My sister's vape bowl cap thing (clearly I don't vape) broke and she needed a new one. The place…read morelooks small and a little intimidating (I mean it is on the "other" side of Colfax). Nevertheless, upon entering there was a line of people. The counters are in a U shape, so being in the line allows you to view most of his products. My sister was most impressed by the amount of options there was for juice especially for a specific brand she likes, Coastal Clouds. Also, the gentlemen that assisted Us was the owner, Dwight. He's a originally from Chicago and opened about 3 years ago. This shop is black owned and he stated that he tries to stay up with the vaping trends so he should have what you're looking for or can get it for you in a day or two. With that being said, he was very accommodating, especially when he wasn't able to find the bubble bowl my sis wanted-he had a straight one. He offered to have the correct bowl for her in a day or he could assist her in buying a new top all together. My sister wanted a "girlie" color and found a cute rainbow one. She was very pleased with her overall purchase.

Bought at least 4 vapes from this place that all failed within two weeks yet they refused to honor refunds or replace anything due to "store policy" Stay far far away from this depressing excuse of a business and DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. ALSO PSA: The original owner left and sold the business years ago. All the good reviews are talking about the shop as it was then. No more house made juice, deals, or any of the things that made this shop good now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! Unless you have money and time to throw away!…read more Prepare to be underwhelmed! Ordered an eight ounce, eventually got 3 grams of REALLY dry lower middle grade flower. I paid a premium ($45). When I contacted customer service they said they'd make it up and more on a reorder. I reordered and again, got a light (3 gram) jar of dried up flower and they never sent the extra, so they screwed me out of another $45! Then when I complained got a snarky reply from some jerk, basically saying, too bad. If you've got extra money and love being screwed over, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go to a real dispensary site with your business. You can get 28 grams of excellent flower from sites like Melt, Lit for under $50. In summary, poor quality product, unprofessional customer service. I doubt your reviews even get past the person in customer service, otherwise they'd probably get fired for the way they treated me. These guys won't be in business for long anyway.
