The men's selection is limited in general but we got to sample some designs and styles as well as possibly create our own design. Since bae couldn't decide and they didn't carry his ring size, we also shopped for watches. I do love the selections of watches though the Movado and Tissot were quite limited. The price is very comparable and reasonable for their items. Some times there are no words. I highly recommend Julie and she'll take good care of you here. Julie and Michael the jewelers here, made sure that my husband found the perfect ring. On February 26th, a day before my birthday, my husband selected a beautiful ring for me. I have all the paper work for the ring just in case something happens. On February 27th which was my birthday, one of the small diamonds fell out. We couldn't find it. On the 28th we took the ring back, and Vince the jeweler assisted us this time. I had to leave my ring there until the next day. But, my ring received a new stone and the department made sure that the other diamonds were tight and secure. read more

The one stars is for the Jared company. The store did what they needed to do, great ladies, it's who they work for. In 2020 Jared online sent me crap jewelry, diamond chips vs diamond. Never order online with this company, go to the store to see the item. But, the lady asked me if I wanted to do a 12 month same as cash, I get approved for 10,500.00 and then the main store declines the new card for a purchase. Stating in 2020, when I cut up the card and sent it to them because of sending overpriced crap... chips instead of diamonds, not good, almost gum ball machine quality. And then of course they did send something 2 months late I think was the other issue. So for me to use the card, they wanted me to write them and apologize! Omg! A 33% apr card wants me to apologize for them sending me crap and complaining! I used my other card with a 6% apr. So, a credit card company that wants you to apologize for them sending you crap, is not a card anyone needs. The only reason I applied was for the 12 month no credit payback, not for the card. All good! Remember Jared and 3 other jewelry companies are all the same... Kay, Zales and Jared look at the websites, exact same to include jewelry. I went in for a ring resize, which really shouldn't have taken long so I stopped by on the way to a client. 3 customers reached the front door at once, myself, a gentleman with a young child and another gentleman. There were 2 sales people. One of the sales people took the one gentleman and got to showing him watches. The other one I watched play with the child and have small talk with the customer before actually sizing his ring (also here for the same thing), while his ring is being worked on she goes off to gossip with the techs in the back. I know because I was right behind her. Her time management skills were poor when I could have been measured, dropped something off and left within a few minutes. Ps. Yesterday, I brought my grandmothers ring in to get resized/fixed. She had recently passed on Tuesday and her ring is the most important thing I own. I was greeted and helped by Millie who was very kind and helpful. My emotions began stirring as I was thinking about my grandma and leaving her ring. I was a bit embarrassed to let my emotions get the best of me but Millie was so compassionate and reassuring and offered to let me meet Jess who would be working on the ring. Some other places failed to call me back with further details as they promised though I had cash in hand at the time. As a young man it can be hard to get that first impression of a jewelry customer. We went over many styles in store and I was given all the time I could wish for to find the perfect piece for me. Even down to every millimeter. The quality of their pieces is second to none. Brand new precious metals is what they use,which is a touch you won't find at many jewelry shops. In fact, of all the shops I visited this one was thee only one to offer me unused unrecylced precious metals guaranteed. They called me back faster than expected. So I would definitely recommend Jared if you want something special. They had a team of jewelers working hard to get a me stunning piece in a very decent amount of time. I literally had updates about the happenings of my custom order about an hour after the visit. They were moving the chains quickly. And also at one of the best quoted prices I could find and to be honest,with the craftsmanship quality and all the incentives they offer, this would be the place to get that bang for your buck. The sales associate, Joe, was helpful and very polite and attentive. Too attentive, in fact. He was laying on the imagined charm real thick, calling me "brother" and all that attempted hip lingo. Now he continues to send me handwritten cards, hoping I'll come back and let him upsell me on coverages for whatever I'm looking for. If you want to be a regular customer, this place is pretty solid. I went to this location, as it's near my home, and I was interested in seeing a pair of emerald and diamond studs I had seen online. The store didn't have them in stock, but they said they could order them. What was not explained to me until I was essentially being rung up was that I was expected to buy them in order for them to be shipped to the store. If I didn't like them, then I could return them I learned. However, I felt that was deceptive, as that was not clearly explained, and I felt really turned off by the sales approach of having to buy them in order to SEE them. Once I realized what was happening, I stopped the process, and as soon as the sales associate realized he wasn't making a sale, I was completely brushed off. I left the store really disappointed with the experience. I still wanted to see those emerald and diamond studs, so I decided to call the Lakewood location and they were in stock. However, my spouse and I weren't too impressed with them in person, but because of the fantastic customer service at the Lakewood location, we ended up buying a pair of Levian studs, costing $400 more than the emerald and diamond studs I was initially interested in. I've purchased from this location twice. The first time I had a very attentive team of 2 ladies who were destined to find me exactly what I wanted. Price was no option. They new exactly what I wanted and showed me all options. I found a solitaire enhancer that exceeded all expectations. I ended being approved for quite a large credit line and purchased it without hesitation. 