The girl working there was on her phone taking a personal call the entire time we were in there. She didn't greet us or engage whatsoever, even as I was attempting to try things on over my clothes in the middle of the store. She literally didn't stop talking on the phone despite the fact that I was clearly there to shop/spend money. Although I liked a few things, we left after about 15 minutes when we realized we were not going to be helped at all. I would never buy anything in a store like this that doesn't value its customers.

First off, I have worked with MULTIPLE embroidery providers so this review comes with years of…read morehomework, trial and error and searching to find the right company for my embroidery needs. I have been working with Johnny Battle for the past couple of years and they are quite simply the easiest and most accommodating embroidery provider I have found. The customer service is through the roof and you can tell they really care about their customers and the garments they provide. If something isn't quite right, they will make it exactly right before shipping anything out and even replace it no questions asked! One aspect of the company that I really appreciate is the super fast turn around. I received my garments in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!! Their turn around is crazy fast and for me that's a huge benefit since I'm always so busy. I recently made a visit to their "stitch factory" to pick up some hats they did for me and I must say these guys run a tight ship. I wasn't sure what to expect since most of the other providers I have encountered seem to have a "sweat shop" type of feel when you walk in. Not these guys! Their facility was super clean and when I walked in. Cannon the manager greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at hone. Really impressive and it's refreshing to see these guys really caring about their business and the facility they work. They even have a foosball table in the front showroom for their staff and visitors as well. How cool is that?! Their staff seemed to be really happy working there too which was cool to see as well. As a small business owner myself, I felt that was pretty cool. Anyway, if you are looking for a top notch, quality company to work with for your embroidery and screen printing needs I would strongly recommend Johnny Battle. Great products, amazing customer service and very reasonable prices as well! I won't go anywhere else. Johnny Battle for the win!!! Thanks again John and Cannon! You guys make this process an enjoyable one!

When your phone breaks or doesn't work right, sheer panic! We're so reliant on these things, it's…read moresick! I had an excellent experience with this business and their replacing the glass on my iPhone. I did have to wait until the next day, which drives ya nuts when it's the thing we're addicted to most in this world, but next day wasn't bad at all, and they hooked me up with a screen protector for the wait (thanks!). The repair was explained, timely, and cost LESS than any other business I called in my area. What more could I ask for? I was having an issue with my phone screen after dropping it (a couple of times, yikes). Turns out, instead of putting all the important internal parts at the TOP of the iphone, you know, where you don't really *need* to click as much for all the important stuff as we do at the bottom of the phone, such as going back to the home screen, texting/messaging, shutting down apps, etc. Apple decided to put all the wiring down there at the bottom. So, if you get any screen chips there, it really messes up the functionality badly. Pro Tip: If this happens to you, set up the "Assistive Access" mode so you can get back to home! It was a lifesaver while my screen was broken. The well-known chain place I took it to once before, years ago (UBIF), now decided to triple+ the cost because they are using "apple glass" now -- whatever. That's bs because the non-apple glass works perfectly fine for *not* half the cost of an entirely new iphone -- how dumb! This business charged a flat $130 all-in, total price, nothing else, and that was the best price I could find in Denver Metro. They finished my phone on time and followed the instructions to reach me with updates (you'd think this is standard, but it's not! I had the opposite experience at another business). So based on my experience, I'd highly recommend this company if you need a glass replacement on your cell phone.

They are expert at battery and screen replacements for both Android and iPhone devices. Turnaround is usually quite quick. Unlike many repair services these days where you often have to mail items far away or drop things off with an unknowledgeable clerk, at Phone Repair and More you can talk directly with the technicians to ensure there are no miscommunications and that you get the information you need. I woke up yesterday deciding to send my partner a bouquet of flowers but wanted same day delivery. Did a quick search and noticed that Mr K's was very close to his house. Once I received pictures from my partner I was so happy with how they turned out. I'll definitely be using them but just be aware they do have a standard fee for delivery.
