I got home and for my second bowl I decided to add ice and use the ice catcher feature. Bad idea. Next time that I went to clear the bong, I got a mouth FULL of bong water because the entire structure in the middle of the bong sucked right off and obviously with me getting a mouth full of water, and then releasing the suction, it caused the whole piece that had just lifted away to smash down on itself and broke the entire inside of the bong. Like the whole inside. So now it functions but only with like a half inch of water, unless you don't mind drinking bong water. figured it was just a poorly made bong by TopSchott so I reluctantly went back and was told they couldnt do anything but I could buy a new bong. On top of other events happening at the time in my life, I just needed a bong again. Badly. So I spent almost another $100 only to get home and realize that I just spent a total of over $200 on pieces of glass just to transport them from the store to my trash can. i basically PAID a business to handle their trash. And not even like a load of trash, two individual bongs. So you're welcome for that, if anyone from the store sees this. You'll receive an invoice for my services. :) anddddd I'll continue driving further away for higher quality bongs at a way better price, at damn near anywhere other than here. Ps. False advertising is a thing that you might want to have your legal or PR team (or even marketing manager) freshen up on.

They ALL give honest reviews of their Kratom. I take several different strains. As such, every time I go in there, I simply ask them "What's good". I have yet to be disappointed. Sure, not all of their Kratom will give you the same relief... and certainly some of their varieties aren't as strong as others. I ask them for their recommendations, and they always deliver. AND, they have no problem letting me know if I should wait for their next shipment. How many businesses will turn down a sale, JUST to make sure that their customers are satisfied? They would ALL rather you be happy with their Kratom. Although it is rare that I'm not satisfied with the quality of their Kratom, they have ALWAYS gone the extra mile to take care of any grievances. They remember the regulars and often have their pack ready for them by the time they get to the counter. They are attentive to your needs and help by recommending discounts and promotions.