5 stars I went in a few weeks later to purchase a wedding band. Unfortunately my original associates were off that day so I was given an older, much more judgmental woman. I hadn't done my hair or makeup that day and you could see many of my colorful tattoos. She didn't ask what I was looking for, what my budget was, she would just sigh every time I wanted to see something. When I wanted to look at designer rings she tried to sway me away. I had to make myself very clear that I wanted to view all of the Vera Wang bands at which time she pulled one out that looked exactly like what I was looking for. I handed it back and told her asked her to put it in my "maybe" pile and she pulled out the price tag and proceeded to tell me that it is rather expensive. When she told me the price I giggled and said that's fine. Her jaw dropped and she said Oh! I didn't know what your budget was?! I said "oh? You should of asked." I purchased the Vera Wang raised diamond band with hidden sapphire. 3 stars because my second experience left me with a judgmental bitch for 2 hours. Last month, my husband purchased a beautiful pair of Mikimoto earrings and he gave them to me a few days ago. However, he had forgotten to check for nickel (which is a bad allergy for me). We confirmed that they do contain trace amounts of nickel and he took them into the store to try and exchange them for something else (unused and still in the original box). Because he was a week outside the 30 day return period, they said that there was nothing they could do for us. Then, they said that the nickel was only a trace amount so I should wear them and that I would probably be fine. My husband contacted another Jared location who did allow him to exchange them and also offered the option of changing the backings to platinum (which is a great option). I like Jared as a whole, but my advice is to stay away from this location. read more

I was helped by a woman named Sierra and I could not be more happy with my experience and the wonderful service that I received. It started as 5 star experience - everyone was really attentive and helpful. We purchased total of three rings, one of them being an online special order. We were promised that the special order ring will be received by the end of December and that we will be able to return the ring that we didn't like as we needed only two. They pushed us into buying all three because they said that if we waited until the online one arrived the one in the store would be gone. So we did exactly that..However we didn't receive the online ring at the promised time, we got it almost two and a half weeks later. We tried following up with the online order multiple times however could not get a straight answer on its arrival or polite customer service during any call. Finally they said that they would call when it arrived and never did. When we finally received the ring it wasn't what we expected so we decided to go back and return both of the rings as neither one of them was what we wanted since the first one was molded incorrectly. When we spoke with the manager of the store he informed us that since its past the 30 day mark we won't be able to return the first ring contrary to what he told us the night we purchased them. He called his corporate office and again blamed us that we were late and it was past 30 days. Since he was the one who originally told us we could bring them back when the online ring came in, he finally did the return but it took about a half an hour of him telling us that we are wrong and trying to get us to exchange it for something else. We do understand that they are commission based however we would appreciate an honest and polite customer service rather than pushing us into buying 3 rings (the quality of which is not great) and then blaming us for not liking them and bring them back. Advice beware of what you buy online from JARED, it doesn't look at all like on the pictures and know that it's never about the customer it's all about the commission. read more

Nope. When we were browsing for engagement rings, Jared was one of the first places we went to. At this time, I had no idea what I liked and wanted to look at different styles first before making a decision on anything. We we clear and upfront about our intentions to the sales associate but she insisted that we had to fill out an application first. We insisted back that we did NOT want to fill out a credit application and really just wanted to browse styles and probably was not going to purchase anything that day. She said this was the only way and it was not a credit card application she assured us so we reluctantly filled it out (looking back in hindsight we should have known better but this was our first ring shopping experience so we were eager to start looking at rings). Lo and behold it was indeed a credit card application. We still have the Jared account open but never use it. Pretty upset she was deceptive in her tactic. After we opened up the account and got "approved" she let us browse styles but kept eyeing us like a hawk every time I feigned a tiny bit of interest in something. I went into this store with my boyfriend, excited to look at their engagement rings. I chose Jared because my positive experience with the Jared in Boca Raton, FL. The Jared in Aurora, CO, on the other hand, was a completely different experience. I don't know if it's the sales strategy that Jared is now teaching their employees, or if it was these two saleswomen who just didn't stop pushing, that drove me to walk out. This is something I have never done before in a store. Their overbearing sales strategy not only turned me off for that day, but I will never go back. I feel they did not honor the customer's blatant wishes when verbalized, seem to not allow me to speak or think about what I am looking at/what just was handed at me, or let me explore at the cases (as I had told them why I was walking in, just to look) without handing me rings I wasn't interested in. "You're just not getting excited, are you!!!" When I didn't spot anything within minutes, then leading me to another something (just a setting--tried a