Jim was super helpful will be coming back again thank you! This location is good and I like there point systems.

This place was absolutely amazing. Sean went above and beyond excellent customer service and helped me out big time. Very personable, very knowledgeable, and just an all out vibe. I definitely recommend this spot. OH and they let pups come in and browse as well read more

Great pace the have a wide selection and good customer service. It is out of the way for me but a place I would go to if in the area again. The have a loyalty club and send text sales info; but not too often! I'm new to the are so it was nice to find a place I can rely on for juice and supplies. read more

I went here years ago. The guy helping was very nice. He did try to hard sell me on a CBD vape, but he was courteous. The owner happened to come out while I was there. When he introduced me to her, I very enthusiastically remarked how great it is to support a woman owned business. She was super rude, really full of attitude. That was a few years back. Now live two blocks away. I actually need a vape battery, and Hush is the only place close by. I'd rather go without than support that business. read more

It's worth the walk or roll to go up Colfax and check this place out... Now about vaping please educate yourself before starting this place has a lot of variety so plan on being around for a while because you're not going to be able to make up your mind, Johan is very knowledgeable about all things Vape , And this is the first place that I have been to that you can try different juices out before you buy... A small cap that allows you to Vape is attached to an existing vaporizer and Wala you can trade for yourself read more

Hush Vapor Lounge - Good Juice Selection. - Vape Shops Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Great customer service and prices. With the plague of counterfeit products on the market, it's great going to place I know will have the real deal. I could easily walk to the corner store around the block and gamble on an "elfbar" but I'd rather go out of my way every time to shop at Hush. read more

Man these guys are REALLY nice, like unbelievably AMAZING customer service. They always take their time with me to help match my taste with the vape juice selections they've got and I always come out with a smile cause they do a great job. My long time vape recently puffed its last breath, and they price matched with me on the models they had and even threw in two new pods (comes with coil) for FREE. My new vape is working great and I think I've found my new favorite shop. read more

Always friendly, when I have questions or am looking for something new to try, the folks here are incredibly helpful. Great selection of salt nic flavors and strengths, and usually have some type of buy some get one free deal that makes the prices unbeatable. read more

All five stars Hush Vapor Lounge has the best selection of juice. There staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a big selection of CBD that is beneficial to a lot of people. I love Hush it's the only vape shop that I will read more

AMAZING customer service and friendliness!! Big shout out to Johann who helped me out yesterday when I came in to get new vape juice. I had purchased vape juice earlier that morning from a different store and it was "freeze" flavor which I don't like. Johann willingly traded in my "freeze" flavored juice for the correct juice that I wanted free of charge (even though I already opened it and used it once). I appreciate they're kindness and willingness to help me! read more

Drey helped me out today and was super friendly and got me the juice I needed. Top notch spot and customer service here!! Thanks again y'all!! read more

The product I bought from them appears to be a knock off. I've been buying Hyde's for a while now and initially theirs looked off. They ripped different too so I was even more skeptical and popped the top off of one and it's completely different from every one I bought in the past from other locations. Extremely disappointed read more

Recently, I've been making the rounds of vape shops in Denver. As a fairly new (but enthusiastic) vaper, it's been something of a challenge to get away from the elitism and dismissive nature of most shops. This is a pretty common thing I suppose, when first getting into a new hobby and patronizing specialty stores. As a result, I've been doing most of my research and shopping on the Internet. Hush Vapor Lounge has proven to be a shining exception. I went over with a (non-vaper) buddy to pick up a spare battery - this was my only intention. I mentioned to Brian, one of their guys, that I was already interested and engaged in mixing my own juices. He immediately perked up and got interested with me. I asked him about getting a tank for sampling, and he turned around and discussed dripping (I've been vaping clearomizers for a month or so), suggesting that I should have an RDA for tasting juices, since tanks aren't so practical for that purpose. Long story short, at the end of the day he'd sold me a Magma (clone, which I didn't know at the time, but it appears to be 1:1 and works perfectly at 1/3 the price of authentic); built me a single coil for it which works great on my MVP (he actually built it twice, because he didn't like the way the first one fired), teaching me along the way. Before leaving, he invited me to drop by and talk to one of their juice distributors the following day for pointers in case I got really serious about it and wanted to begin selling. My interaction with David, one of the owners, was also really positive. This shop is top notch - I have no doubt they would do whatever it takes to make new vapers feel comfortable and answer questions (there are a lot to ask!) as readily as they'll discuss the finer points of mech mods and dripping to their regular clientel. read more

Me & my friend sat there forever as they handed us flavor after flavor to try....unlike Mystery Vapor & some other places where they seem upset if u hang around trying flavors! Weather ur a beginner or connoisseur like myself this is a great find! go check them out definitely worth it! BE SURE TO TRY THE RED ROCKS e-juice by Highlander ;-) read more

I was passing through Denver when I came up on the shop. I came in for a little battery. After meet and great customer service minded individual behind the counter, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. How's vapor lounge will always have my business. Unbelievable customer service! not one but two concerned and more than a little naïve parents walked in his door on separate busy days and he not only dropped what he was doing to answer our questions and concerns but he did so with knowledge and genuine care. The owner is simply amazing. I cannot speak high enough about this proprietor or his products nor about his reasons for doing what he does. I would travel states simply to do business with this man again if I had to. read more

