Next time that I went to clear the bong, I got a mouth FULL of bong water because the entire structure in the middle of the bong sucked right off and obviously with me getting a mouth full of water, and then releasing the suction, it caused the whole piece that had just lifted away to smash down on itself and broke the entire inside of the bong. Like the whole inside. So now it functions but only with like a half inch of water, unless you don't mind drinking bong water. figured it was just a poorly made bong by TopSchott so I reluctantly went back and was told they couldnt do anything but I could buy a new bong. On top of other events happening at the time in my life, I just needed a bong again. Badly. So I spent almost another $100 only to get home and realize that I just spent a total of over $200 on pieces of glass just to transport them from the store to my trash can. i basically PAID a business to handle their trash. And not even like a load of trash, two individual bongs. So you're welcome for that, if anyone from the store sees this. You'll receive an invoice for my services. :) anddddd I'll continue driving further away for higher quality bongs at a way better price, at damn near anywhere other than here. Ps. During the three or four steps that it took me to reach the counter I had spotted a product on display. Seven-Hydroxymitragynine. Years ago I had worked exhaustively on trying to isolate this terpenoid indole alkaloid from a plant called Mitragyna speciosa , a tree native to Southeast Asia and a member of the same family as the coffee tree. It's a magical substance which has the potential to change the world in ways too deep to go into in this review. That night I put a piece of one of the tablets under my tongue and felt a bit of the effects right away. Last night I had insomnia, a problem that I have suffered with for years. So I put the rest of that half-tablet under my tongue and immediately relaxed into the most restful sleep imaginable. I'm extremely grateful to Isaiah, Cody and Corbin the store manager, whom I haven't yet met. I thank them all and look forward to doing business with them on an ongoing basis. I feel incredibly fortunate to live in Highlands Ranch so close to a shop that I can rely upon to bring me amazing products like the one that saved my last-night's sleep.

They even recommended a local restaurant that we tried later. The entire staff in the store was extremely courteous and in the holiday spirit. It felt like home away from Home.
