Dear John, Constance and Tracy were phenomenal! My boyfriend and I weren't exactly sure what we were looking for (he'd been looking for a ring longer than I had). We had gone to a few other shops and nothing seemed "right". But when we walked in, and I will admit I was hesitant even to go in at all because we were both feeling defeated especially because there wasn't a specific style in mind that we were looking for. Anyway, Constance asked a couple questions and just picked one out and I tried it on. SOLD! There was something about the style, the look, the quality, the substance to the ring that just felt like it was made for me! We looked at it with a band and the diamonds went all the way around and I am a bit superstitious so the infinity ring was a good omen! My fiance and I had a terrific experience with Angela at the John Atencio Park Meadows location! She was so friendly, helpful, and down to earth. Once we zeroed in on the style of band and center stone we wanted, she helped us create a custom engagement ring and matching wedding band. My fiance lives out of town so after our initial visit she helped him take care of the rest long-distance so it would be a surprise to me. She sent him photos and videos of the rings to ensure everything was exactly the way he wanted it before shipping the rings. She even helped him figure out which address would be best for shipping based on the lowest sales tax rate. The rings are stunning-- everything turned out beautifully!! From the very moment we walked through the door, Jessica welcomed us with open arms, a polite and genuine smile, and we immediately felt at ease.
