Vapertech has always been my favorite store. A lot of people don't know that it's actually owned and operated by one person. He is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable owner who is always willing to work with you on things like broken disposables etc... it has the most diverse selection of juices of any of the stores that I've been to and he doesn't try and gouge you by charging more than MSRP. His stuff is reasonably priced. Go down and help him out. He's a wonderful local business owner. read more

Upon arriving in Denver, stopping at a vape shop so my husband could load up on some e-juices was the first order of business. My brother-in-law lives in the area and counts VaperTech as his favorite local shop. The shop was recently renovated and is spacious with lots of seating. Upon walking in, the attendant was kind of mum and didn't really greet us. However, he was helpful in letting my husband sample different juices. I thought it was cool that VaperTech has a loyalty program. For each purchase you get a point. Once you get to 10 points you get a free smaller bottle of juice. The shop makes their own juice but also carries name brand juices. It was $20 for a 30mil of a name brand juice. We were the only customers in the shop and the employee played tunes off his laptop to fill the void of silence. I think this shop has a lot of potential, but could use an injection of a greater degree of professionalism and better customer service. The is the only vape shop I've been to, so my opinion may be skewed, but I was super impressed with my first visit to VaperTech. The Boy works a few doors down from this store, so he's good buddies with the guys that work there, but I was blown away my how friendly, helpful, and knowledgable the staff was. They really took their time to make sure he understood what he was buying, how to use and maintain his new vape, and what his options were. They were also very solicitous about letting him know he could stop by for support if there were any issues. The store itself was really nice. The displays were attractive and well lit, they had huge displays listing the hundreds of interesting juice flavors, and they have really comfy looking leather sofas and a bumper pool table in the lounge area where customer can just hang out, no pressure. Other than the (not surprising) perpetual vape haze in the place, the store is very clean. They also seemed organized and top of their inventory, which was surprising for a store being run by a bunch of young guys. On top of all of that, they've got an excellent rewards program in place through the FiveStar app. I would highly recommend this place if you're trying to quit smoking or just into vaping. read more

What a Wonderful experience! Outside of the shop is less then attractive... guess that is what you should expect in that shopping area but upon walking in I was greeted and made feel welcome which was huge because I walked in knowing NOTHING about Vapes and what I wanted/needed. I wish I could remember who helped me I wanna say Andy (if there isn't an andy there I am sorry for forgetting his name) but he was SO knowledgable and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured! He walked me through from start to finish and helped me taste different juices. I am so happy with my experience. I don't live close to this shop and thats a shame but because of my wonderful experience I will be back... Only suggestion.... maybe spice the shop up a bit! if not whatever. I've been a patron here for about three years. Overall, they offer a fairly decent mod and pen selection. The juice selection is overpriced in comparison to other area vape shops as is their mod selection. Most of the staff is willing to help with any issues you have with your device, which is pretty convenient. They are very passive aggressive about Five Star rewards, which is a pain when you're spending money here every week. Loyal customers should get loyalty rewards. The long-haired, glasses-wearing douchebag that works the counter regularly patronizes customers for asking for help with their vape and also regularly tries to overcharge on vape juice purchases. Steer clear. He will NOT add your purchases to Five Star. Not a terrible experience overall but they are far from a real business. The shop feels like a group of stereotypical betas from high school who are trying to keep the world from joining their clique. read more

I have been coming to VaperTech for over a year now. The changes they are making to the store is just awesome. If you want to see an out of this world custom floor you need to go and take a look at it. It is purely one of a kind, They are expanding at this time. They finally put up some juice racks and they look great. I love going there and just hanging out and vaping. All the employees are great and have been able to answer all my question and in the event they didn't know, they knew how to find the correct answer. Their juice selection is second to none. They have many many premium juice. My two favorites are the Darth Vapor and Smurf. VaperTech has 50 house juices, don't think because they are a house juice that you get less than a premium flavor...My favorites in the house line is...Strawnana, Banana Nut Bread, Dragon Punch...These are my go to juices. I have to say if you are looking for a place you can call home then this might be it for you. I feel like family and get treated like family for sure. I would suggest going in to the store if you can, simply because they have so much more in store than what they have on their online store, plus they are always willing to go the extra mile. This shop has a wealth of knowledge about vaping and a wide variety of equipment. I've gone here countless times and have been a regular customer for the past couple of years. My impression of this place was ruined when I recently discovered they have no satisfaction guarantee. With vaping in its infancy and being widely unregulated, it is impossible to know ahead of time how any combination of a mod and atomizer will perform. It is a shame for any business of this kind to have a 'buyer assumes all risk' policy. While I have shopped here for a long time, and enjoy a number of their house juices, I will not be coming back or recommending them to new vapers. Quite sad... read more

