No clue why anyone would give this place less than five stars. The people behind the counter are always super chill and nice. They have a great selection of everything you could ask for... Disposables, juice, pods/coils, glass, butane, etc. Plus the prices are pretty reasonable. I'm already willing to spend more for a genuine product anyway, so getting a good deal is a pleasant surprise. read more

This place has really fair pricing and they are super helpful if you have questions. Best deal I could find for replacement coils for my pen too! read more

FAKE FLUMS! Bought two from this store. One quit after a few hours, so I brought it back and they gave me a new one. Same problem, and again with the third. A Google search suggested they were FAKE, and I was quickly able to determine that they were COUNTERFEIT. There is a FAKE FLUM website and code on the package. I called the store to let the salesperson know. She said they would refund my money and the owner would call me. He didn't. I went in the next day for the refund but a different staff member was working and knew nothing of the issue. The FAKE FLUMS were still on display/for sale. The employee reached the owner by phone to speak with me. He would not acknowledge the COUNTERFEITS, the VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE, nor agree to a refund. He said I could dispute the charges through my bank (AGAINST THE LAW TO DENY A REFUND FOR COUNTERFEIT PURCHASES) and to leave the store- that I was now trespassing. I said I would call the POLICE/AUTHORITIES, which I have. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! read more

Josh was the dude! I shall return for all of my smoking and vape accessories Great deal on the Raz vape, my bro!

Service and prices are outrageous here. A good vape shops will have different price levels. The guy working the shop had no sales skills at offering different options. I got so upset I just walked out. read more

The chick that works here is super cool. Been looking for a Fab Egg for a good while. She hooked it up!! Dope little affordable spot compared to a lot of the other glass spots. read more

Broadway Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Going miles and miles above to be welcoming. Pretty sweet. Total change and it came from ownership. Mitchell is the man. Bought a piece of glass with Factory Defect. In the world of no returns as glass is, Mitchell took care of me the next day 100%! read more

Awesome smoke shop. Cool variety and good specials! Would come back again! Super helpful and plenty of accessories to choose from. read more

Added an additional tip , thanks for making my account over draft . Wouldn't recommend

Organized store! Very friendly and helpful to all of us as we were traveling in from out of town.

Visiting Denver from the east coast, and I was looking for a place to pick up some equipment from at a decent price to use for the week. Broadway Smoke Shop was down the street from me, and I thought I'd check it out. The selection is almost entirely marked up Chinese glass. The cheapest piece they had was a POS nectar collector for 45 bucks. Their torch selection is also subpar as well. They sell your average Newport torch (that you can pick up for 25-30) for 50 bucks!! Not to mention the customer service is lackluster, and not customer focused whatsoever. If you're looking for a better place to shop for cheap, but reliable cannabis gear, check out 710pipes. They have a selection of both Chinese and American blown glass at really great prices. I was able to get a whole setup, quartz banger included, for 40 bucks. 5 bucks cheaper than this place, and the equipment will work much better. read more

Kenzie was super helpful over the phone when we inquired about glass tips, and let us know she had them in store. When we came in she also gave us some vacation tips and where to go for fun! Totally recommend to come here if you're an out of towner. They also have glass items made by artists. Loved it! read more

This was my first smoke shop visit in Colorado and it was amazing. They had great deals for the day so you were able to get more for your money. 10/10 recommend! read more

Do not buy vape products here. Overpriced and fake. Just to experiment, I bought an escobar from them and one from next door at Vape Loft. The one from Broadway Smoke Shop stopped working after 2 hours. No need to go into why I ran this experiment. Clearly I've been sold crap vapes a few times from BSS. Lol they have a great selection of pipes and cool heady stuff! Love the store and most the employees. But guys, your vapes are way off. Like over and over again. read more

I had the best time here , they have a wide variety of smoke accessories . I came in for a grinder and Maggie gave me some selections and gave me great service . We'll definitively come back!! read more

Massive gouge. This is a hipster boutique with vastly inflated prices for ridiculously common items. If you sqwawk at their sticker price he'll try to haggle down but I can't encourage that, not when I asked for a very basic and common item that should be on the cheap end. Avoid. Update: went to another vape store that wasn't in the SoBro blast zone and found my item for 1/5 what this place wanted. read more

Drove by on Saturday around 10am and saw the OPEN sign in the window flashing, so I parked and walked back to the door only to see that they didn't open until 11am. Ok, so I wandered to a bookstore down the street and came back around 11:10am. The shop was still closed and there was another potential customer standing outside. He said he had just called the owner, who said he was currently on 1st and would be there in a minute. As we waited outside, 2 more people came and joined the rest of us getting steadily more annoyed. At 11:28, we finally left, and so had all but 1 of the other people waiting. No idea if or when someone finally showed up, but it doesn't seem like a very professionally run place at all. read more

Awesome place and a great selection of products. I really recommend for any needs!! Come over very helpful and knowledgeable staff !

