This was the best and easiest experience buying a new vape kit! As a person brand new to vaping who knew nothing at all about anything, it's a little daunting walking in to buy something. Alex was amazingly knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all my questions, no matter how obvious or dumb, and showed me a lot of different types of kits for starting out. As someone who doesn't vape as a hobby or for competition, I only needed something simple and still decent that can replace cigarettes for me. He didn't try to oversell me into anything more complicated or more expensive that I didn't need. He helped me choose a new mi-pod and liquid, showed me how to put it together, how it works, how to turn it off and on, and how to fill and prime the pods. He even let me test various liquids until I found one that I really liked. I was so impressed with this experience and Alex was so helpful and personable that I sent my husband here to buy one the next day as opposed to him going to the shop closer to his work. Great shop, we have tried several shops in the area and have found this one to be the cleanest and most friendly around. Shaun and Sara are very knowledgeable and can help you find what you are looking for not like other shops that try to force what they like on you. They will be a huge success in the vape community as they carry plenty of top shelf and local house juices. By far the most present experience we have had in our area. This vape store is one of the best I have been to out of all of the vape shops in the Denver Metro Area. They are all about education and very welcoming. I came in with a build that I hated on my RDA and had no idea why, and they were so gracious to fix it and rebuild for me free of charge. Great juice selection and friendly, knowledge staff. The owners are great, in addition to Evan. Shaun and Sara are great people with a great shop! Will definitely be using this place as the my go-to vape store. :) read more

I've been to dozens of vape shops, and VapeWize by far has the worst costumer service I've ever seen. I love the vaping community, largely because people love to share knowledge about something we all love. However, the employees at VapeWize are so un interested in helping me explore juice options, and it doesn't that they consistently look bored while on the job. read more

Thank God! VapeWize has finally arrived closer to the Highlands Ranch/Centennial area. I was so frustrated that all the great Vape shops were so far away from where I lived, but now I know VapeWize is now in my vicinity. My first visit to the newer location of VapeWize in Centennial was far beyond my expectations. The staff, which consisted of one guy who could run a Vape shop as if 3-4 employees were working with him, was extremely efficient. Evan was his name and he was very knowledgeable about all of their products as well as having just the right amount of Vaping advocacy. This man is valuable to VapeWize. The shop itself is supremely clean and a big space. As an experienced Vaping writer and Vaper I can highly recommend the shop for the new vapor as well as the seasoned veteran. read more

I really couldn't believe the level of disgusting customer service I received while calling your store yesterday.. Employee Evan was rude, curt, and smug the entire interaction. He literally answered the phone "vapewise", no hello, no how can I help you, just vapewise. I waited for about ten second (thinking maybe it was an automated message) before saying "hello?", to which he responded "YEAH, VAPEWISE!!?".... Rude right off the bat but not surprising, as come to find out others I know who've used this store have had very similar problems with the same employee. I will contact corporate with the actual story, but in an effort to keep it short here's some advice.. If you are speaking to a customer regardless of how upset they are or not, you have to treat them with respect. Remain apologetic if you can't help a customer instead of calling them a liar and sitting there smug as a rug, laughing at the fact they're upset.. You should really be ashamed and unsurprised that people do not like your attitude and and in turn do not return to your store. Regardless of your policies the way you speak to your customers is key. You lost more than three loyal customers in the matter of a day, that's just bad for business. read more