Don't mind John with is 1 star. Hands down the best vape shop in the Denver area. "T" knows more about vaping than a doctor knows about medicine. You can walk in there knowing nothing about e-cigs and this guy will vape clouds of knowledge into your ear holes...or you can walk in knowing "everything" and he will proceed to impress you. If you want to blow mystical clouds, rainbows, and unicorns he will make it happen. And if you don't get T, thats fine too! The rest of the staff knows their stuff. They carry the entry level variable voltage "mods" at a competitive price, great for the average Joe (or Joline) to quit smoking. And for the more hardcore Vapers they've got "mechanical mods" of all variety. "T" is extremely helpful in helping you pick out whats best for you and educating you on your new vape. The e-juice selection is out of this world. They make a variety of mouth watering flavors at dirt cheap prices. If you're a connoisseur they have a selection of high end juice. Just go there. I've gone to Vaper Tech mostly to stock up on replacement coils when I'm low. My last visit was a juice pick up. I looked through their juice portfolio and explained to the guy that I like more strawberry creams and custards searching for his opinion of which vendor makes the best. Instead I was told that my taste in juice was common and ordinary all while never putting the RDA down that he was working on. From a sales representative point of view and a customer, I was very put off by his comment. I work in sales with marijuana and have never told a customer that they were ordinary because they picked Blue Dream. It's a popular choice for a reason. After my multiple visits here, he definitely puts the douche in vaping for me every time. Your tattoo of a koi fish is ordinary, but the juice I picked wasn't too bad at all. read more

One of the few shops I have come across that carries authentic high end mods. If you're on a budget, they carry clone mechs too. Same goes for their high end rda/rba selection. I have never been disappointed with a purchase here. They have one of the best selections of high end juice in the Denver area. I'm actually going to be sad when I move to Salt Lake because I won't be able to drive down the road and pick up Samael, one of their premium house blends. Give em a shot. The guys that run this place are super knowledgable and friendly. I only spent a small amount of money here but the information and advice they have me was worth much more. The fact that they didn't discount me as a low level customer was refreshing. Place is in a weird location in a square/mall without too much traffic so it looks really dead around it. These guys are great! They fixed my daughter's mod that she bought at a different shop in a different state. Now her mod works great. When I lost my upgraded pen a few days ago they recommended fixing my old one, which they did and even added a new air flow hole. They never pressured me to buy a new one. One of the better vape shops as far as service goes. Everyone I've encountered here has been very friendly and helpful. The house juice prices are very reasonable, but I wish they had a better selection of "boutique" juice like Space Jam, Clouds of Vapor etc... They are often quite busy and it would be nice to have a "just need some juice" line. I have often waited and waited as they are going over every minutiae of a rebuildable atomizer with a customer. I understand you are helping that customer but seriously, it is pretty annoying. I just want to grab a quick bottle. When they do finally get to you, they are very nice though. Oh well. I think this place has an opportunity for success. They have a decent inventory and ok pricing. Just one problem. Everything they have to offer is shut down immediately by their employee that goes by the name "T" The issue is that this guy has such a competing dimeaner that he loses business for the company. When a customer asks a question or asks advise he merely responds in selfish remarks. This guy needs to go. There is no customer service with him. You will be interrupted and treated like garbage. Unfortunately, there is other people who work their that have decent customer service and demeaners who just get blocked off by the selfish "T" Dont waste your time by going to this shop. 1st of all this place just feels like a sketchy smoke shop. They sold me an ego and the battery died in about 2 weeks. I went back and they replaced it with one that died after about an hour. I just don't trust their hardware. Plus I've since been to other shops in town and this place has by far the worst tasting e-juice. Yuk!
