Patrick, the owner of the store is rude, doesn't ever listen to the customer and constantly thinks he is right. i made an order for delivery and received a call 30 minutes later telling me that they don't deliver until noon and that the hours are posted on their website. nowhere on that website do they have hours for delivery. called the store again and Patrick who answered was so rude when trying to tell him the hours aren't on the website and he said "i made the website, the hours are there" when they clearly are not. i've had no issues with any other employee besides the owner. and i added proof of the hours that show they do deliveries up until 4pm not noon-4. Update: about 10 minutes after posting this, patrick canceled my order all because he was proved wrong about his website and hours. so, fuck you patrick you piece of shit! sorry you don't know how to run a website and be accurate about your hours!!! Response to owners comment: No one was being abusive, you and your team were not listening. You took our help as an attack. We told you and someone else that your hours for delivery were not accurate on your website from what we were told over the phone about them being 12-4. And for Patrick to argue with a customer is the one thing you are not supposed to do in customer service. You are supposed to listen to the customer with all the questions and complaints they may have in order to have good customer service. You are there to please the customers and their needs, not your own. Your product is over priced when businesses just like you buy the same product from the same places and sell them cheaper. Next time someone tries to just help and let you know that your information isn't correct, just listen instead of argue with the customer. I like the vibes from all the employees and they have great prices. But on 5/27/23 I came in for my weekly vapes. I got one of the normal employees to help me out and next thing I know I have a grown man coming up behind me to try to talk to me. I talked to him for a minute till he kept on going on about how beautiful I am and how my tattoos make me even more beautiful. That's fine if you want to flirt but it goes to an extent... he was less than a foot away from me the whole time, I could clearly smell the liquor on his breath. I tried to make it obvious I didn't want to talk to him and was starting to feel uncomfortable. He finally got the hint after once more telling me how pretty I am. Once the other employee checked me out I then realized that the man whom was hitting on me was the owner. When I was walking out he tried to grab my arm. I turned to him before he did. And he did say he was sorry if he made me feel uncomfortable. I just walked out. I then went back today 5/30/23, I went in to speak to the owner about his behavior. I was met with the manger Alysha. I told her about the situation... her response was to make excuses for this man. Saying well he has a wife. I said that doesn't matter people cheat everyday. She then responded with telling me that he's autistic. I'm sorry but that's no excuse... she then told me about how he's having a hard time with life and has some legal problems. First time vape owner here, I Googled a shop and High Voltage was well reviewed and nearby so I went to check it out. Little bit of a wait, but when I was served the employee was knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions. I settled on a rig and was commended that it was an excellent starter, it was a quality device. Fast forward 3-4 months to a broken unit. My new-ish vape won't charge, which essentially means it's dead since it's an internal battery (theoretically I could manually swap the battery using an external charger, but needing a screwdriver to do this every time is a pain.) I've contacted the manufacturer only to be informed I am not under warranty. I spoke with a High Voltage employee who relayed my trouble to the manager. I was told there was nothing they could do, I was stuck with my broken device. When I asked if I could receive some type of one time discount if I purchased from them again, I was offered 10%. I respectfully declined the offer, as I feel it was not comiserate with my experience. I will most definitely be doing my own research on a device next time as opposed to listening to a salesman. This point is exemplified by the fact that High Voltage no longer sells the brand/model that I purchased, which lends me to believe it was lacking in quality from the onset (though the reason given for the discontinuation was poor sales performance). Friendly employees, clean store but in all likely hood I will be avoiding this establishment out of principal. read more

I recently started vaping again a few weeks ago, so I'm somewhat new to the vaping world. But I do know a few lines of premium juice that I was looking for, ( from tasting friends and what not). I called a ton of other stores looking for the Suicide Bunnies, Cuttwood, and the Beard line.When I called here they said they had a lot of premium juices, which was a total shocker to me because vape shops are so hit or miss with premium juices. This place is actually right behind my house, which makes it even more convenient! When I got there the two guys (I totally forgot their names I'm awful with names lol!) helped me out. They started getting lots of flavors down that I wanted to try out and were super friendly and informative. The mod I had wasn't giving me the cloud size that I wanted so he helped me and talked me through each mod and what each mod does and was super detailed. They let me try out each mod to see which one hit the way I wanted. I ended up purchasing a couple suicide bunnies juices, the unicorn milk Cuttwood juice, and a SUPER yummy juice from this new line they just got in called Slamberry by cosmic Charlie's! I also fell in love with the Jellyfish box mod by lotus, so I got the purple one of that. I really like their rewards program too. SUPER stoked that I found this awesome place, WONDERFUL customer service, the biggest premium juice section I've EVER seen, lots of variety and colors of different mods and what not, & prime location!! Here is why this review..I went in a few weeks ago and picked up some juice along with an AeroTank base due to dropping and breaking mine..All went well but when I got home my wife asked me WTF I had done..I asked her what she meant..At the time she told me I have made two purchases for the same price and was not happy that I had done that because pay day was a ways off...I respectfully told her I had not done that. I looked at the bank account online and saw that my bank card had been charged twice for the same amount. The sad part is that I had to take time to get it resolved with my bank and simply if the young man that ran my credit card did it by mistake he really should be trained better...Either way I won't be back Sorry High-Voltage but now days there are so many shops that are doing this it only takes once for me...I hope the issue gets resolved before it costs you anymore than me and I sincerely wish you and your company the very best Thanks for getting me started! read more

This place is relatively new. I've gone to a few vape shops in the area and this one seems to subscribe to the same outline. Walk in and there are display cases displaying various vaping accouterment. There is also a menu of liquids all available for taste testing. The one thing that makes this store stand apart from the rest is the availability of different sizes of juice. Typically stores sell a 10-15 ml bottle or a 30 ml. However, this store also sells an 100 ml bottle which is great. I purchased a 30 ml of their "Endless Summer" juice and then went back a couple weeks later and purchased an 100 ml of the same. The 100 ml is a little big to carry around at all times; therefore, I use it to refill my 30 ml. Now, like any retail store--the larger quantity you buy then the more you save, making the 100 ml bottle a great value! read more

These guys are awesome. Always friendly and very helpful. They are my vape goto. Can never go wrong here. Only 4 stars because their juice is not superior for house mixes. They do have custom and great flavors. So don't get me wrong. But the other shops that I dislike because of their own ignorance or stupidity, have much more flavor in their mixes. They might be cheaper in areas, but that does sacrifice in flavor and quality. I only say this because today..... I went to another shop on Mississippi but the dude said he didn't know what I was looking for in a chamber or new coil. There are many undeserved, harsh reviews for this place. I brought my girlfriend in to get her set up for a better vape kit/set up, and the staff was helpful... very helpful. My girlfriend is high maintenance when it comes to customer service, so if this place didn't provide it she would have raised a stink! Where I was most impressed was when I was looking into a new tank, and the sales rep was like "You can just buy the part to modify your existing tank so you don't have to buy a whole new tank." So that was pretty cool of him...actually it was flat out spectacular of him. Their juices are probably the best that I have experienced, I only go to two vape shops, this one and another. The ONLY issue I have is it is closer to my girlfriend's house than mine, and the prices for juice are a little higher than others BUT, you're getting quality stuff here.
