She also inserted the catheter through my ear at a TURTLES PACE causing it to be very painful. Then proceeded to struggle for 3 minutes tugging at my throbbing ear to put the butterfly back in. Second red flag: When she was marking my ear prior to the piercing, I asked her if they were spaced out appropriately for jewelry. She reassured me that it'd be perfect. After she pierced the second hole they were clearly folding on each other because they were indeed NOT SPACED OUT FAR ENOUGH. Since they weren't going to heal properly, it had to be removed. Third of all, she had the audacity to keep my tip which was calculated for 2 piercings and BEFORE she RUINED my ear mapping. I was offered NO COMPENSATION for her mistake. In fact I was told to come in tomorrow for a full refund and the next day was told they weren't going to refund anything. I also had to pay more for one piercing when I went in for the discounted price 2 for 70, I had to pay 45 for one but got poked twice :/ On top of her keeping my tip. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend booking Gwyndolyn for any piercings. Worst experience ever!