few, then "when you buy the" diamond by itself (return it in 30 days if you don't want it!) which we had no plans on doing without a setting that matched, then the Jared credit card application which they put the form in front of us "to get him prepared" when I said I did not want to buy anything, as I didn't see anything I liked... She then asked me for my contact information. I told her I already receive mail and email from Jared because I have a Pandora bracelet and other jewelry so I already shop there. She then asked me to fill out my personal contact information on a paper form on a notepad to remind me..... As I was standing up deciding it was time to end this situation and leave, the long blonde haired saleswoman began pushing the pad and pen towards me as I looked down at it, realized how ridiculous this is, and grabbed my coat off my chair, and walked as briskly as possible towards the door, leaving my boyfriend following behind. They did not allow for thought or listening to what I had to say in numerous scenarios they presented to me in the pitch. It was a whirl-wind, when all I said up front is, "I'm not here to buy anything, I just want to look. I've been to 3 stores today and I want to explore the different styles." I didn't get to, really, explore their styles like I wanted to because of that sales pitch duo going full-force-nonstop-train-that-will-not-let-u-go. Perhaps I would have come back another day to look at more of the rings in the galleria. I will not now because of the sales strategy tornado that hit me. I have been shopping many years of my life for high end items, and have never been pushed like this, even when shopping with a car salesman for my BMW which cost 10x the price of something like this. read more

My boyfriend is in the military (stationed out of state in NC) and ordered me a promise ring for Christmas of 2015. He ordered it in October and had it sent to his home address in Colorado from the online Jared Galleria. There it sat, unopened for two months (I opened it straight from the UPS box because he came home a day before Christmas) and the day after Christmas we take it to this location near the Aurora mall to get it sized. I live near Lone Tree and suggested we go to the Park Meadows location, but we were staying out past DIA making this location closer. We arrive and of course I'm super excited to get it size, so we head over to the counter to try different size bands on. I find the size that fits perfectly and an associate says she's going to examine it and then get the process started. She calls us over a few minutes later and explains to us that the ring is missing two small diamonds side by side. I was crushed and starting to get extremely frustrated so we tell her that it was just opened yesterday. She then goes to figure out how much it'll cost to get it fixed/what they can do because we obviously want it fixed/and want an explanation. She comes over and says that ordering the two missing diamonds (keep in mind they are tiny side accent diamonds) it'll be worth more than the ring itself because they have to have them shipped in, so we can either just get the ring sized and keep the two stones missing (!!!!) or we can pay to fix it. By this point I am flabbergasted that she made us feel so minuscule telling my ring at that point would be worthless that I'm pretty much telling her that's BS because it's right out of the box and we could've just contacted the online Jared Galleria supply and get the ring exchanged (apparently they are so misleading that bringing things in from online purchases are not the same as having purchased it in store??). She says she will go speak with her manager. She comes back saying they can size the ring and replace the stones, but it'll cost us $29.99. Ok, $29.99 is not a lot of money, but it is when you literally have no idea why you're paying someone money to fix THEIR problem. I didn't want to pay it and wanted more of an explanation, but my boyfriend wanted to resolve it as quickly as possible and paid the $29.99. So we are given our slip with a promise date of 1/6/2016, with the two missing stones to be replaced and the ring sized. So I go in on 1/10/2016 to pick the ring up after calling prior to make sure it was ready. The associate goes to to get the ring and he comes out with a technician after several minutes. The technician comes out and says "We're sorry, we're not sure how it happened but it looks like a few stones have popped loose while we sized the ring, but we are going to replace them and we will be getting in touch once it's completed". Um what?!?!?! At this point I'm just fuming, and I ask the technician what's even going on because the stones were missing when we originally brought it in, and they were supposed to be replaced and the ring sized by 1/6/2016. He says he's sorry but there was no note made on our slip about the ring missing two stones and disappears back into the repair office. So the associate we originally dealt with two weeks prior charged us for nothing, because it was never recorded that the ring was missing the stones and that they were to be replaced. I head over to customer service and I explain to a manager, Veronica, what's going on, and she tells me that the associate had no reason to charge us in the first place, because the ring was purchased in the last six months, therefore it's a new piece (information we were not made aware of by this lovely associate) and immediately started the refund. She took my order slip, made some copy's, got down our phone numbers, and ensured me it would be taken care of and I'd hear from her soon. So a week passes by and I still receive no call. I call and ask to speak with a manager and it was Veronica again. She lets me know the ring is ready and she inspected it for the final look-over, and I finally picked up my ring, three weeks later. My family is retired military and my boyfriend is active duty, he doesn't have a Jared close to him, and his first purchase from the online Jared was wonderful, no issues. But the way these associates treated us was just straight up ridiculous. Clearly they do not know how to communicate with customers. Just looking for a sale (like a bogus $30 charge!) Safe to say we will NOT be using Jared or at least this location or purchasing from online anymore. read more
