I'm speaking only on behalf of their customer service and rolling papers. I had wonderful service walking in, got my items, she noticed my industry badge and gave me a discount. Like it was just such smooth and easy transaction for my first time here, I appreciate y'all for that! read more

So visiting the area, wanted to add another Labubu to the collection. Call around, head over here, they had a small selection with several boxes open from the bottom. They all looked legit, get back to the hotel room. It's a fake. They should have a red stripe to open them on the top, included with stickers, QR code on the tag on the doll, not to mention the Labubu is god knows what...not any of the ones that might come in it. Purely disappointed and feeling ripped off. read more

This headshop ripped me off by overcharging me, plus adding items I didn't buy. Did not print me a physical receipt. Find out in my bank statement they charged 10 extra bucks for my transaction. When I called to complain, some punk on the phone said he would call the cops if I came back in the store. No problem buddy. Keep your low quality headshop. I'll be taking my business elsewhere read more

Came to this smoke shop as one of the first stops on my vacation. We got our goodies, and all we needed was some glass. Called ahead of time to make sure they have what I was looking for. When I arrived I was helped immediately and was shown what I wanted. I picked a piece in my price change. Upon check out the cashier noticed the down stem was broken so they tried to find a replacement, they were out of stock on any that down stems for this size so we settled for one that barely fit, that was fine for me, even though it had about half an inch protruding from the down stem. Fast forward to 6 hours later we arrive at Estes park And unpacked our luggage and finally get some time to relax. My wife and I start to have our session, and no longer then 15 min into it the shaft of the bong literally separates from just picking it up (as seen in pictures). We were so disappointed to have paid for this when we'd typically get something a lot better quality for this price (California). Understanding the way a business works is key for me as I own my own business, so I call immediately in the morning when they open and explained the situation to the manger. The only thing the man was able to do was ask me to bring it in for a "possible discount". When I tried explaining the situation and telling him I was over a hour away he told me it's too bad, and that he's the highest associate I can talk to as far as management. I can't talk to the owner, not even leave my phone number so she can contact me. I even offered to email the same photos so I did not have to travel an hour just so they could "maybe see if they could do something for me". This isn't a normal circumstance so I was hoping they would get in touch with me to see what we can do, but they clearly can't work with you once they have your money, remember all sales are final lmao. Get better glass or maybe better management. read more

So my boyfriend and I walk in because we are in search of a new dependable location to go regularly for juice as I just recently broke up with my previous vape shop due to lack of good customer service (Vapor Jungle on Colfax) and I'm surprised that walking in there was a tiny section for vaping and vape supplies off to the left everything else was designated for tobacco sales! Weird! It was mostly a head shop! Besides that we see two guys at the vape counter one sitting hanging out and the other working behind the counter so I see a small wall of juices behind him and I look up staring and say to the guy " we need juice" now in my mind I'm just lost because I have never been here before and I don't know what I'm looking at. Maybe though the man working thought I was rude because all he said was .... "ok". So I looked at him and said "so I like desert flavors with a cream base and fruity flavors as well" thinking that he will suggest something or a few things that are delicious and he says ...." there's a book over there". Wow man ok I see you won't be helping me today. So then my boyfriend asks if they have anything in a 1.5 and he says "a few"....... so we ask " which ones" and he points us to some page in the book so I scroll down and ask if they have this yummy sounding lime strawberry cheesecake flavor, he looks at the page and says "that has a line through it . Anything in there with a line through it we don't carry anymore" like 75% of the page was crossed off!..... So you have nothing then? I'm thinking in my head but my boyfriend just finally asks "what's your best juice" he points us to this slushy stuff and tells us that it's amazing and it's flying off the shelf and that's what he was currently vaping! There we 2 slushy versions, the blue and the red but They didn't have any testers so he just took he cap off his personal vape and let us taste it (it was the red)! He promoted that they designed the juice with 3 fruit flavors that change as you vape the juice! Sounded exciting so we walked out with 2 60ml bottles one a 0 and the other a 3 so we could mix them to make a 1.5. Only downside was they were out of the red in a 3 so we had to get one blue and one red! Ugh! By the end of it we got the kid to open up to us and try to get his expertise on what he had in stock but it was like pulling teeth! He had a little bit of an attitude the dude sitting at the counter had a major attitude as well and I think he also worked there! We asked if they had the coils we needed and they did but they were 10$ more for a 3 pack than Vapor Jungle like fuck!!!!! Oh well I really needed juice we gave it a shot.... probably won't be back! Go elsewhere for better knowledgeable staff, better juice flavors, options and prices! Last side note... the juice does what it says, it doesn't taste the same everything you hit it but it's just ok! read more

Very helpful, and the staff helped me pick out the perfect roll up for my projects. Good selection, highly recommend you check them out.

