder. Kelsey was the sweetest and answered every single one of my bajillion questions with a smile and I am pretty sure I had some really dumb questions Hahahaha. She seemed like she really enjoyed her job which is hard to come by in any type of customer service these days. Really liked her energy and left feeling way more knowledgeable than I had when I went in! Thanks Kelsey! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. read more

5 Star customer service from Bri! She is very knowledgeable about her cbd products, and easy to talk to. I will be going to her for all things cbd. read more

Sold me the wrong item purely cause they didntt take the time to hear what i needed and then the manager got defensive when i recommended they train their staff in joint sizes, considering thats a huge part of glass. Have spent hundreds here. But never another dime. The red haired manager deserves to lose her job! Rude af and doesnt know what shes talking about. read more

Sorry, I want to like these guys because they have some cheapish stuff, but it's cheap for a reason. Literally EVERY single piece I have purchased here (drop down, male to female conversion, and two quartz nails) has broken within three weeks from temperature change. This is seriously pathetic. Quartz bangers should be advertised as half glass if they are, and I've never seen Quartz break because it got a little cold. I've wasted more money than I like to admit here. Not much knowledge behind the counter either. Get it together read more

Previously I had a problem with a vaporizer and warranty. After my call to the store I was informed that I needed to return the product to the manufacture. I then left a one star review but was contacted by the manager who had me contact them for additional help. They went out of their way to help. read more

Kelso (Kelsey) she's the best!! She's awesome, I strongly recommend asking for her when you go in! She's very awesome! And so is mason! Either of them can set you up! read more

It was a a good experience yet frustrating as well. The employees were not very friendly and they were half as knowledgeable as I would expect. Prices were extremely expensive but can't really complain/. Most of the class was from Cali and or hand blown locally. Found great cleaning supplies that I'm not usually used to using and am proud to have picked up a new carb cap except i lost it instantly upon arriving at home. read more

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was disappointed with how I was treated by the female employee working. For reference she was vaping the entire time. I wasn't exactly sure what the size of the down stem I needed was and the employee was rude to me. "Well they only come in these two sizes so you are wrong" I then asked to get a torch and she was purposefully difficult when I was picking the color. I said yes I would like the red one you are holding, "oh this is orange you mean this one?" No the red one you are holding and so on. I'm polite and I knew what I wanted and was still treated like this. Get better employees please. read more

Not sure I got all my questions answered, however, they did give me a card and encouraged me to call. They do have a limited selection of CBD products if you are looking for some. Go in knowing what you want. I do appreciate that they did listen to my questions with respect. read more

Went back to stock up on ejuice. They have added more SicBoy and SicDrip flavors, including one of my adv, J. Ho. Yay!

Hahahaha boys and girls this has got to be the coolest shack to buy your pipes, lighters, and bowls. I kid you not, I once bought an organic lighter here for $1.99 and didn't beat the price somewhere else. The organic lighter actually worked for a looong time, to the point it still works today. The staff is way too chill and laid back. I love the way it provides the best customer service ever. This store will always be my number 1 choice for all vapes and pipes. read more

OK so my name is Dan b just so the awesome people who checked me out hopefully see this and know who wrote it. I have just moved to Denver maybe 4 months ago and have tried many many shops and have bought a lot of pieces and they try so hard to greet everyone at the door they are really the best staff with the best selection. Please go here for any kind of water pipe spoon pipe consintrate accessorrys grinders I have currently bought my incredibowl zong kannastor and my most current and most proud purchase my boom felazi water pipe (BONG) and I have searched far and wide for all my pieces, rest assured your in good hands here. read more

Maybe she was having a bad day? I have never felt so out of place and uncomfortable in a Shop until coming here. The lady who "helped" me (Blonde hair, older woman) was the most unhelpful, uninterested salesperson ever. Getting a tooth pulled would have been more pleasurable. The awkwardness was heavy. Especially when you ignore me to bad mouth other employees. I do hear that Robert is great. Maybe next time. read more

The staff here are on point. They know what they're talking about and are ready to help you. Everyone I've interacted with have just enough "stoney" qualities to make one feel welcome and comfortable while still maintaining great customer service. They have a huge selection of merchandise and a collective knowledge of everything they sell. This is the place to go in town for any smoke/vape needs. read more

I just went in here not long ago and I have to say I was certainly impressed by the selection, it's one of the widest I've seen in Denver. The wall of water pieces along the back is incredible, and has more choices than most other places combined. However, I found the customer service completely unbearable. Upon entering a lady greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I made it clear I wasn't looking to spend much; I was only replacing a couple of broken parts for my bong. Either the fact that I had only mentioned a single, $5 piece annoyed her or she was already in a sour mood that day, because she hurried me over to the counter and shoved the box of pieces at me. She acted agitated when I asked if they had a certain size, and I felt so rushed during the entire process that I was reluctant to ask for the other piece I was looking to replace, or even gaze around at what is really a remarkable selection of glass. I quickly bought the single, $5 item and left, feeling disappointed at the unremarkable treatment. I understand, $5 isn't very much, but its no reason to be treated so poorly. My experience with this small purchase has definitely swayed me away from making any larger ones at this store. read more

VERY helpful and knowledgable staff. Huge selection of pipes, one hitters, hookahs, bongs, etc. Came in here with a friend who needed to buy synthetic urine (yes they have that here, along with other creative items that may come in handy...) and while I didn't buy anything that night, I'll definitely come back here when I need to buy paraphernalia, loved it!! read more

Surprisingly small selection of glass considering the square footage of the unit... Hardly any unique locally-blown pieces, just those generic factory-made ones that you see at every headshop. Only difference is that this place overcharges for them. So-so staff who act annoyed that you stepped foot in their store. Being only a few blocks away from a few of the best headshops in town, you'd think they would step up their game. read more

One of the best head shops I've been to in Denver! Great selection for just about anything a head shop would offer. Not to mention the people who work there are on point. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great people all around! read more

I called to see what e-nails they had in stick and the girl on the phone pretty much refused to check what model of e-nail they had on the phone. I literally had to say so your'e refusing to tell me the model of something you have in the store? Then she said let me put you on hold. I hung up, i'm looking to spend 200-300$ in the store and the girl on the phone is such a lazy stoner that she cant check the model of what I want for me? Employees here obviously aren't too concerned with making sales. Don't hire stoners to run the smoke shop. Or at least hire productive stoners to do it because you're losing money with whatever girl answered the phone today working there. I was set on a hi 5 e-nail so it was an easy sale, now i'm looking to see who else sells them just so myxed up doesn't get my business. read more

I have been shopping at myxed up for just over 10 years. I first started going to the location on Mexico where I met Rachel. She is awesome, extremely informative and willing to order something if it wasn't available on shelf. Always had great customer service. For the past 3 years or so I have been going to the Colfax location. As of today, they lost my business for good. I went in for an item and right away I was greater by a worker at which point he came over to help me right away. It turned out that they didn't have the item I needed on the shelf, so he checked in back, the item was there. He asked me to give him 10 minutes to get the item logged in to their system. Of course I had no issue waiting. However, after about 10-15 minutes of waiting, I turned around and realized that he had begun helping and checking out another customer. He had still not logged the item into the system and said he would after ringing them up. Excuse me? I ha e been here, was being helped, and then just got pushed to the side like an unwanted dinner plate. Ok... You lost my business. read more