Please never go here, there are so many smoke shops that will give you quality glass at a reasonable price. Was greeted with an intoxicated employee that "helped" me by giving me a 14-10mm connector after clearly explaining I wanted a 14-14. I also had to ask him to wrap it in bubble wrap when leaving, I guess he expected me to carry a connector and a carb cab in my pocket? Never go here please. Also expect to pay in cash or venmo, please go somewhere else read more

sold an elf bar to 17 yr old , when confronted asked us to leave store and did not take it back.

Goldy was awesome dealing with me and my boyfriend. Such great customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Came in for the first time because Ilizuons door was locked at 11:30. I was looking for 420 cleaner that the young lady immediately found for me and welcomed me to the shop for the first time. She gave me two bottles of cleaner for $15 which I thought was an incredible deal. They have lots of selection for how small the shop is, from small spoon pipes to extravagant water pipes. This place is my new favorite shop based on the customer service. Definitely stop by! read more

FAIL! This place is a joke of a shop! I was really liking this place! I called the first time a couple months ago and they told me 15$ and that if I was a local that I got a couple bucks off! MULTIPLE TIMES IVE BOUGHT AN ITEM THERE AT THE SAME PRICE, THEN THE TODAY YOU JACK UP THE PRICE TO MORE THEN DOUBLE! MOST LIKELY POCKETING THE EXTRA CASH YOU GET! Good job buddy! HE Claims I bought this item at the price by mistake and that it 36$ and always has been! Ahahahaha a mistake that happened multiple weeks in a row! Yeah right! Never going back to that crap hole of a place! Doesn't have the best glass any way! read more

I meant to update my review months ago. Immediately after posting my review (within 24 hours) Brendan, who is the owner contacted me and he was the same in his written response as he is in person. He treats you with kindness and respect and he doesn't dodge responsibility for his store or his employees, he won me back with his sincerity and he offered accommodations for parking to make my visits a little easier due to my disability which is based in both legs. No, I never have taken him up offer to park in a spot that I think is for the employees. I'm not going to have an employee move their car. The offer speaks volumes about the quality of However, that shows the kind of businessman Brendon is. He looks to solve any customer's legitimate concern. (And mine too..just kidding) He made me feel like my business is important to him. And that he hopes I will continue to shop there. He asked me to contact him if anything comes up. My initial review starts here: I would have given a much higher rating a few months ago. I have mixed feelings about writing a negative review, but feel like it's my only choice. I've left 3 messages for the Owner, Brenden and I don't know if he's gotten them because they were left on store's voice mail. He has not called. I don't think he has heard the messages. This place was my favorite, and Brenden has helped me a few times and he is great. The problem is there is a newish employee and she doesn't realize that having the store open during business hours is actually what she is paid for. My first experience with her was an afternoon visit, due to the construction, I had to park several blocks away. I did so and when I got to the shop there was a note on the door saying "Back in ten minutes". I'm disabled, walking is painful, and so is standing, I decided to wait. During this time at least 5 other people came to the store were frustrated that it was closed and they left. She did not return until I had been there 30 minutes. No apology, she just bitching about the first 2 Starbucks were out of whatever she wanted and she had to go a third. Oh I get it, It's frustrating when you go to business and they don't have what you want. Or they are not open during business hours. Next encounter, it's 10 minutes before 11 and I realize I have to go now to get there. On my way I call and it goes to voice mail. I get there and she's inside it's 10:55. She says we're closed and then disappears to the back. Now this is not how other employees have ever treated me. They have been fantastic for some reason this girl is getting away with ruining the store's reputation and she seems to be getting lots of hours. I called the next morning trying again to reach Brenden and she answered, so surely my voice mails to him were erased. She claimed a medical emergency, I'm glad that it was taken care of overnight. If she continues to be so awful to customers and close whenever she wants, I don't know how this store will survive with the construction element taking away the immediate parking spots as another challenge to the business. I was loyal and always went there. If she continues to work there, I'm going elsewhere. Even though this place is only blocks from where I live, and I really like Brenden. read more

I've been here a couple times and it's the head shop I always recommend. The girl that helped us both times was super knowledgeable about all of the products (we had a lot of questions) and she even snuck us some deals too. It had a laid back atmosphere and plenty to choose from. read more

I made a yelp account only to review this specific place. Really try to avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to support such a dishonest business. To make a long story short they sold me a fake "pax" vaporizer that I paid $200 for. After politely (seriously, I wasn't being difficult in the least bit) stating the facts about how I was sold a counterfeit item and simply wanted my $200 back both the owner and employee treated me in such a rude way that it was jaw dropping. After all the lying and mistreatment I experienced with those two lovely individuals I decided I would take it up with my credit card company and the manufacturers of the REAL product. The real company confirmed that what I bought from Broadway Smoke Shop was, indeed, a counterfeit item and that the shop was also not an authorized seller of the product. With the manufacturers help I was able to provide my credit card company with solid proof that I was ripped off by this store, and granted me my money back. If you go further north up South Broadway there are way better options that are honest run businesses. Here is the manufacturers page showing that this shop is not an authorized seller: https://www.paxvapor.com/locate/ read more

Friendly staff lots of options at great prices. Accepts Venmo which makes it easy for everyone.