First off I should of known that they would trip because of the 21+ sighs but I'm 20 a medical weed patient it's always hard for me to get the tools I need to smoke I walk up in there trying to get a yucan wax pen for thc wax the lady rings me up and says I have to be 21 to purchase said item and I know the laws are 18 for all weed products sadly I had to waste my time going somewhere else just for them to let me buy my device and told me that I was right the law is 18 to purchase weed products if your a stoner and is 18-20 don't go here they don't want your business read more

Trying to get some wire and or look for new rda. People have no idea what I was talking about

Staff was wonderful helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will come back whenever in Denver. Thank you Rusty's

This place sold me a mod for which it doesn't supply coils for. They promised me two weeks in a row they would have the coils. They sold me a different tank for which two of the coils were defective. I asked for a refund of al this or at least some store credit and they wouldn't budge. Anyway I disputed the entire two transactions that I made there. Good luck with that chief. Also, the kid working there during the day is rude. Beware! read more

Customer service was super!!! The shop was nicely arranged and cleaned! This was my first time in CO & I'll definitely be back to Rusty's!!!! read more

Came in for a small torch and had a nice chat with Sid! Great comfy spot and easy going. Come here for your supplies!

Rusty's is my go to spot! They hook it up and always have awesome deals. They are knowledgeable and very friendly staff. My last visit they recommended a new tank for my vape mod and it was a great suggestion, couldn't be happier. Rusty's you have all my business! read more

I am fairly new to vaping and they were able walk me through a little bit. The staff that I spoke to didn't seem to know much about the mods or atomizer that I was interested in. I bought my things and left. The rating went up to 4 stars because my mod had a short and took it back. The manager was nice enough to replace my mod and let me keep the old one. A little solder and it was like new. Go there, try out some of the vape juice. read more

Called this morning to ask if they had smok nord kits. The guy that answered told me they had them but did not bother to check. So I started driving over there and I called him back to tell him to hold a white smok nord kit for me and he told me they actually don't have any in stock! This is indicative of a lazy employee who does not care about the customer. He could not even walk over to the shelf to see if they had them in stock. Pure laziness. I would stay away from this shop. They do not care about the customer. Give your money to a shop that will actually check inventory for you to make sure you aren't wasting your time. read more

Clean shop with a lot of products and friendly people who work there. It is very nicely air conditioned inside.

During my time in Denver I found myself needing more juice for my vape and the employees here at rusty's gave me not only an amazing deal on juice but during my second visit to the shop the owner himself was working and gave my friends and I an incredible experience with his hospitality and generous prices. I recommend this place to anyone they are truly down to earth. I will be back indefinitely when I visit Denver every time!! read more

Great prices friendly service!!! If u need backwoods , glass or sovieners this is your go to spot!!!

It was my first time here and all I needed was papers as I walk in there is two people at the counter, I say hi and proceeded to tell them I just needed papers. So as I'm lookin I start naming off what I need and the old guy asked do you want classic or hemp I say hemp he grabs me the cone pack, but I didn't say I wanted cones I said "cone tips" in which he replies to his coworker "help her out I can't understand her" all rude! And than gets mad and walks away. So she gets what I need and is very nice about it, but the old dude didn't have to get mad because he wasn't listening to what I was asking for. Sorry to say I will never go there again!! read more

Earlier today I went to the Peoria location to get butane and kratom. There was an employee by the name of Sid, and he was Extremely Rude. I asked him if he was having a bad day, and he proceeded to ignore me. I was very upset about this, because I feel that if I go into your store to spend my hard earned money, I should be treated with respect. Customers are the reason your store stays open, please talk with Sid about his attitude. read more

Seemed like more of a tobacco store then a vape store. Staffed seemed confused when asking about vape stuff. They were priced well but it was hard to figure out what the had due to lack of knowledge of the staff . read more

Very friendly and had exactly what I wanted! Thankful for the courteous staff. Location is great and pricing is phenomenal.

I work nearby so I go here occasionally. Went today and the guy was so incredibly rude. He told me to delete my text that offered a discount because he "knew what I was going to do" - whatever that means. Practically screamed at my friend when she didn't know the EXACT model of the coil she needed. Jeez. Will skip this place in the future. read more

If you like having to always deal with animals or over hear the staffs personal problems then this spots for you, my wife and I used to shop at Rusty's. Not anymore thanks to the peoria store. our first time in this store we expected the same awesomeness that is the Quebec store by Dells, but were given the more cold shoulder by the young girl working. She seemed more into her dog and boy friend than helping us, needless to say it was just bad and we left. And now to give a little secret out of theres, they say no refunds or exchanges but all you have to do is speak to the manager or owner and they will do it on the spot. read more