They sell fake Hyde disposables. They took the packaging off while I paid so I never saw it. It definitely looked different but didn't know forsure until I compared a real one with the one I bought from here. Huge difference. Just disappointing. It was done for within the same day too. Definitely not coming here again read more

I went into hush last week to check things out. They had a good selection of juices, MODs, and RDAs. I ended up grabbing a couple bottles and also scored a taste of the house juice they are currently developing. It's a delicious melon flavor with an interesting finish. Definitely check it out when it drops. The guys were really friendly and helpful. They also were working on some custom wrapped coils that looked really cool. Check them out. read more

After visiting several vape shops around the area, I must say I was really impressed with this location. The customer service experience is amazing. I got a lot of great tips and help. These dudes are fantastic. They talked me through all the ins and outs of purchasing my first mech mod, and even though they offered me a discount, i just couldn't afford it (I'm a musician on tour and in a super strict budget). They could not have been more understanding and let me know they'd have more deals in the future and to come back. EXCELLENT selection of mods and juices, and fantastic, over the top customer service. Thanks guys :) read more

I couldn't pass up a vape store that has SicBoy/SicDrip on the window. I go by this place almost daily and finally got the time to stop in. Great place. And they do have a large assortment of SicBoy/Drip. More than I have seen anywhere else. Plus I got turned on to Fryd Watermelon. That is some tasty ejuice!! The gentleman that was there was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely add this place to my vape stores list. I need to come back and get some more Watermelon!! read more

Owner David is very knowledgeable, not trying to sell you crap you don't need. Juice variety here is fantastic (a personal nod to Colfax by Age Geared Eliquid) which was an excellent recommendation. Owen is always greeting me with a smile and lots of knowledge. I find the staff willing to bend over backwards to send happy customers out the door. This is precisely why this is my new vape shop!!! read more

I was sold a defective product. I went back to the store, and a once very friendly staff began questioning the return. I was told that I didn't charge the battery and I didn't do this right, or I didn't do something else correctly. Or they were not allowed to sell this item (?) It was a bit in your face. Eventually they realized the product was defective and replaced it. I was a bit surprised at the push back. read more

I bought online for the first time ever, to send my friend some ejuices and to get some for myself the next day. I'm in Colorado Springs and my friend in Oklahoma. Their online site was kinda messing up with the inventory but the manager was quick to give me a call and give me awesome selections of the same flavor types and even upgraded my mils for no extra charge. The juices taste delicious and I'm so happy the manager was so accommodating and quick about calling me shortly after ordering. I'll stick to ordering here from now on! The juices came after 1-2 days and that's amazing quick shipping! Prices are fair for the quality of juices I got. Very happy new customer here :) -Rachel read more

Wow....cool Shop with a great location but I do have a few beefs number one limited selection of juice and even less 15 ml bottles and the brand of 15 ml bottles they do carry is CRAP....I love the highlander line yum also they can build you a killer coil...but beef number two there slightly over priced and don't carry a big selection of affordable mods I watched a guy drop almost a bill on a eleaf 30 watt...and not get even a taste of decent juice.?!.?!so I call this shop a high end establishment who needs to realize we stated vaping to stop smoking and save MONEY...I'm sorry for the slightly sour review but I felt they just wanted to close a sale and that's it......love the highlander thought.... read more

I can't say enough about this place. David, who helped me, was amazing. He was really patient with my picky juice likings. He let me try many favors and made it his personal goal to find something I like! Instead of just giving me a battery cell and and sending me to a table, he asked me questions to figure out what I would like and based it off of my responses of the flavor a he let me try prior. Very knowledgeable and very kind. We talked about many things other than vape gear. He was amazing. I really suggest this place! 5 stars and a happy customer. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! They are... by far... the best vape shop I've been too. Crazy thorough with newbies and they love to help more experienced customers with experimenting. If you're looking to find a flavor that works for you, this is the place! I can only compare it to a fine wine tasting. They pay close attention to your tastes and are damn near guaranteed to get you dialed in! On the customer service side, they are over the top. I've had an ongoing issue with a product that is stumping many people in the industry. They have not stopped at finding a solution for me, and without it costing me any more money:) Fingers crossed, we'll figure it out when I go by there today! read more

Was an okay experience for my first time. Nothing over the top. Didn't really feel welcomed, but would go back for the juices. Even though 15s were the only size they had with the flavor I want with an unknown pg/vg ratio. read more

The people are so nice and helpful and always very welcoming I have been came here to begin my vaping crusade and I plan to never leave.

This place is awesome! David answered all of my questions and let me try a ton of flavors. The last vape store I visited was terrible. I am new to the vape world And David was very understanding and helpful. Oh and the graphic designer happened to be there so when David got busy he stepped in and helped me with my questions and flavor choices. Such great customer service. I will definitely be going back there! read more

Not friendly. Not very knowledgeable. Asked a question about a mod told me to read the manual. Juices are also very pricey.

Very excellent accident. I wandered in needing oils and found Sorrow, a very knowledgeable and courteous vapor enthusiasts, who goes the extra mile to make sure your well informed on the types and quality of oils. They don't only focus on what they carry, but other makers out there. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything about, not just the hobby side of the e-cig movement, but the casual user trying to quit customer as well. The owner Dave came in shortly before we finished our transaction and engaged us to ensure we got everything we needed. Being tourist in Denver, he and Sorrow made sure we knew where everything we were looking for in Denver was. Great place, excellent services, fair prices, and honest sales. A must visit for all your ecig needs. read more
